321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: shopping with BTC on: December 03, 2017, 11:20:53 PM
Bitcoin shopping is becoming increasingly more difficult as time goes on due to the problem with fees we are currently experiencing. Unfortunately, fees are so high right now and not only that, they are a lrge percentage of small purchases. And then the onfirmations take so long there is a double-spend problem on top of that that companies need to be woried about.
322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I buy bitcoin now? on: December 03, 2017, 11:17:03 PM
You should buy Bitcoin now, my friend. Smiley

I would suggest opening an account at LocalBitcoin which is the most noob-friendly way you can buy Bitcoins. There isn't a better method than LBC to easily get Bitcoins in a few hours time whereas all the exchanges require ID verification and such.
323  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Another Fork in December on: December 03, 2017, 11:12:56 PM
Bitcoin Silver already failed before the hard fork they planned.
I want to say that the community already rejected this, and will not support by any means in future.
Not only this, hopefully the community will not support any other forks in future. Those who are talking/planning about forks are just nonsense.

Bitcoin Gold
Bitcoin Diamond
Bitcoin Quick
and now Bitcoin Silver.

What would be next? Bitcoin ??

All ofthese funny Bitcoin forks remind me of the prior craze that there was with Ethereum based forks like eBTC and eLTC, eDASH, eMonero, etc. I must admit that was really funny to see people making e coins left and right. eBTC was a hit, but all the other were just flops.
324  Economy / Speculation / Re: I BUY GOLD OR BITCOIN? on: December 03, 2017, 11:03:59 PM
Buy digital gold aka Bitcoin. Smiley

Why would you buy anything other than Bitcoina t this point? It has been proven to increase in value consitently and rarely drops in value and always comes back up after it drops. This is a proven fact and why you should be spending all your investment on BTC!
325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The safest way to store Bitcoin is in your memory on: December 03, 2017, 10:59:56 PM
HAHAHA this is the dumbes tthing I have heard, brain wallets are the dumbest thing ever and if you think you are going to remember forever you must be really stupid. You are going to forget your keys 100% and imagine if you get amnesia or alzeimers and then you are the only one who remembers the keys but you forget them, then say goodbye forever to your Bitcoins!
326  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: December 03, 2017, 10:48:27 PM
I almost bought drugs with Bitcoin one time on the Silk road, but decided against it. I wanted to try to see what it was like and if it really worked, but didn't want to give my address for it. Well, it is an interesting concept to say the least. Or at least was... I don't know if The silk Road is even still around? If it is, it is a unique way to get illegal stuff, but I do not do drugs anymore and don't recommend going there because it isn't good.
327  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin end? on: December 02, 2017, 11:47:06 PM
I don't see any reason of ending in bitcoin because bitcoin is just growing and growing and growing. I can see a bright future in bitcoin and I see that in many years, bitcoin will be a currency in the world. The only thing that will stop bitcoin is if the internet connection in the world is gone which is impossible nowadays so bitcoin will never end Smiley.
A good opinion and I agree with your opinion.
Bitcoin will never end because bitcoin just grows and grows, let alone bitcoin more people are using it now so where bitcoin might end, unless the internet connection breaks up new btcoin will end as well.

Bitcoin doesn't just randomly grow and grow. It is dependant on many factors such as how many people are mining it around the globe, how much demand there is, how many people are selling and how many coins are lost over time. It doesn't just magically increase in price for no reason whatsoever.
328  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are You Disappointed In Trading? on: December 02, 2017, 11:35:48 PM
In my trading experience I will say it hasn't necessarily been great, although it really is hit or miss. Sometimes you hit the jackpot, for example one time I made over 1 Bitcoin in one night. That was amazing. And other times you will lose everything.
329  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Dividing your salary. on: December 02, 2017, 11:33:44 PM
I recently read about some guy who bought a small amount of Bitcoin using his salary over a long period of time and he ended up with over 20 Bitcoins and now he just cashed them out to buy a house!

