Pochettino have face huge pressure form Chelsea fans after getting draw from Bournemouth and continue can expected he will stay longer with his position, winning only one match of five gams is very bad start from Chelsea and have loss two games make their position dropped to 14th standings placed. Looks not worth with how much money spending by Chelsea owner Tood Boehly when signing many player and have expensive transfer fees because Chelsea still can't back to the top standings position. Pochettino can't take advantage with Chelsea not participants in European competition and have many time for getting rest than top standings position like Manchester City and Liverpool have to play in Champion League and Europe League. If can't bring Chelsea return to top fourth standings I doubt with Pochettino will longer time become Chelsea' managers.

Right from the start, I had my doubts of Pochettino’s capabilities to restore Chelsea back to glory days. Todd Boehly have spent a fortune investing in player acquisition and still there has been no changes till now. Chelsea is still struggling to win matches, today’s match against Bournemouth exposed their weaknesses once again and looking at how much has been invested I can conclude Chelsea are clueless and are just wasting funds.

I would say that it would be benefiting them if they got less number of players but bigger names. That would have been possible too, if they want to do NBA style of thing, just get Lebron for a season and be done with it. Look at how Real Madrid was built, all that famous los galacticos period wasn't for nothing, they got one superstar every year, and they built a great team.

Chelsea could have spent 200-300 million euros to get one superstar that is beyond anyone they ever considered good, and then next year they would have spent another 200-300 to get another world star level player. They would have been incredible if they kept doing that. Instead they spent 500 million on many players that worth nothing in the end.
Indeed, I will agree with this because looking at Chelsea’s spendings in the last two windows, much improvement is expected but that is not the case as the team have struggled so far this season to stay relevant and I can say that they have only impressed in just two games against Liverpool and Nottingham Forest, obviously the new additions are not making immediate impact for the club. This funds should have been invested in players who are hungry for success and are ready to make immediate impact in the team.

324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I took a proposal to my State Governor to accept Bitcoin Technology on: September 14, 2023, 08:43:49 PM
Why cover the face of the Governor if the information is already public knowledge and you’re still going cite the source where you got the photo from? I’m from Nigeria and I know how difficult it is as a constituent to meet with our representatives in government, much more a Governor of a state. It makes me wonder on what capacity did you visit the Governor? Are you also a politician or just a concerned citizen with a vision for the state. If it’s the later, I doubt your story because I know my country.
325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Keeping or recovering seed phrases during or after a natural disaster. on: September 14, 2023, 08:07:31 PM

I know that the security of our wallet is very important that is why it should be personal. I have heard of saving encrypted seed phrases in the cloud or online personal files. I know this is also risky but is there any means of saving my seed phrase safe from these natural disasters? That could atleast give a Bitcoiner access to a wallet after the loss of seed phrases during or after natural disasters.

Storing one’s seed phrase in the cloud or any online computer is not safe. The internet is a vulnerable place and almost everything online can be compromised. The risk of storing one’s seed phrase online is too great. I think the best option in this case is to have multiple locations (if possible different cities) where you hide the metal with your engraved seed phrase.
326  Economy / Goods / Re: bitcoin on: September 14, 2023, 07:55:09 PM
This is a good joke. I don’t think OP truly believes anyone will take him up on his offer, bitcoin is obviously worth more than 2 papa John's pizza. No one will give this a second thought unless you’re looking to make bitcoin history for the worst bitcoin trade. It will be suspicious if a new account comments on this thread and makes a bid. Then I can call this thread a scam attempt.
327  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: MY DRUG ABUSE STORY( na only you fit help yourself) on: September 13, 2023, 11:38:07 PM
I nor sure say rehab center dey my location, even if e dey I nor sure say person go fit recover for there unless na private owned. Why I talk so be say if you look our general hospitals you go see the way the medical practitioners there dey do person like say them be nothing because say nor be better money person dey pay. Most of the doctors for the general hospitals get their own private clinic and the way them dey treat their patients dey very different from the way them dey do people wey come jam them for government hospitals.

Bounty hunting
Bounty hunters are treated as menace in the forum. Once you are known as a bounty person, you will be treated as an anti-bitcointalk. But the bounty section is in this forum. If I am not mistaking, bounty should be the means Satoshi or theymos promoted bitcoin. If someone want to share links and get paid for it, they should be left alone to do it.

