3201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It's just the beginning on: March 20, 2020, 11:54:31 AM
Crypto will be the biggest thing to focus on from now on because Bitcoin is recovering an stock market is not, once many witnessed this they will finally understand what crypto is capable of, for all of you saying it's the end, well it's just the beginning

if its recovering then people will prolly stop investing for a while and will look on assets that is cheap like stocks because you said stocks havent recovered yet ?

but i dont believe that stocks didnt recover yet now that i know that few countries are now back to normal again   , that is also the reason on why cryptos recovered too  aside from the reason of people are switching to cryptos because using phyiscal currencies now are risky   . it is really the begining of the recoveries not just on cryptos but also on everything   .
3202  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Horseracing & Greyhounds covid19 shutdown on: March 20, 2020, 10:38:50 AM

Bettors must have anticipated it already that all events are going to be postponed, MMA fights were also postponed for the purpose of preventing covid19 to wipe out human race. There were news that Covid can also be transmitted to animals, this virus cam mutate itself.  Gambling though can easily be done online, there are even racing ponies in some gambling sites. Check fortunejack's be page promotion is all about racing.  Cheesy

Transmitted to what animals exactly? horses, dogs (heard dogs don't get it?), chickens, etc? Another thing is to know if can be transmitted from animals to humans.
Ponies =virtual horses? It is probably better than racing with real horses. Sometimes I wonder if the real horses are ok with people using them in racing. It could be a good way of getting them exercise once in while though. They mostly look healthy to me, and well taken care of.

same here . i dont heard of diseases exist on horses but to other animals that you mention above yes they have histories  but corona is said to exist on bats and pangolin only and not on other animals so its still safe to use horses i guess but still events that are crowded should be shutdown temporarily to avoid people from getting infected  .

there are still online horse race and the horse are not real but i think they can be easily manipulated unike to a real horse that is controlled by humans   .
3203  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Corona virus (COVID19) Effect in Cryptocurrency Gambling on: March 20, 2020, 09:58:52 AM
The only gambling site that will be affected are those based in sports betting types. But for online casino's it will be business as usual, in fact as you might said most people right now are vacant. So they'll surely look for alternatives to keep them occupied such as online casino's, these will actually benefit them.

The cryptocurrency gambling sites will not have any problems.
Most of those sites have other games to play such as dice or plinko so gamblers can be focused on those games.

dice and plinko are enjoyable  . both of these games are my favorite more than anything else especially plinko when i want to past the time and enjoy  , and dice if i want to earn a profit  .

crypto gambling site mean its still compose of sports betting and classic casino games  but sports betting sites are the one that is affected the most  .  offline casino are also being closed  but the good news is that there are online versions of a clasic casino   . this is the perfect time for offline gambler to try online gambling too    .
3204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: March 20, 2020, 08:15:46 AM
switching on casinos ? nope not either   . casinos are also closed  , yes im talking about live casinos that we saw on a real world  .

if your talking about online casinos  welll that also depend on the country   . also not all sport gambler love to play casino games , for what is the reason they chose sports betting anyway  ?  means some of them have tried casino games before but didnt like it and realized that its not easy to earn on them but its easy to earn on sports bettting  .
3205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why there are so many people who get addicted on gambling? on: March 18, 2020, 09:07:02 PM
In my own point of view, the reason why there are so many people who get addicted in gambling is because it is very easy to earn money with it that you can enjoy and earn at the same time, that is why a lot of people knows how to play gambling games because it is not just entertaining, you can simply earn money with it too.
That mindset of having easy passage way to earn money is the most dangerous thinking about this activities. It will engage you to much and you'll be finding yourself getting addicted as you are keep chasing every single ways to win and earn from the house.
Most outcomes are negative to every individuals who got addicted to gambling.

that is thier missconception   . earning in gambling is risky so its not easy   . i remember the more i want to earn the more i loose and never reach my goal  because i keep on pushing after every wins  .

with this mentality i now forgot how to enjoy gambling that is supposed to be playing slowly and sipping every moment    .  there are many addicted to it but i think the number of non adicted gamblers are still more because most people are also busy on other things like working  , so they cant easily foccus playing a gambling   .
3206  Economy / Economics / Re: A little good news for Asia on: March 18, 2020, 07:51:33 PM
what are those stuffs ? maybe its better if you put extra detail next time , you can do some googling too if you think your knowledge is limited on those things but we can also do googling too anyway lol but still it will be better if we have all the infos here anyway i think those are so called index are simillar to market cap  ? as i can see numbers but idk if what kind of asset were those  , stocks maybe or other than that  ?  still a good news if other assets increase , that means people are slowly going back on business again and will soon see a recovery on the crypto market too  .
3207  Economy / Economics / Re: a disease or a virus or is there business in it? on: March 18, 2020, 07:07:51 PM
Is there any chance that when the corona virus appears, some scientists have discovered the antidote of the virus itself so that there is an element of intention regarding the spread of the corona virus because there is a business element in it so that the antidote for the corona virus is sought after by many people, this is like a film about spreading viruses that can kill and destroy the economy globally. what do you think about this?
There are already thousands of people who have been affected by this virus that it is almost all over the country , and we don't even know who is behind of this virus. I think for sure there is already an antidote that was invented before the virus spreads, maybe the creator just really wanted to spread the virus even more and then releases the antidote, so she or he could be rewarded. Just a theory about it

your theory could be true because lately ive seen some videos that corona virus already existed before therfor the cure were arleady invented before also but there are also news that cure have been distributed for free by russia and china  but dont know if both sure are simillar   .

