321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not all new project team can afford top exchanges on: June 15, 2020, 08:27:30 PM
When I saw the listing fee that Binance requires for new cryptocurrencies, so I'm no longer surprised that there are no new cryptocurrencies that are going to be listed there.
That's not so true, new projects are still using binance IEO launchpad, it depends on how good the project is, for binance exchange it's not always about having the money, the project must reach binance exchange taste to get listed too.

I think hoo exchange will do just fine for new projects, this new exchange has less listing fee and good IEO launchpad too, Probit is becoming a joke gradually because too many bad projects are getting listed on the exchange, hoo and bithumb will be the better choice
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most trusted projects ruined me !! on: June 13, 2020, 04:12:43 PM
Don't trust any crypto projects except bitcoin, when you've done enough research on altcoins always have it in mind that they can fail at anytime so consider them as higher risk investment, that's why you need to invest the very little cash you can spare just in case.
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New projects willing choosing bad exchanges? on: June 08, 2020, 11:23:12 AM
What's up with new projects this days? Why are developers choosing p2pb2b, vindax and Latoken for there IEO nowadays? Every single IEO I see or should I say 90% of new projects are choosing these exchanges for fund raising even when they know there chance are slim....I don't just get it, are they willing choosing these exchanges?
1. Some devs don't have enough funds to list on top exchanges
2. Some devs don't even know the difference between good or bad exchanges
3. Some devs believe that going small exchanges for starter is the best and as time goes on they climb up to better exchanges
325  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Stay away from YouTube Giveaways on: June 07, 2020, 10:30:14 AM
Greedy people get scammed by giveaways, ask yourself this, what's free?? Nothing, how can someone plans to give you 5 eth for free? In the end they ask you to make some deposits first, lol I can't believe that people are this soft .... Keep your coins, they re gold, don't try doubling them, it's not real
326  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Let us discuss on hacked exchanges on: June 05, 2020, 05:22:57 PM
Exchange hacks will keep happening, dont leave your coin on any exchange, once you make a trade withdraw your coins, both centralized or decentralized exchanges can get hacked by smart hackers nowadays, dex aren't safe like many thoughts, the safest place for your coins and funds is your wallet that you own the private key, find way to keep your keys safe and your coins won't leave your wallet ever
327  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why is bitcoin not anonymous? on: June 03, 2020, 12:44:52 PM
If the creator of Bitcoin Satashi Nakamato created it as an anonymous currency, why does everyone say that it is not anonymous?
Bitcoin is not anonymous, but decentralized? YES,  Bitcoin was never built to have such feature, you can only see anonymous features in privacy coins like Monero, Sero project, Zcash, Komodo, Verge etc

If you really want to go anonymous using Bitcoin then I suggest you do some research on Bitcoin Mixer
328  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Warning - Changelly on: June 01, 2020, 12:37:47 PM
these bastards scammed me big time

I initiated a Tx with Bestrate to trade 1 BTC for ~120 XMR.
Bestrate trade it through Changelly.
But Changelly refuse to pay it. For KYC reason.
Then Changelly Refuse my KYC request For Ridiculous reason.
No reply!No refund!
they are not totally scam, but selective scamming.
but I suggest not using them, and find some alternatives such coinbase and shapeshift.

That's a whole lot of money but still hard to believe that changelly is responsible for this, I've been using their services through coinomi wallet for a while now, they suddenly ask for KYC last year and I passed the requirement, since then no problem so far, sorry for your loss
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Will CPU PoW coins have a future? on: May 31, 2020, 11:26:33 AM
For example you can still mine Monero with CPU, infact it's latest algorithm works better with CPU than GPU, once mining difficulty rise too high for Monero in future, CPU mining can be obsolete for Monero, all we have to do is find another coin
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Will CPU PoW coins have a future? on: May 31, 2020, 11:19:37 AM
For once, Bitcoin was touted as a cryptocurrency that can be mined with a CPU (one CPU, one vote). After FPGAs and GPUs came into inception, mining with a CPU became a thing of the past. It's disappointing to see this, considering that CPU brings greater decentralization to a Blockchain network. The average Joe can participate in the cryptocurrency's consensus, without having to spend a fortune on expensive mining hardware. Hundreds (if not thousands) of altcoins have emerged with the focus of being truly ASIC and GPU-resistant with unique CPU-friendly PoW algorithms. Yet after some time, mining hardware manufacturers launch devices that successfully mine CPU-only cryptocurrencies.

For now, some “yescrypt” and “M7M” coins are mineable only with a CPU. But there's nothing stopping companies from developing an ASIC or even an FPGA to mine them, reducing the average person's accessibility to mine coins in an underlying Blockchain network.

Do you think CPU coins will have a future? Or is everything "dead lost"? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Smiley
Mining with CPU haven't become a thing of the past, it's only a thing of the past for Bitcoin, we have many altcoins that are still minable with CPU, high difficulty rate of Bitcoin is what makes mining Bitcoin with CPU utterly useless
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mine altcoin with cpu on: May 30, 2020, 05:27:16 PM
Hello
recently i have access to several HPE servers for period of 2 month with low usage so thinking to run altcoin mining on them
after searching this forum lots of people suggest working with monero,
any idea to mine another coin ?  Huh
Monero is the most friendly CPU coin you will ever see, CPU hashrates are better with Monero Algorithm called randomX, don't bother looking for other coins, randomX Algorithm will get you covered, the best pool I use is https://minexmr.com, goodluck and happy mining
