321  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Sound Money? on: August 06, 2017, 07:30:27 AM
Bitcoin is a digital currency in the form of metal made of gold. May someday be circulated throughout the world that can be used by the public to transact in any form
Nope it will not and I can say that it will never be. Since it is decentralized and its impossible to have a physical form like the coins of Fiat. We now have Digital Technology, we don't need to rely on physical form anymore since it fades away so quickly (that's tangible for you). Whilst Bitcoin is intangible and no need to maintain. And can be used in various things and fields hence it sounds like money.
322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: August 06, 2017, 06:51:37 AM
I think because this is a different era, where for anyone transactions in hand so that more recommends a better way of payment than cash, of course bitcoin is the solution of all that.
Although Fiat still has its relevance when it comes to payment and stuffs. Also it is till very convenient to use since the way of its transaction is very easy to understand hence we've been using fiat for some time now. But the thing is the use of a specific kind of fiat depends on the country itself only and cannot be used outside of its premises. Whilst Bitcoin has its freedom of use wherever you go, except for those countries that have temporarily banned them. You might ask why temporarily? Because in time Bitcoin will be as relevant as Fiat someday soon and be utilized just like Fiat but online and since internet is way more easier now than of the past we can now access it with ease.
323  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: August 06, 2017, 04:56:16 AM

You may also note that many people may be using the US dollar without being US citizens.

That is exactly the case here. US Dollar is still the most used business currency in the world. You are paying for most of your international deal with US Dollars after all. I don't think it will gonna change anytime soon. While other currencies stay close and some are even more expensive than USD it dies not matter since dollars are more regarded and used all over the world. But I do not see bitcoin becoming World Currency anytime soon bitcoin revolution just begun.

I strongly agree with your opinion, I also do not think bitcoin will replace dollar even though bitcoin is popular nowadays it still have to improved and many people would be knowledgeable about it. To become global currency, bitcoin still need to study on how it will help the economy to amended and let's consider the country that slow in internet connection because we know that to used bitcoin the number thing we need a is internet.
But it already is a Global Currency, you see everyone can use it. Even though some countries ban this, they could still utilize it. I guess that's the main concept of Bitcoin, to have freedom in using it. I think economically, it will not help (for now), because we are still using Fiat in all of the transactions and we still using it to circulate and determine every exchange prices in specific countries.
324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: August 06, 2017, 03:26:54 AM
Peoples are holding BTC because they are waiting it to grow up and make some money, also they can invest in mining and get double.

It is mainly because they have some amount of Bitcoin to hold for, I mean you need to have a large number of it. Having huge amount of it means that you are now a major holder of Bitcoin. It could also affect the price of it, if you could just analyze it, these major holders greatly affect the price of Bitcoin. If they suddenly convert or sell in mass number of it, the price significantly change.
325  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Bitcoin End World Poverty? on: August 04, 2017, 04:02:15 PM
Bitcoin is not a magic wand which will end world poverty. It simply doesn't have the power to end such a massive thing. Also bitcoin is not a payment system anymore. We have moved to a different goal long back, when the confirmation time increased and transaction fees hiked. These confirmation time and transaction fees is going to be increased again and again. So we will move from the initial goal further.

Bitcoin has now purely became an investment asset. IT can provide a huge return which any other conventional investment will never be able to offer ever. So I take bitcoin purely as an investment and a trading asset. I earn profit  and keep it for the future.
Yes his right bitcoin is not a magic that can end poverty but bitcoin can lessen poverty we all know that bitcoin gives us money we earn from it if all people are doing it and investing it lots of people will earn money from it so poverty can lessen but not end
Bitcoin may help some people earn more money, but those that are earning it are using their knowledge to do so, so I think quality education must be the top priority that way those people that are poor could lift themselves out of that state by studying hard and improving themselves.
I couldn't agree more. If we would analyze it, having more focus on educating the people all over the world could end world poverty. After they provide the resources they needed in order for them to have proper education, then most likely they will now choose what would be the best way to help them to make a living and don't just rely on the help of others. And earning Bitcoin is just one of those aspect that they would choose.

Bitcoin alone can't end this major kind of problem, it bounds to many different reasons why it can't.
326  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: August 04, 2017, 03:31:58 PM
Yes it is not impossible because of massive adoptation. In my country it is accepted. There is an application wallet that is exclusive to use here. And it has its own features that includes transactions like paying bills and even be a load retailer too.
Well technically speaking, it is already a Global Currency my friend. Its just that it lacks so much versatility when it comes to its usage. We are not considering it as such because not so many country are legally accepting it.

