Can anyone here give me a comparison to Mint and EBT? https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=437660.0It's another POW / POS coin, but is a lot lot quieter - I've seen a few mentions of it on this thread a few times, but would like another extra set of eyes to offer their insights. I've mined MINT from nearly the beginning, and looking for the 'next thing' - wondered if this could be it?

coin is dead since an hour ago when "dev" dumped godknows how many rubies worth 18 BTC on cryptorush , now it's worth 10 time less already and the usual road straight to the few satoshis gutter funny..... 24Hr Volume: 4.42869586 BTC - 18btc? you're seeing things mate

WTS 20 RUBY @ 1BTC
the dev want to sell too at that rate - 1 200 000 * 0.05 = 60 000 BTC (for copy and paste) edit: i'm sure that he can go even cheaper I'll go 50x better - 1k = 1BTC. :-)

Fucking unfair launch. And what was wrong with ruby.hash.so ? I got shares and no problem according to cgminer, but the pool showed no shares to me. E: And what is that "50 RBY" per block?
check your port, maybe you mining another coin...got this type with hash.so too Fuck, fuck, fuck. Why there is port 1337 on the front page if the right port is 3415 (in getting started section)? Could have got lot of ruby from hash.so Port 1337 is able to switch your workers between different coins. I used this, too. But hash.so said I have only 200kh/s while cgminer was stating way over 2MH as always. First time on that pool and I think also the last time... Keep with hash.so - they switched me instantly - didn't show me my true hash power, but I got a shed load of coins.

Block reward will be 500 at block #500 onwards, confirmed by dev on IRC. Block reward will be 500 at block #500 onwards, confirmed by dev on IRC. Block reward will be 500 at block #500 onwards, confirmed by dev on IRC.
Seriously, this is screwed up..... Dev forgot to mention this "little" fact in the ann? ? well done.... who's the clever one!

since I have encrypted my wallet I am getting a message 'Minting suspended due to locked wallet'. The incructions on the first page are not clear. I have unlocked it using the command console using 'walletpassphrase <passphrase> 999999999 true' but this happens every time I launch the wallet, is there another way around this?
nope sorry buddy.. or transfer to other wallet when is says <passphrase> - that's YOUR encryption password. Are you putting this? Also, don't worry about leaving it locked - you only have to unlock it every now and again to see the benefit of the "interest"

Is it just me, or is it kind of ironic that I earned the same amount of Myr from 2 x wallet mining than from 7 x R9 290 mining?
You mined with your cards on a pool? And with wallet on a "cpu" algo? Yep! Pool - http://myr.cryptopool.eu/CPU - Qubit

Just wanted to say thanks to pooled.cc for following up what I thought were missing coins - had an issue with my wallet and everything's good! 3600+ coins in my wallet now Anyone interested in trading? PM me.

I joined up with Pooled.CC
I can see that I've found at least 3 blocks (showing as unconfirmed in the Block list of finds.....
Yet, my unconfirmed on the Dashboard shows 0.0000000 (same with confirmed).
Any particular reason for this? It's not like there's a heavy load of miners on the pool.
Sorry, this was just a bug on dashboard. Now fixed. Transactions and mining worked nice. Join Pooled.cc! Thanks for the reply. Just so you know, I had 447 coins in my account after I checked your reply. I transferred them out, but they've not arrived in my wallet - more than 12 hours later! Something's wrong here Pooled.cc - please advise. Wallet is up to date, double checked payment address, and payments from bondhi.com all arrived with no issues. Cheers

The dump on Poloniex was due to the exchange being frozen for several hours. As you can see, there are a good 8 hours of 0 volume before the 'dump.'
Exactly - people just panic selling a little once the market re-opened there. Still, mean's there's a good 2m flappys up for just 4 Sat each! I'd have them if I had spare BTC!

Don't use the inkcoin.conf.
Launch "addnode 146.185.173.146 onetry" in the debug console and the wallet sync.
Cheers mate. That did the trick. For some reason, the original QT I set up on one of my miners started updating even without this. Appreciated

Does anyone have any other nodes I can add? I seriously can't get the wallet to sync - "No Block Source Available". I've got the conf file set up correctly (not .txt) and from the 20+ wallets I've set up, this is the first time I've ever had this issue. Advice / extra nodes welcomed Did you tired the node form nodes.txt ? addnode 146.185.173.146 onetry This is my inkcoin.conf file server=1 gen=1 rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcuser=rpcuser rpcpassword=passwd addnode=146.185.173.146 addnode=23.99.1.98 addnode=175.42.31.229 Am I missing something obvious?
