I think it can hit one dollar per token when it reach the exchange, aside from the token supply, if the token was sold out before campaign then the price will get higher, it's a nice project.

The ICO price is scheduled to increase during the token sale. But with the current instability in the market I doubt this could hold $0.10 price by the end of token sale.
Depends on your post, is the crowdsale from this project still running ? but, i see this token in coinmarketcap today and now the price is about $0.015 in coinmarketcap, https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/clearcoin/#marketsToken sale ending on March 31st. Price got over ten cents per token. On HitBTC now and taking a total dump. Around US$0.008 per token at this time. The reason on price dropping is only that, The give Airdrop before the listing of tokens on exchanges and those that got free tokens dumped immediately, and also intial price started with 0.01$ and most of the people that bought early took profit early. Now there is only hope to recover my investment. i will sell at my buying price 0.03$. |

For exchanges, ICOs that collect KYC information, when are they required to send information to the government.
If I remember correctly, in the US if you make a money transaction, such as through Western Union, or bank, $3,000+, within the same day, or smaller amounts during consecutive days, the institution must collect your ID information and Social Security and report it to the government. I forget which entity of the government.
Does that mean that if one participates in an ICO and puts in over $3,000, that gets reported to the government? Or if you move $3,000 out of an exchange, that gets reported?
Many of investors invested more than $10k in single ico and they did not get reported, Kyc documents are only for security purpose. Many investors invested huge amount, Still we do not know is it save to give personal data to these ico, ICOs should give security of our documents. |

Well without support of governments it will be impossible for bitcoin and any other digital currency to be accepted as mainstream and governments are only banning it because it is too much speculative and it can not be regulated. |
