after watching the Big Short- great movie btw, I realized that the housing market crash and the bailout were the cause of delusional thinking. I am buying Bitcoins not because I am thinking they will be a million dollars per coin in 10 years, but because I know that they will change our current loopy system of money we have today and That Bitcoin is a better investment than Gold, Dollar, and Silver.

The case for a creator from a journalistic standpoint is great. For the people that are using it and working on BTC it is irrelevant. However, when I heard Satoshi say "I am not Dorian Nakamoto". I was excited for a moment but questioned if it really was him.

Is it graded and at what price?

A lot of people here will buy graded coins from ANACS because the quality commands the price. However, if you kept from the roll to capsule and hardly used it, then it should grade well. If you sell ungraded and wanna sell it now it is best to put up for auction and let the market decide. Pretty hard to give a price on ungraded coin.

I have tried time and time again to convince my Girl to use and Buy Bitcoins, but no bite. I even bought her a little for Christmas but she still has it. I want to have Bitcoin conversations with her on the future, freedom, and trust of bitcoin. Hopefully I will get through to her.

The reason I buy my casascius from bitcoin talk is because I have trust in the members that dealt with Mike before I joined. Ognasty, Blazed, Nubbins, and many others that bought from him. I almost bought coins from Ebay, but I know its full of scammers from China, Nigeria,and other scammer countries. It really depends on what type of buyer you are. I am a collector and love the coins for their sleek design and importance of being the first physical bitcoins. If I trade coins for profit then maybe a PGP chain would be worthwhile.

Do not buy from EBAY made a mistake because Coinbase was taking to long to deliver. Regret it and a waste of time now I have to dispute it big ass headache coming.

I think the blockchain brought me back. Got real into bitcoins In 2013. But spent all of them on a wedding. I will start to buy more now, but the blockchain idea got me reading again and back in the mix.

This has probably been answered before and I just could not find any info. I did not know where to ask this question since I am new to coin collecting. Can a able counterfeiter make a hologram copy and glue it to a casascius coin. The person can just get the unredeemed casacius address on uberbills copy it and place it on. Gamble would be to check but then you just destroyed a collectable. Second, If they are graded does anacs check the hologram and color quality.
