US citizens are not allowed to participate. Are they only the ones who are not allowed here? Or other people from other country can't join too? Hope you respond as soon as possible admin. Also, what's the main reason why US Citizens can't participate? I dont understand why some other countries are restricted to participate in the ico. Are there any guidelines that they are following? I'm very proud that in Georgia there are people who decided to develop robots and artificial intelligence. It's very in-demand now so no wonder why kepler project chosen this kind of platform. A lot of people are eyeing in this project and hoping to see finish platform soon. That is the ultimate expectation but that should be successful so Kepler taking more time to re validate all the codes and build release versions before bringing it to live implementation, that helps to operations work in a smooth manner.
