I think if you take the time to understand the Yes We CANN movement you'll change your views but as always the choice is entirely yours. I would ask you to refrain from making misstatements about CANN and CANNdy though. My original post was about a way of using your cann to get a discount by shapeshifting to potcoin. But instead of getting your coin listed on sites that can allow consumers to use cannabis coin you just want to regurgitate the same old taking points. And I did say I may be wrong in an earlier post but you want to be the hero or something. I'm done here, good luck finding dispensaries willing to just give away their good quality cannabis for peanuts. You got tunnel vision my friend. Have to agree I do not think that any business would give away their product for free , if D9 is lucky he finds a lot of businesses that will be willing to give out cann for candy provided by D9 previously. |

Buying Siacoin pm reasonable offers.  35 Satoshi per Sia seems very reasonable. Current rates for storage are 15.46 SIA per GB. So that would equal 0.00000541 BTC which is about $0.0013 USD. So 1000GB is $1.30. Er that is freaking cheap! Maybe I should rethink before selling for .35 BTC per million........  (Yes, yes, I know the market is early and money can be made bargaining. Just trying for some perspective.) That is because people are just testing it out and nobody is trying to earn money here. |

I will probably consider buying at 0.1 / million , the product is not done , there is no real demand yet about 100 miners hold all the coins mined so far and this is just going to get much worse since no exchange or easier mining software is coming.
With a price of 0.3 / million sia already has a mcap of more then 120000$ which is absolutely not sustainable , my buy target before launch was buying anything below 0.05 / million.
to all the people hyping : good luck finding a seller , to everybody else , feel free to contact me once you adjusted your prices , have 2-3 btc.

to finally get some sell orders out, here is mine: selling 2,500,000 sia for 1 btc for those of you who tell me thats too expensive: at the time of writing there are 766m coins supply so 2,5m are 0,32 % of ALL coins at only 225$ (for that 1 btc) that would mean a total cap of: 766 / 2,5 * 225 = 68,940$ if you check http://coinmarketcap.com/ and compare it to other coins that do NOT have a feature creating real value like sia then you might see that my price is probably not expensive good luck to buy cheaper than that In 20 days it is 0,032 % of the coin supply, in 200 days 0,0032% keep that in mind, other coins on cmc do not have such a big inflation. |

My miner just says "Device max compute units : 18" but nothing about finding blocks , hashrate intensity etc , I think it is not mining since my computer has the same speed as before , how do i get it to start mining ?

So I was planning to rent a couple of rigs for the launch however when looking for the algo that was going to be used I read this in the op "Sia's hashing algorithm is blake2b".
I have never mined another algo then scrypt and sha-256 and can not find any rigs for rent can someone point me somewhere where I could learn how to mine that algo so I can atleast mine some coins upon launch even if I will not be able to rent rigs?
Also : wil there be any way to buy sianotes after june 1 , I would love to just buy 2-3 of those instead of a bunch of coins and the huge inflation that comes with it but I just recently found out about sia and I will get my payment on june 1 which of course is after the deadline.

I realy like the idea since it is similliar to storjs which i think has huge upside potential however I am not sure if it will be profitable to rent miners at the start due to the high inflation.

OK thanks to Maxminers we could resync to their fork and we are back online. A lot of blocks were lost on the wrong chain though, withdrawals are enabled again.