Some people were saying it was a dumb decision, but he was considering to take a loan on the house anyways and buy back into BTC.
330  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: if the BTC could reach 100k or even more then it doesn't matter to buy now? on: December 02, 2017, 11:31:06 PM
100% absolutely correct. This is simple investment 101. Bitcoin went from worthless to worth $10,000 a piece. You need to realize when it goes to $100,000 this is an easy 10x on our investment with little work. It doesn't matter when you buy at all, you just need to buy Bitcoin as fast as possible.
331  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Start with Bitcoin or Ethereum on: December 02, 2017, 11:05:30 PM
If I were you, I would start with the king - Bitcoin. There is no better or more prominent coin the Bitcoin, hands down. It is simply the king and even Ethereum is nowhere even close (although it seems to be catching up though). While this whole cryptocurrency craze is happening, BTC remains steadfast in the #1 spot and I don't see any coin derailing it anytime in the near future.
332  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Coinbase. REDUCE YOUR FEES !!! on: December 02, 2017, 10:59:52 PM
Coinbase isn't going to reduce their fees. They don't care about their users as much as the noobs who sign up there think. They overchanrge on fees and are basically just a crypto bank. That is all. And it is unfortunate because crypto is supposed to be decentralized however this is definitely not the case with Coinbase right now. I recommend LocalBitcoins instead!
333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Criminality and Bitcoin on: December 02, 2017, 10:02:08 PM
Felony activites linked with Bitcoin is one thing, criminaliy s ananoter. I doubt that the existence of Bttcoin plays a part in growing criminality or zinc heightens criminality, but if it's, with this with out Bitcoin, crooks will invariably find a way to do...criminal offense.i hi
Silk road use bitcoin as medium of exchange, but now silk road was shutted down. Most of bitcoin transaction is in exchange site now, people are use bitcoin as a tool to grow their wealth. I think the criminality in bitcoin was reduced so much.
Crime is different thing and bitcoin is different thing if someone is using bitcoin in crime it’s not good because bitcoin is here to help humanity and it also tech a good things because bitcoin want to change a life of thousands of people around the world and it have also reduce unemployment in many countries that’s why everyone love and support bitcoin so we need to start hard work here if we start work with honesty so I’m user there will no need for crime.
We own our money, so, we can decide which thing we should do or should not do. Therefore, the criminal own their money, they can choose Bitcoin for their transaction, no one can stop them even the government. FIAT system can't stop, Bitcoin also can't do that!

But do you think that this criminal activity is good for Bitcoin? Because I personally don't. It might have been good in the beginning when there wasn't a spotlight on it really, but now it is just becoming ridiculous.

Thankfully, these criminals are switching over to Monero. While it is unfortunate they even do this behavior to begin with, at least it isn't being done so with Bitcoin anymore, and another crypto instead.
334  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: getting started on: December 02, 2017, 09:54:45 PM
In which exchange are you trying to get started? You should know that there are a lot of pishing sites and you must be aware of that.

And yes, do not even think about using BITTREX, they are going to close your account without any previous notification, it is a waste of time, you are probably going to get your account closed and your funds freezed.

The best thing that you can do is just buy bitcoins on Coinbase, or in GDAX, those are the most safest ways to buy bitcoins at the moment if you are looking for the safest way to do so.

Wait Bittrex is closing accounts now? Since when?

I was always under the impression that Bittrex was one of the best, most trusted cryptocurrency exchanges. Although as of late, even just a month or two ago they obviously did crack down and force people to upload their IDs which is kind of lame. I don't think they have any choice though simply because it is a legal requirement. They are smart for getting a bunch of users to deposit first though and then freeze their funds which forces them to do whatever Bittrex says. Actually it isn't really cool, just smart (there is a big difference).
335  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why invest in bitcoin on: December 02, 2017, 09:41:31 PM
Bitcoin is a revolutionary technology. It is based on the Blockchain, something people are saying is even more revolutionary than the internet itself. Imagine how much the internet affects life these days. The fact something even more impactful could be devloping (or is developing) around the corner is quite amazing. I give it 20 years before Blockchain tech is proliferated throughout society.
336  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the risk of holding Bitcoin? on: December 02, 2017, 09:35:06 PM
As I said in the title. I was interested in putting my money into Bitcoin because of the ever-increasing price.
But I want to know what the biggest risk is to hold Bitcoin?

I don't see any risk if you invest into bitcoin mate. Because ever since bitcoin was continuously increased, and it will become more get higher for sure for the coming weeks and months. So I think your decision was a good idea my brother, do what you like it to do.

Couldn't you at least read the original question in order to get a true idea of what the guy is asking?

He clearly said is it risky to hold Bitcoin, not asking if it is a good idea to invest into Bitcoin.

Sheesh, why even reply if you don't even understand what the topic is about in the first place?
337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Hack? on: December 01, 2017, 11:51:21 PM
Bitcoin is inherently designed to be hack-proof, which is the fundamental revelation of the Blockchain technolgy in that the only way to hack it is to control over 50% of the hashrate and if that happens then Bitcoin would die, but realisticallyit will not happen becuase it takes too much money to make it happen and mining is a global initiative now.
338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin cannot replace currency in the world because price is not stable on: December 01, 2017, 11:47:06 PM
The more money that flows into Bitcoin, the more stable the price becomes. It is a very simple concept. You cannot affect the price all that much if there is over a trillion dollars in market cap. It is common sense. But when the market cap was only a few million it was very easy to change the prce, even for just  a millionaire, and there are lots and lots of millionaires around the world.
339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: December 01, 2017, 11:40:39 PM
I would say, ask yourself which is more likely to bring a better return on your investment (ROI) in the next 10 years?

If you think fiat is going to grow more in 10 years, go for fiat. If not, buy Bitcoin instead. But just consider fiat loses about 2% of its value on a tearly basis whereas Bitcoin's price increases due to deflation...
340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will a future quantum computer make blockchain encryption obsolete? on: December 01, 2017, 11:33:24 PM
This is quite possible and scary. Right now it is impossible to decrypt private keys, however it could be possible going forward that private keys could easily be decrypted by quantum computers - even instantly. Thus is the nature of quantum mechanics... nothing really makes much sense.
