Lower the memory overclock on GPU 4 you can find it by pressing 4 ing the miner to disable the GPU from mining then use msi to lower the mem by 50 MHz

I have disabled everything in the bios that I can including usb as I use ps/2 KVM's allowing me to make the 4 slot motherboard run 6 cards
If you miss disabling one item in bios then one of the cards will no longer work.

Sounds like you are running out of memory. Please verify that your virtual memory is set to 16000 MB.

I have had this happen on ethpool a few times, however for some reason a few hours later my credits had been reduced as if it was a temporary server glitch.

most UBQ and Music pools use a http proxy and not stratum which is what appears to be the cause. I got it working using the following config for UBQ using my R9 270 2GB card making $38 per month.

This issue is completely random for me, only 1 of 3 rigs were affected and it ran with no issues for weeks before the error occurred, This is also my least stable rig so a crash could have broken the configs.

Only way I have found is to modify the bios using a hex editor as for me setting anything under 1000 in polaris bios editor doesn't work. It took me forever to find, the other option which is what i use on all my new rigs is to load wattman profiles at boot using a batch script.

Fixed it......

In open hardware monitor it was not enabling the remote web server.

Fix go under options in open hardware monitor and click run under options>Remote Web Server

Further digging shows that the monitor.dat file isn't being generated for the machine in question.

I have the same issue on of of my 4 card rigs and it appears to be related to Open Hardware Monitor not opening it's port and not writing the log file.