it could also be that the creator of the virus wants to benefit on other forms of business and not by selling cure/medical products   . sad to witness that there are humans that are willing to harm other people just to achieve the satisfaction that they need
3208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play gambling that require skills and techniques. on: March 18, 2020, 06:33:36 PM
we can adapt critical thinking and other skills on gambling that arent totally based on the luck and we can apply it also on our daily lives   . its like killing two birds at one stone  only if you win but if not , then dont worry because your skills and thinking have also increased  whilest for the people that only play luck based gambling , once they loose they just loose or worst feel bad  to some people that cant accept thier losses easily  . skill based gambling is a bti harder but worth it at the end  , while luck based are easy  that is why many gamblers choose this kind of gambling
3209  Economy / Speculation / Re: Notorious Bear Tone Vays: 90% chance $3,800 was the low on: March 18, 2020, 11:37:58 AM
nice . nice to hear that some experts are also agreing with my predictions  because my prediction says that this was the lowest bitcoin can get  . i monitored the price from time to time but no new hard dips are experienced so far    .

this was a good news to me aside from the recovery of some patients on our own country that lately been got by corona virus    .  maybe the recovery of the people have a relation to the recovery or stableness of the value of btc and other cryptos  ?  hmm , that was also one of my theory    .
3210  Economy / Economics / Re: Btc going to 2k or 3k or 7k or 9k on: March 18, 2020, 10:46:35 AM
one more dip ? oh i see  but do you have a date if what will it happen ? not accurate date but also a prediction date  so that we people can use it as a guide to prepare  . dunno if that final dip happen now but i see the price became stable right now with only minimal fluctuation   .

i think people shall buy more right now because my own prediction says that this is already the bottom  .  sooner or later the value can recover slowly back again to 10k and preparing to take off more after halving event .
3211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Las Vegas closes casinos and hotels in lieu of coronavirus on: March 18, 2020, 10:02:47 AM
This could be a time when they would be able to use online gambling sites.

It could be possible that a lot of gamblers would be using cryptocurrencies. I know that gamblers would not just sit in their houses just watching television or playing games. They would find alternatives to gamble and they would be obviously looking for currencies they could use online and they might find cryptocurrencies interesting though banks are still accepting transactions so they might use that too.

crypto thru banks ?  thats rare but if ever there are countries do that , im sure they are likely closed too because of the global virus issue   . mostly banks dont accept crypto including on our own but i only use a third party provider to convert my fiat to crypto or crypto to fiat and in that way i can use banks or atms  . luckily there are few open atm's that we can use here to withdraw   .  anyway , its good too that las vegas also comply to the lock down and for once they have sacrifice thier business or income potential for the sake of others  . i salute them
3212  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COVID-19: Avoid casino, play online on: March 18, 2020, 08:52:57 AM
people on our place still gambling inside someones house . i think this is still risky because its possible that some of them have virus and spread it to the other  . thier reason is that what they do is better than going outside on a big casino but they dont know the true meaning of quarantine .
im just hoping that people on our place arent covid positive because few of those gamblers live only close on our home . i dont go outside but i think i can get easily infected with what they do
3213  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Right time for gambling addicts to come out of addiction? on: March 18, 2020, 08:18:14 AM
not really get out because the virus isnt forever i guess but you can say its the right time to unwind to other stuffs like practicing strict security measure to avoid the hazard of virus  and to spend more quality time with your family or do your previous hobby  that you also love before you engage on sport betting .  while regular gamblers ( not sport bettors ) are also afected but they can still bet normally tho since the games that they play are non infectious than on sports
3214  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Some casino gambling tips. on: March 17, 2020, 01:39:41 PM
i can relate on the numbers 2 and 3 but i already practice the number 1 tip  . the number 2 which is the calmness  , its not because of the ambiance but because of the people looking at me  . i cant foccus playing no matter how good or secure the place is  , this makes me choose online gambling more than live casinos   . number is choosing a game  , i cant decide which game i foccus with but i end up playing all  which is bad because my bankroll is only limited .  this kills my ability to see good hits because i dont play the same game for a longer time
3215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Exactly Caused The New Drop Of Crypto? on: March 17, 2020, 01:00:05 PM
I think it happened due to the decline in transactions that took place on the market due to the loss of crypto users who were afraid of the coming of Corona virus.
transactions supposed to be inclined because people are panicking ( buying and selling )  but mostly selling   . also people are entering because they see the dump as a great oppurtunity to invest more  .

