Yes, it is because you changed your passwords (it is a default security check). You must wait 24 hours and then you should be able to request an withdrawal. Good luck! |

I think it was completed in 2-3 days. The problem was that they cancel my initial withdrawal request (which had low fees because it was SEPA - something like 0.15$) and they charge me 25 eur for that final withdrawal. |

They are just stupid ... in my opinion Since I sent them all the requested documents (verified twice) and also proofs from where I got those bitcoins ... they had no reason to close my account. But they are hiding behind that TOS which does not give us any rights (at least to get a fair explanation). |

With the network backed up as it is please make sure to set higher fees on deposits if you want your deposit confirmed in a reasonable amount of time
Does it literally means we have to pay higher fees for the transactions so it would be pushed faster or it will be confirmed faster than lower fee? It means it should be confirmed faster if you set a higher fee. The value of transaction fees tends to become a problem lately (it means that they have to be high to get a fast confirmation). For example: I have sent 200$ and I paid 5.6$ fee. Anyway, this is a blockchain problem, nothing related to Bitdouble. |

They offer some good extensions for just 0.88$ per year (first year): .website, .club, .pro, .review , and many more.
