Holding gold you won't make that much profit in a long term. With bitcoin you have a high changes that will just go to 1500 dollar the next year. I think you should just hold bitcoin for now and not gold That is why a lot of people is going for bitcoin than gold. The problem mining bitcoins cost money also gold, but with gold you can get lucky in one day you can get maybe 1000 grams of gold or something.
Well for me I would rather choose bitcoin also than gold, as said gold is for one time but in bitcoin you can hold it for a long time and maybe this will grow in the future without any hasle. I got some bitcoins in my wallet and i dont want to sell it. Its not the right time to sell it because its still the price increasing rapidly. Maybe january is the best time to sell those bitcoins. Maybe the hype will end that time and many owners will also will surely dump that time. For now, im just gonna relax and enjoy the flow. Be patient. We are at $900 barrier and we will reach $1000 barrier anytime soon.

Mining bitcoin requires a hefty investment. It is probably still profitable but it's not as easy as it used to be. For the bitcoin you need Asic miner, cheap electricity, safe room (possibly with air conditioning). Money can be made but it takes a lot to invest. Mining with PC video cards is option for some altcoins and you can earn small amount of money - depending on the coin and on the mining rig.
For me mining is also profitable yet it needs a lot of requirements so that you can gain.as talked mining needs to be safe and your computer must be in full condition as needed for this, although Im not taking mining but still I have an idea because I'm coming up to it soon as I am prepared. For now I'll be studying for mining strategy so that maybe I fail but not too much if I go for it alteady. As of now it's profitable as I observed yet diffucult one also. |

I would think bitcoin operates under the same guise, if you look recently into bitcoin it gained fame becausse of how expensive it was (Like over 1000$) but now it has tanked way below that, because of the overabundance, and therefore a type of inflation. I would think investing in something more physical would be worthwhile, instead of money type things. Like a house, it may dip a lot but it will always come back up, you just have to be patient. Well for me I agree for investing but not all the savings, maybe we can take it 50/50 so that if what happen to my savings I have to wait for my investment income. Maybe investment is known for risk execution but sometimes we must taje the risk so that we can learn for more and we don't know earn for more also. Yes i bought altcoins too and it'a because i feel that some altcoins has potential too. I bought my first altcoins thinking it will rise in it's price but it drop and i guess i think i need to be wise on picking altcoins. But now i have several altcoins in my list but unfortunately some of it has decline in price. But it's my time to buy altcoin at very low price now.

My crypto worth is 100% in bitcoin but to give neutral advice it's probably best to be something like 70% bitcoin & 30% ETH. I'm already fairly heavily invested in bitcoin & not planning to buy into anything else but fair advice would be to spread your money around.
I agree of that most of the time is butcoin but somehow in eth , I'll be prefer for that advice that bigger bitcoin than eth, bitcoin for me is surely last as long as theirs a organizer and a user, so maybe in the sooner if we invest in bitcoin there is a lot of chance to achieve what we've planned for now. |

I understand the frustration of OP that it is now not possible to buy bitcoin at this price. But regret the past is stupid. You better think about that in that time people sold a few bitcoins and earning them was a few dollars. This year, those who had 1 bitcoin in the beginning of the year and sold it today earned $ 5,000. I think that people from the past would be you.
Why isn't it possible? Just invest what you would of invested anyway. Sure you aren't going to get one Bitcoin for $30 anymore, but investing $30 now might net you a profit further down the line. If what a few are predicting turns out to be correct you could earn more than triple that amount. Invest what you can afford it wasn't too late a year ago and it isn't too late now. Yeah thats right we must remember always that it's never too late and it's better late than never. We can invest as much as we can, we don't need to rush it. Yeah i agree with you..i think it is not the word fun. It should be "enjoy" because if you like of what you are doing and you love it then you are enjoying it. And ofcourse just because it is a serious matter i did not treat it as a game or having fun on it because my earnings/profit was depend on how i treat and take it as my source of income. True,i would rather use the word enjoying than fun since this kind of investment do really need to be serious since our money is at stake on this one. Do you think that bitcoin will suddenly stop growing and the price will stop growing? I know that we cannot predict accurately future price, but this scenario is totally unacceptable. Of course, it would be better if you could invest in BTC when the price was still three digits. But seriously, there is rather high chance that we will reach 5 digits bitcoin in the next 5 years.