But in countries that are accepting it has exclusive ways of usage like what you've mentioned, its just one of their features that they've added, only in their country that is.
327  Other / Off-topic / Re: Young people should go all in on bitcoin on: August 04, 2017, 03:13:51 PM
Forget about everything else and just put everything on bitcoin. You are living with your parents, they pay everything for you, you got nothing to lose. If I was living with my parents, I would save everything and buy bitcoin monthly. If BTC doesn't keep rising you can still reach the 21 BTC holder group, then save this and retire in 10 years when the price makes you a millionaire.

Go all in on regret later. You are on a privileged position to profit from high risk high reward moves. No risk no win, and BTC is the best long term high risk bet.

I think this is a great idea. This was one of my regret before, I've heard about bitcoin when it's price was very cheap. I could've bought atleast 15 btc that time. But, I was full of hesitation because I thought it was just a trash and a scam. Well, I would've been a millionaire now if I bought it when I was younger.
Maybe this is really a good thing, but don't forget about what would be its counter side. Sure if the youngster could know Bitcoin so early and earn early in their young age then it would be great. But think about this, when these youngster already knew that they could now earn for a living by means of exposing themselves into Bitcoin, they would rather just stop going to school and just to that. So it would make a major effect on the government since Bitcoin is 'decentralized' - thus more sad faces to the government and eventually ban Bitcoin to the country.
328  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin provide income on line? on: August 04, 2017, 02:54:08 PM
Really, bitcoin provides extra income online for me. Besides, i also got knowledge from this forum.
How does bitcoin provide an extra income for you?

You receive bitcoin because of the service or product you have delivered and bitcoin is only a payment method to compensate your performance. The service or product you deliver provides you the income and not the payment method.
By compensating your performance from what the product or service you've provided, payment really is the only method for you to receive Bitcoin. But there are many other ways to earn it. There would be gambling or even trading - they are the major things you could try to earn more.
329  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: August 03, 2017, 04:02:09 PM
Bitcoin is global currency only one problem there is. Not so many still know about it and if they know they lack access to internet to use it. Think this is only problem but when is solved this will make price boom high.
I don't think that adding more people in the community will make the Bitcoin's price boom. Because as far as I'm concerned, there are major holders here in the community, people who have a mass number of Bitcoin. And not only that, whenever they convert or sell, these major holders makes the price fluctuates in large numbers.
330  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: July 31, 2017, 06:17:28 PM
Bitcoin will slowly and gradually be start accepted across globally and many more countries will follow the Japan to start legalizing and accepting it . This will help the country economy, growth and job employment too as many youngsters can do full time job in bitcoin or related to it.
I think the reason why these few countries accepted Bitcoin as their currency is that they wanted to take that first step in embracing the Digital Technology. They are also aware of what will come in the future. Therefore they already implemented this to their country as soon as possible, to become a well developed country when it comes to digital economic status.
331  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: July 31, 2017, 06:02:39 PM
I think in the presence of bitcoin will reduce unemployment, because searching for bitcoin also requires hard work and creativity, and competitiveness in bitcoin is also high almost similar to work in the real world

What is your opinion this time?
Well, I could say that is true. Nowadays bitcoin is one of the online job in the entire world gave an opportunity to anyone who look for a part time income online. and that's happening already in different nations of course. Where it can be found in bitcointalk.org through in signature campaign in the forum.
Well in truth, it will not be considered as a reduction of unemployment or having a job since the government are not involve whatsoever. I say that it could only make a person earn a living and change his life with the benefits of Bitcoin not being employed.
332  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin provide income on line? on: July 31, 2017, 05:20:55 PM
many of my friends did not work but a lot of money away was great when compared, to me that is still working in the factory, I was confused from where producer obtained from bitcoin?
If we are going to open our facebook in socials media, many in the public wall you will see a lot of online job in there to earn USD$. Even in double your bitcoin which is more on referral scheme. But those are not legit out of 100% I think only 1% are legit if there is a legit one, Lol Grin
In Online, making the word legit stick to an online business or service is really hard to trust if they're really are legit. But either way you have to take risks if you're really willing to earn a living because both could provide you income.
333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Sound Money? on: July 31, 2017, 05:04:35 PM
Bitcoin is money. It is an oppurtunity from poor to rich to earn money in equal way.
No discrimination, you dont have to have a degree for it. It is bitcoin and i love it.
Are you just considering Bitcoin just a money maker? So that you could buy things from it? That is absurd, I don't know why people see Bitcoin that way. Ever since many people begun to have more interest in Bitcoin, they're using it just to make juice out of it. I mean that is a big slap in Bitcoin since it has so much possibilities and potentials. They don't even know the real purpose of Bitcoin.
334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Sound Money? on: July 31, 2017, 04:32:38 PM
It is true that bitcoin and gold today are often discussed everywhere. In a period of 8 years bitcoin has beaten the price of gold as valuable as bitcoin. Bitcoin has become a new trend for investors around the world to find abundant profits. But you have to understand that gold is a real precious metal, while bitcoin is a number.