This is about freedom, let us allow everyone to enjoy this freedom at the confine of the forum rules and regulations.
Before drawing your conclusions and casting blame fingers. Can you show me one bounty hunter whose posts are constructive and on-point? What you will find is a bunch of generic posts in altcoins discussion and wall observer threads. The idea that older members set out to bully or degrade newbies is not true. I’m not disputing that sometimes the replies may be harsh but if that gets you down I wonder how you made it through life all this time.
330  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ignore the new Apple toys & Invest in Bitcoin, history always repeat itself. on: September 13, 2023, 11:07:15 PM
Sadly, many will prefer to buy an iPhone than make an investment. The rationale behind this decision beats me. I have been seeing a lot of excitement on social media about the release of the new iPhone 15 products, the phone has very little improvements from the previous versions but still iPhone customers are eager to get the latest iPhone. Maybe it’s a confidence boost or a need to associate with a luxurious brand that drives people to buy iPhones even when they cannot afford it.
331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin kwoledge is not complete without bitcoin investment on: September 13, 2023, 10:58:30 PM
I find it amusing that OP covered the fiat amount but neglected to cover up the amount of bitcoins he bought. Like OP said in his reply to Z-tight, he doesn’t care about his privacy at this point. His major concern is to accumulate bitcoins and hodl. Your strategy is a good one and you will achieve your goals for sure if you are consistent.
Electrum is a very good choice of bitcoin wallet, if you eventually decide to diversify and buy altcoins you should use a wallet like unstoppable wallet.

You are indeed learning, even though you bought bitcoins from a centralized exchange, you still moved the coins to a non custodial wallet. I believe with time you will also come to appreciate maintaining one’s privacy.
332  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How we can sell and store crypto speacialy BTC on: September 13, 2023, 10:28:36 PM
how we can sell and parchase  crypto like BTC etc can we deposit directly into our account because in my country BTC and all others crypto is not acceptable
i her that there are lots of 3rd party platform available for that and also online exchange company corporation
I checked your post history and saw you post frequently in the Russian local board.  I believe your countrymen will be in a better position to answer your questions. AFAIK you can still be able to buy bitcoins from local exchanges in your country, you can also trade with other forum members, if you’re going to use this option, make sure to trade with reputable members and with those who have a positive trade history.

Even now when there is a long time remaining for the next season, Real Madrid is trying to improve the teams and that's why they want to hire Alphonso Davies. Since Mendy is getting injured more often, Real Madrid is trying to hire another left-back palyer. He has two years left on his contract with Bayern Munich and he doesn't want to extend his contract with the team, Also he is young enough to become a long-term option for Real Madrid.

Left to Bayern Munich I doubt they have any plans of selling Alphonso Davies, I understand it is the player’s decision to leave the club but seeing that he still has two years contract left the club might want to keep him for at most a season before deciding to sell as he is also still needed in the team. Real Madrid will have to try again in the January window to convince him to join them. I hope they succeed though.
334  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: September 12, 2023, 09:15:29 PM
Manchester United supporters have already grown frustrated with the Glazers family for their reluctancy in selling out the club or investing huge in player acquisitions and infrastructures. I heard the Glazers have now taken the club off the market and no longer on sale. This will really break the hearts of the supporters who have been dreaming already of a Qatari takeover.
335  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The Importance of inviting Newbies to Bitcointalk on: September 12, 2023, 07:36:58 PM
Bitcointalk isn’t a platform that would appeal to this Gen Z generation, twitter and TikTok is what they like to spend their time and their online presence is greatly felt in these platforms. I believe majority of the accounts on bitcointalk are owned by people who are over 30years old. I really don’t see the harm in bringing fresh blood to the forum. It’s better to have newbies who were referred by someone than newbies who just found themselves here out of curiosity, I think that would reduce the repeated questions and generic answers we see on threads started by beginners.
336  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Effects of introverts against successful investments on: September 12, 2023, 07:29:33 PM

Now I am about to make my dream to BTC investment a reality as I am about to lunch a purchase of 0.20 BTC worth a $5,217.8 value at now. I am up getting to a greater height my fellow investors.
For someone who is about to make such a huge bitcoin purchase, it’s surprising to me that  you could not afford a $500 laptop, the excitement you show about a pair of slippers from your girlfriend makes me wonder if this story has any substance.

