I used a TX 750W and it worked perfectly for 9 hours. After that I woke up to find my cube off, and now it just starts for a few seconds or doesn't start at all The psu was on my gaming pc for 3 years and had no problem with +500 Watt loads. Now I'm waiting for a corsair RM750 to arrive. Can you tell if this was TX 750W v1 or v2 ? v1 is here: http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=73v2: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139021According to technical details both versions are capable to have 60A on a 12V rail, so this should be enough for one cube. Maybe the capacitor trick will help, have you tried it? And was it running in high or low mode for these 9 hours?

Basically, just find a relatively large (at least 1000uF, at least 16V) capacitor or two, and wedge them into the PCIe connectors. Marked lead is the negative, so black wire side; unmarked lead (which should be a bit longer) is positive so yellow wire side. These will charge up to 12V during the time the Cube is initializing, then when the relay clicks over they'll discharge into the Cube to help provide immediate current in assistance to the output capacitors already built into the power supply. I got two Cubes a while ago, one off a 460W ATX supply with a stupidly strong 12V rail, and the other off a 500W server supply. The ATX would light things up just fine, but the server supply either had too small capacitance, or too much inbetween its caps and the outputs because it dropped out. One 1000uF 16V cap in each 6-pin connector did the trick just fine, and others have reported similar results.
Eh, this trick has not worked for my PSU... Still the same, the cube is turning off after 2 seconds I've tried with 2x 16v 1000uF and 2 x 16v 2200uF capacitors wedged into PCIe connectors. Now, I've found a cheap used Corsair TX 650W - does anyone know if it will handle 1 cube?

Thank you, so as I understand it would be something like this - just wedge the capacitor into the PCie: Does it matter where exactly put them, which slots? One or two per connector? I'll try tomorrow before getting a new PSU...

Did you capacitor trick? Depending on the 12V rail, a 400W *might* be able to run it in steady-state, but turning off after a few seconds usually means when the relay clicks over and provides power to the dozen internal VRMs it drains the power supply's output caps faster than the supply can compensate and drops out due to overcurrent/undervolt detection.
I'll try the capacitor trick, but could you describe it in details? What tools, devices I need? If I'd like to try a new PSU, which one is better: Corsair GS800 or Corsair CX750?

What reliable PSU would you recommend to power one cube? My 400W PSU can't handle it - the cube is starting and turing off after few seconds...

Added to cryptsy. 1 doge = 1$ in 2015. Such coin. Many profit. Wow.

I have received a tracking number for my cube - 960xxxx (12 digits), where to track it? I've tried DHL, UPS - number not found..

open the console and type "dumpprivkey <address>". Then create a new wallet and put "importprivkey <key>". I have successfully imported my balance from memorycoin 1, there is one transaction appeared as "mined", still unconfirmed

Another 3570k, at 4.2GHz, 1.93 hashes/min. Starting sync took maybe ten minutes for me, so if you're behind forced firewall/nat/anything just wait patiently.
how can we see our hasrate when we are on windows and using the memorycoin-qt.exe thanks open a debug window and type "getmininginfo" in console

Mine doesn't sync either.
maybe we need to wait those 12 minutes for genesis block to be published

Downloaded, my client is not mining dont know why in an AMD X6 Win 7 64b. I put 4 processes, but CPU stills at 0% the same here after setting setgenerate true: { "blocks" : 0, "currentblocksize" : 1000, "currentblocktx" : 0, "difficulty" : 0.00000000, "errors" : "", "generate" : true, "genproclimit" : -1, "hashespermin" : "No information yet. Wait at least 4 minutes after starting mining for estimate.", "pooledtx" : 0, "testnet" : false }

Will there be a bonus for current protoshares owners? I read about it somewhere but don't remember details.
