The most annoying part about this price manipulation on coin2 is that it's probably one of us here doing it.

Stop making the price fall so you can greedily buy loads of coins cheap.

If you just left it alone you would make more than enough profit anyway from the 1000-1200 range.

No need to keep forcing it to 700-800 so you can load up.

Please let the coin act naturally or you will drive potential and current buyers away.

Well that's me done for the night. Will leave my PC on the pool. Nice to see more activity as the days go by. Keep holding guys!

Someone is trying to walk the price down with silly small sell orders.

I would buy them up but fully loaded from my last purchase earlier.
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Coin2.0 [C2.0] - The forward thinking POS altcoin with a plan. on: April 19, 2014, 11:18:37 PM
This is why we need all holders in IRC lol.

Don't forget to vote Mintpal all!

Whoever has stuck the blocking sell orders please remove them. We could seriously hit 1500 shortly if you do. Stop keeping the price down!

327  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Coin2.0 [C2.0] - The forward thinking POS altcoin with a plan. on: April 19, 2014, 10:43:47 PM
Coin2 hit 800s like predicted. Now time for the bounce as good resistance was met at 800. Sell orders looking weak all the way back up to 1200. Expect 11-1200 within the next 24 hours. Time to get in and ride it all the way back up people.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Coin2.0 [C2.0] - The forward thinking POS altcoin with a plan. on: April 19, 2014, 07:22:34 PM
They bribed me to say that
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Coin2.0 [C2.0] - The forward thinking POS altcoin with a plan. on: April 19, 2014, 07:08:08 PM

btw, i recived coins on giveaway and since then i buy, most of my mining is sold for C2, i am a thrue beliver, but honestly, i am a bit worried lately with lack of transparency

Lack of transparency ? Are you joking ?? I never saw a team more pro about all facts.

Look around ALT crypto and all scams or abandonned coins ( ex: orbitcoin ) ... or simply just a quick dump with pre-mined coins.

C2 is transparency, team is straight and fast/reliable, if you have not saw it yet, read back 20 pages on this thread.

+ infinity

and beyond.

I'm glad to see you got them back
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Coin2.0 [C2.0] - The forward thinking POS altcoin with a plan. on: April 19, 2014, 03:26:44 PM
I know other coins had a game in their wallet so would it be possible to have a poker game in the wallet? in the space where the coin2 symbol is?

Quite a bit of space there if you full screen. Could even have a coin2 chat there as well or instead.

I know this is all extra work and may not be possible.

I just throw ideas forward as I think of them.

I know you guys are busy right now. I am not saying do it now lol.

I honestly wish I could build all these things myself.
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Coin2.0 [C2.0] - The forward thinking POS altcoin with a plan. on: April 19, 2014, 02:02:05 PM
Pool is back up!  Here is the details:

I have made it so that you can donate whatever percentage of the coin that you want and keep the rest.  All donated coins will be used to buy Coin2 and drive up price.  Every Saturday I will pay out C2 to the users based on donations made.  This week we will be mining Dogecoin, as it is the most profitable and has a ton of volume to sell quick.

NOW POINT SOME HASH @ IT!

http://pool.coin2-project.org

Joel I am a supporter and you can read on previous posts

but mining DOGE is not a good idea  it will take for ever to mine a BLOCK

according to the site's stats 756 hours 6 minutes 13 seconds
which is 31 days !!! by that time the profitability of this coin will have changed !!

The multipool for me is not that urgent, if people sell BUT small amounts the price will go up
the multipool I will say again needs a proper implementation and not just an MPOS installation that mines 1 particular coin
I know there is nothing out there that is open source to mine with profitability switching but this is the way to go

also mining any 1 particular coin is not a good idea or at least hide what you are mining
supporters of that PARTICULAR coin will never come to this project it has to be hidden what you are mining everytime

lets put a bounty and have someone create a multipool with profit switching and payout in C2.0
or lets all send a message to hashco.ws to allow C2.0 payout (hashco.ws has more than 10000 registered users I believe)

+1

Have pointed my computer to http://pool.coin2-project.org

Ok I just woke up and we only have 5mh/s.  We have found 0 blocks.  SO, Doge isnt going to work for us.  We either need,
A. More hashing power
B. A different coin
c. A multipool that switches <---I cannot do this right away
D. I can open an account on an exchange as the "Coin2 community" account and we can take donations.

What should I do?

email hashcows, ask them to add payout in coin2 option... they will do this if you get a petition here with a lot of names that will mine there.

option 2

organise here a list of names that will start hashing at the same time on a pool for a coin that has a stable good profit and not too high hash rate look for less than 1GH for sure.

Then co-ordinate this with a fund raiser to rent some rigs to put on it.... to get it going.

Here ya go, I just sent them a message....lets flood their email.  ASK FOR C2 AS PAYOUT OPTION.

support@hashco.ws

done.... every one reply back after they have emailed hash cows so we can see you have helped.

the first person shooter is a great idea... just needs some coder to make the entire thing streamlined

a site the person joins as a member with user account details coin2 address etc.

buys credits with coin2

plays games

top players get all the coins after 5% fee taken for costs of running the game.

once seemless coin2 = rocket.

then add more games paid by the fee's

Completely agree.

Is there any way a more profitable coin can be found to mine?

I didn't even break even after mining all day yesterday.

UK electricity isn't the cheapest.

If I could at least break even I would mine 24/7 on the pool.

Does anyone use our IRC?

Would help if we all started using it and coordinated publicity efforts and voting reminders etc
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Coin2.0 [C2.0] - The forward thinking POS altcoin with a plan. on: April 19, 2014, 01:00:30 PM
Thanks for help.
Satoshi will return and read every hour all your post and hope that some of you will not buy pizza with coin2.

You are welcome Wink and I won't buy pizza !!!

Actually, we get some pending requests  from latecomers everywhere...

Could somebody implement a web form somewhere to allow to these people to register their e-mail, old C2 address, balances, etc. ?

It could me more easy for us to redirect people and for the dev team to group together information on a single place to be able to communicate the procedure and to make an acceptable follow up ?

Tell them to message me!

If you missed out on the swap of old c2 coins then message Joel511

You Will Pay (because the losers end up paying)
C2 Wars
Crypto Combat
Coin2Fps (because everyone will google that anyway)
Rich or Die
Crypto Killer
Get Rich or Die Crying (not a typo)
Bounty Hunter
Crime Pays (would work well if the avatars were cops and robbers)
Soldiers of Fortune
Kill4Cash
Prize Fighter
Pillage
First Person Looter
Blood Money
Stand and Deliver
Currency Killer (only because that's the dream of many coins and its fitting with a killing game)
Crypto Warfare
Shoot and Loot
War Money
Lord of War
Greed
C2 Mercs
Spoils of War
Route of all evil
Financial Armageddon
When Banks Collapse
FPS 2.0
Coin Wars
Bet Your Life

Most if all the above suggestions are rubbish but I'm just brainstorming and adding as I think of any. I do like the crime pays idea though. It's kind of hard to get c2 in a good title. Would prefer it myself as then its free advertising.

It doesn't have to be C2 in the title, just a good name for the game, we all know C2 will be the currency for it. lol

I meant from an outsiders view who hasn't heard of the game but sees its title. They will be curious what c2 is. Doesn't have to be in the title I agree but as I said its free advertising. I am just looking at the bigger picture.

It's just brand awareness. It's why companies stamp their brand over everything they create.

But yeah it isn't the be all and end all.
