So close I can just feel it Smiley

Yeap, with very high probability IOTA launch in June  Smiley

Lisk site and chat was under DDOS attack at launch.
IOTA need to learn a lesson from it and use something like CloudFlare hosting or something.

324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: LISK price speculation on: May 22, 2016, 11:59:53 PM

Exactly escrow is being used in these circumstances all the time. I myself bought IOTA after the ICO.

The unwillingness to buy for these prices seems ridiculous given the usual "5$!" screamers.

I say also, 20 Mio not much more.

In Lisk thread they play a game called "find a greater fool" to dump Lisk in the first day of trading in order to reinvest in Waves ICO.

The intresting part in this for me is involvment of big players, like YoBit.

325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LSK] Lisk | Blockchain Application Platform for JavaScript Developers on: May 22, 2016, 11:35:26 PM
I have about 90k LISK, and i will not sell LISK under 5 dollar!
maybe in a few weeks or months but LISK will hit 5 dollar Smiley

I can not uderstand why people should sell lisk under 1 dollar..

my first sell price is 5 dollar, peace!

if you are so convinced then why dont you buy some for $0.65 each? it must be like free money for you.

I will buy cheap lisk from the dumpers Smiley
i don't buy passphrases, because it is not save, you can change the password....

With escrow you have got nothing to loose, your BTC are safe all the time until the Lisk are sent to your account.
This is not reputable, you do not have LISK coins at the moment!
When it will launch and Lisk hit 1 dollar, then i am sure that you will not sell me the lisk for only 0,65 dollar

Even in that scenario you would not loose one Satoshi because i dont hold any of your BTC. The escrow would just send you the BTC back and that's it. Nothing to loose on your side.

I can assure that ImI is a very decent seller and while you guys expext Lisk to hit 5$ per coin, ImI is selling only at 0.65 $ - it's a no brainer for you, isn't it ?

First of all I'm one of the big donators and I'm aware of the fact of "free-riders", but think about this:

1. The world works this way. There will always be fair guys and free-riders.

2. What if IOTA will be BIG SUCCESS, you know, like few billion dollars marketcap and so on? NO PREMINE for foundation makes it look like real community project, and there will be no "free-riders" talking that "they do not need do something cause foundation is paid by premine, so fuck off".

Big corporations around the world making pilot projects on Ethereum already helped it to get 1,15 billion marketcap, and more important 48 000 000 $ daily trading volume.

Such projects as Lisk and Waves gathered 14000 BTC and 9200 BTC and hires stuff and planning marketing campaigns.

The media talks about blockchain projects, nobody cares about bitcoin.

I view this as a signal that 2016 year is the last year of small projects, the "players" at cryptoscene are getting bigger and bigger.

I hope that IOTA will not lose this year  Smiley

Well, it's a good time to remind everyone that we need you to donate IOTAs to establish Foundation!

331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is LISK a real Ethereum Competitor? on: May 04, 2016, 02:04:32 PM
Lisk is renamed Crypti, right ?
I would say Lisk is not real Ethereum competitor, but let's wait few month after launch to check my thoughts.

334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: IOTA on: April 28, 2016, 01:51:31 PM
Can that whole schedule be published? Grin

11th of April - 17th: Multisig
18th - 24th: Client for hardcore users (I don't like bells and whistles that eat 100% of CPU)
25th - 30th: Testing of the whole Iota functionality
1st of May: Holiday
2nd of May: Release of beta version

This is my personal schedule that is not coordinated with the Foundation that (maybe) planned Grand opening with fireworks and barely dressed girls serving cocktails.

Are we on schedule  Huh
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SKY] Skycoin Launch Announcement on: April 26, 2016, 01:13:21 PM
Let me know if you want this project listed on http://icocountdown.com or http://miningcountdown.com it's a hybrid so I'm not sure where it should be placed.

You can contact me at:

email: alex@icocountdown.com
skype: icocountdown
twitter: https://twitter.com/ICOcountdown/

Revisiting this thread after a long break but I think ICO is over.

But.. when was the ICO ? Of course missed it.

Last year.

One million transactions?? Hope some people are coding some bots.

So we just need two addresses, 1 IOTA and a simple script to send this 1 IOTA  back and forth 1 mil times  Huh
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [IOTA] IOTA Speculation on: April 22, 2016, 11:01:30 AM
If total IOTA supply is now 360times smaller, then 1 new IOTA price is previous price*360? which is the new price now?

quote https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1216479.msg14568335#msg14568335 (supply now 360times less)

I believe that the price is the same: 40 000 x  2779531 = 111 181 240 000 per 1 BTC

 Huh

Intel is in search of scalable blockchain to include millions of nodes

IOTA is one of the gems they are looking for?

Yes, IOTA tech is one of the gems they are looking to copy/fork.

340  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [IOTA] IOTA Speculation on: April 21, 2016, 02:12:42 PM
I have sold out of all the Iota I'm willing to part with. The rest is for me. If you attempt to buy any more Iota from me it will be very hard to do at this point. I have gone way over what I planned of selling early. So any sale I might make the price will much more than before.

I had a couple of anonymous buyers clean me out at the end with a few private sales. One of them was very substantial.

https://blockchain.info/tx/7907ed61f37e1767dfbb915bc0e0455b9429d79648aa8b94c4901e7d492fd44f

Now you can see why I am finished now.

I want to again thank all my customers. To all of you sending me PMs worrying about your Iota - you can relax.

There have been many changes back and fourth throughout this stage of Iotas development. This is normal. Once all the details are a definite and there is a release and everyone involved in the crowdsale is physically sent their Iotas then we can go about sending all our customers all the Iota they are owed. Until then all of us are waiting for the launch just like you. Be patient, become involved in the community and don't add to all the headaches that the devs naturally have already.

At this point I pledge 1,000,000 (old) Iota to the Iota Foundation and 10,000 to be sent in Yassins name on top of the BTC donation I have already sent him.

Please stop bombarding me with PMs. You will all get the correct amount of Iotas. A deal is a deal. I have acted as escrow myself many times and I am not about to stop protecting those who do business with me now. And for one final time......

Thanks for the business!

Thank you man for donation!

I hope that the most active seller in the thread child_harold will donate too something to foundation. He already made a lot of BTC.

The more we donate - the more the price of our iota will growth.