You can buy gold and sell it 20 years later even for the whole time there are still people who want to buy, but if you buy bitcoin now and save it for 20 years then not necessarily bitcoin is still used. Bitcoin will disappear when it is no longer needed.
But my friend, you also have to consider the possibilities of 'the taking over of digital technology'. And what I mean about this is, having the fact that technology is now progressing exponentially and very dramatically, maybe its time where we can now discover more valuable and real use of gold. I mean having Bitcoin replace gold and makes its value decrease to none (just in price value), we can now develop even more technology using gold. Because as you've said gold is a precious metal so why don't we just extract that 'precious metal' and utilize it to even more valuable form, not just for decorations or signage that you're filthy rich.
335  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why use Bitcoins ? on: July 31, 2017, 04:17:39 PM
Why use Bitcoin? Because bitcoin is easy to use and lots of investment land is easy to convert into money for ourselves.

Well as of now? Its still not considered as 'easy' as you think it is. Although many people are investing more and more to bitcoin (because of its potential) there are still boundaries when it comes to its utilization, thus there are still many flaws in Bitcoin that needs refinement.

As what you're saying now is not using Bitcoin at all, its just like you're treating it just to make Fiats.
336  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin just an asset ? on: July 31, 2017, 03:55:05 PM
You shouldn't take any advice from the media, they mix up most of the truth to something which isn't real at all. About bitcoin as an asset yes it is also a asset but it doesn't end there with bitcoin you can gamble , transafer this asset to someone anonymously, trading with stocks knows as alts and many more. Ignore the media always google there are various trusted sites out there.
Probably the media spread out some gossips about Bitcoin and having the fact that it is taking its high rise in its price maybe they wanted to challenge those people who're in this industry. Well just to make more money for them ofcourse (that's pretty much how the media works).

But then again maybe they wanted the public to know what Bitcoin's potentials are. Like this, using Bitcoin as an asset. Maybe they've noticed a poor person is now a millionaire because of this.
337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How the future of bitcoin will look like on: July 31, 2017, 03:40:30 PM
i see that everyone will be using bitcoin instead of other cryptocurrencies and fiat money, bitcoin will be an investment that can be worth more than gold, in it sense, i think bitcoin is the gold for this age, since we are living in a fast changing world, we also need a currency that can catch up, and bitcoin is the solution.
I also see that. Many people will become aware and eventually they will use bitcoin in their daily lives. The bitcoin will becomw more popular than before and many countries will legalize and accept it.
Indeed, it is not far from bitcoin to become an alternative mode of payment in the near future. Yet, it has a chance to become a job for unemployed people. As the time passes by bitcoin will become recognize of many people and they will use it in their daily lives to sustain their daily expenses.
Yes they could have sustainability in their way of living maybe more than just living, its like having a life. But it will never be considered as reducing unemployment or having a job at all. Since we are working out of Government's premises that is.

Sure Bitcoin will come to that stage where people will use it in their everyday transactions, like riding a bus or something.

339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are holding Bitcoin? on: July 30, 2017, 05:59:19 PM
It's very simple, really.
I think that for the most people bitcoin is life time investment.
They are buying or collecting their btc funds with hope that btc price will continue to rise and reach even higher levels than now.
If such scenario happens, many people will make nice profits with bitcoin.
For the most people, it's worth to wait for something like this Smiley

So its all about timing eh?

But how could we know if it would be the right time, what if you converted this time of year but in the next year it has a better price? I think its more than just investment. If you really wanted to make profits, then you don't need to save all of it in your investment. Sometimes 'profit' is not a term only as economical in numbers. But also as a form of materialization. Making profit is not just making more what you've capitalized, but making it put into use, that's the true profit.
340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: July 30, 2017, 05:44:57 PM
Personally I am responding to such people is to explain that the crypto world like bitcoin is indeed a little difficult to learn but if not like I do not think or force them to like but I will explain it in detail.!
Really, sometimes people do not want to know about bitcoin when they often ask but not serious, but if asked I will explain what is bitcoin, very disayangjkan once people who do not know the world of crypto Sad
People fear what they do not know. We always assume that 'change' is risky and dangerous, that is true. It is a gamble between success and failure. People always wanted to 'play safe' just to not to make mistakes. And besides before they believe something there has to be proof, so the reason why they hate because they don't know the truth. And in order for them to know the truth, we have to prove it to them what really are the benefits of being involved in all of these crypto coins.