Quote
here if we expect that the 2020 bull market then we need to provide support to crypto users to come back even though this virus is disturbing our performance here.
that is hard to do because people are more foccusing on the virus than on ways on how to promote a crypto or on how to create a bull run  .

the drop of the price finally stop and hopefully the price recovers now because the state of the convid are now also getting better  . more patients are said to recover now  . this is good news to us
3216  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling is like day trading ? on: March 17, 2020, 11:05:43 AM
We know that day trading or short time trading is like playing with wild fire, not may can handle it. That's y most player's end up in loss and very few are successful day traders.
Is that hold true for gambling also?
There are posts here that gambling is addiction and how to get rid of.
Are there gamblers here who are in profit overall?

The longer you play, the more likely you will lose. This is a mathematical rule and it will not change until there is house edge. I think that only by playing the lottery and being lucky by winning, in the long run can we be on plus. House edge is a "tax" that we pay for our fun. Addicted people who lose control over their finances have worse..

Those luck based games are those that house a house edge, and its true that we can never beat the house and that is not comparable to trading since in trading its like using your skills to gamble and be profitable, you can't do that in games with house edge.

Poker and sports betting, these are popular gambling games where there are people who are successful, so this is more comparable to day trading.

Better yet, "using your skills to day trade & be profitable"... that is assuming you don't trade with amount you can't afford to lose. If your trading skills isn't working for you, and you are trading frequently with risky amount, it's likely that you are gambling.
In regards to poker and sports betting, do you know anyone who is consistently profitable in both? I do not doubt that though, as long as skills are concerned.

nc explanation  . skill based gambling can be more comparable to trading but there are still house edge on those games but on trading there isnt known house right ?  only trading fees tho  so both are still close to each other although trading is more favored by serious business minded person while gambling is favored by general audience or people on any ages that are goal is to pass the time  ( have fun or have profit  )   . this is the edge that we must look for so that we can deicide if which activity is suitable for us .
3217  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and KYC on: March 17, 2020, 10:25:15 AM
My thought regarding this is that the government doesn't see that there's a huge buck that circulates in the crypto gambling industry. Unlike in the exchanges, they probably heard that an exchange earns millions a day and that's why they're focusing on it.
But somehow, if they will also see that online casinos earn that much, they will enforce it. They are not tight with casinos for now but who knows if they'll strictly enforce KYC once BTC goes ATH.

actually many gambling sites mostly sportsbookies are now have their own kyc  .the kyc could be done to enhance your account or only required once you withdraw larger funds but luckily there are gambling sites that does not do it because they also know that this kills the idea of a crypto/anonymous gambling  . thats also impossible that a government or just any normal people will not know that theres alot of money flowing on cryptos because cryptos value are way too high  . how much more if its a gambling business when we know gambling owners are likely going to win
3218  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which will be the best altcoin to invest now on: March 17, 2020, 07:25:50 AM
As we have witnessed an unexpected dump when everything was going smooth most of the altcoin's value has dropped as well, but this can be utilised as one more opportunity for those who missed out to invest before the previous pump. We are all aware that the value of Bitcoin will certainly raise but at the same time not all of us can afford to invest into Bitcoin hence some of us choose altcoins to invest rather han Bitcoin but which altcoin do you think will be a the right choice ? I will stick to Ethereum and TRON, kindly share your choices.
Ethereum maybe but TRON/i don't think this one will give us good profit when we can even choose between the top 5 currencies because all of them are very cheap today. and also this thread

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5228754.0

can give other opinion because i think those answer given on that thread are enough to answer this topic also.

But never Forget Bitcoin will be our main investment and just diversify some amount for altcoins.

tron dumped too like any other else  but when the time the market is in good shape i never see any extra ordinary happen on tron aside from being introduced on many popular sites  . tron is like a good alternative to xrp which is also best to use for paying/payment or recieving  money since it somehow stable and a bit fast too  compare to other alts like eth  but no doubt eth is bigger than tron and eth is a good form of investment simillar to btc   . i have recieved some trons before but good thing i converted them asap before the crash begins  .
3219  Economy / Economics / Re: Corona has killed economy of many businesses on: March 17, 2020, 06:38:16 AM
well no one knows if how long this will last but ive been seeing some hope thru news which are kinda bit positive  . news state that many people are recovering from time to time but apart from that there are news too that declare new cases and a new country that is now an epicenter of the virus   . there are known antidote yet but its not released yet on many parts   . i think its been tested first carefully before they distribute it just to be safe   .  the damage is massive right now and  everyone is affected  so people are still praying and hoping for everyones recovery
3220  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we agree BTC is not a store of value? on: March 17, 2020, 06:03:21 AM
but who said it is  ? people and wanabe investors  ?  even the owner himself didnt mention anything related to it but he only claim that btc is a kind of digital currency  or can act as a payment method , nothing more nothing less  .

he didnt claim that its a form of store value because the owner already know that bitcoin will become volatile   but people then eventually labeled bitcoin as one it just because they see btc is increasing and sticking on its value for quite some time     .