I want to ask, are you one of this introverts? Why and how did you become one?
Is it as a result of being molested or a result of parental and guidance?

Things you must know about being an introvert on the business sector>>>
* Do you know if you are an employee and your company needed a presentative you would not be. Considered if you are one of the introverts and could also cause you a setback or delays to promotions?.
Do you know that most crashed business is a result of inability to socialize and set a literarily public campaigns?
Do you know that your inability to speak could earn you a missed lottery ticket?
Do you know that your introvertial lifestyle could earn you a defenceless?

Come on guys let's discuss things out and get those who needed to be out of an imprisonment believing they are okay of their comfort zones.

Now this is no longer a topic for bitcoin discussion. There are jobs like computer programming that are more suited to an introvert personality while there are jobs like sales and marketing that extroverts easily excel in.

if the upcoming transfer Madrid can really get Alphonso Davies that is good news because this player can be a very good defender but not sure whether Bayern Munich will let go of this player because Alphonso Davies also made a very strong contribution at Bayern Munich so a little It will be difficult for Real Madrid to get this player in the future but at least Madrid must have a good offer so that Bayern Munich management can think again about releasing him again.

and one hand, if transfers open again, it looks like Real Madrid will have a little difficulty deciding whether to spend a lot of money to get Mbappe or Haaland or even get Alphonso Davies.
I doubt Bayern Munich will be willing to sell Alphonso Davies in the coming transfer window because he is an important player to Tuchel and there are no news that Bayern Munich are seeking for a replacement in this regard.  Bayern Munich are in a good form at the moment and might not be looking to sell any of their key players rather they seem to be interested in purchasing more players to strengthen their squad.
338  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2023/2024 on: September 12, 2023, 12:25:09 PM

Bournemouth will try to use the advantage of playing at home to defeat Chelsea, but if Chelsea play well, they will be able to defeat Bournemouth. As everyone knows, Chelsea is a very good team with strong players, and even now, Chelsea have good players, but it's only a matter of time. Chelsea is the best team that signed many players this season, and I believe those players will surely return to their normal performance before the league end. Despite the difficulties Chelsea faced throughout the previous season, I believe it will eventually come to an end because I believe Chelsea will one day become the powerful and strong team that people are accustomed to seeing

Bournemouth is  capable of putting up a shocking performance anyday any time, sometimes they can be very unpredictable. That’s the beauty of the English premier league, you can never look down at the smaller teams. I know Chelsea are unsettled and not performing as expected but Bournemouth shouldn’t be such a tough opponent for them considering the quality of players they have on their squad. I am predicting a win win for Chelsea against Bournemouth and over 1.5 goal score margin.

West Ham vs Manchester City

West Ham have really been on an impressive rise at the start of this season. They were unbeaten in the first 4 matches where they only lost 2 points due to a draw against Bournemouth. David Moyes is responsible for the positive results obtained by West Ham in the last 4 matches, but this weekend he has to accept a tough challenge from defending champions Manchester City.

Manchester City has proven its quality as a team that is truly capable of maintaining consistent performance. They have not dropped a single point in the last 4 matches so people will be fully confident they can beat West Ham in their next away match. I hope the match will be difficult and not many goals will be scored throughout the match, but it all really depends on the team's overall performance.

Indeed Westham United have had an impressive start to the season, losing out to just two points out of 12. this is a very impressive stat considering some of the teams they have face in this four games. David Moyes is doing a great job with this team, I must admit but against Manchester City is a much tougher task for Moyes, will he be able go shut out City from doing what they good at doing to teams who cannot stop them or will Guardiola continue his winning streak when they meet.
340  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The power of influencials and brand ambassadors, don't fall for it. on: September 11, 2023, 09:34:22 PM
What makes one a crypto influencer these days? They don’t need to have in-depth knowledge of crypto or blockchain, they can simply read an article online and rephrase it to make it look like theirs. Most crypto influencers don’t know what they are saying half of the time, they are like actors reading a well written script. Influencers are in it for the money, they are not interested in making a difference, they just want to make money from their followers. That’s why we see many influencers promote projects without doing their due diligence whether the project is genuine or not.
