2341  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blockchain gambling are ushering in new development opportunities? on: August 31, 2020, 01:21:43 PM
I'm also fan of DAPP's because it brings security and assurance to us Crypto gamblers. Smart contracts give easy and secured access to every user's Cryptocurrency not unlike a centralized database that anyone can breakthrough, and every fund will be easily stolen or confiscated by a central authority.
Smart contracts could be the next major thing, if not for tje insane high fees in ETH.

security ? i thought  most dapps were scams ? so many dapps now but there are still many people prefer centralize gambling and most of them are secure and not scam so its not the huge fees that makes smart contracts less favored .

although there is still a continous development for other smart contracts project  .  theres always a chance for them to improve if they can prove that they were worthy , theyl soon gain the peoples trust again
2342  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Your keys, your bitcoin? on: August 31, 2020, 10:42:03 AM
im currently using a wallet that i dont held my private keys  . is this mean that i dont own the coins that i see inside my wallet ?  but the point is i can withdrew this coins or i can use this inside their platform  .

thats more important  but let say if im a trader or a investor that owns a large portion of coins dedicated only for those business i think ill prefer a wallet that i can hold my private keys with me .
2343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful with scam copycats of YFI on: August 31, 2020, 08:45:13 AM
i check its price and its now 31,871 usd  . it means that the coin is still growing till the moment you write 22kusd as its price . id never believe it at first but i witness it with my verry own eyes , damn this was the first coin i guess that surpass the value of btc .

is it ?  so much hype happening on the crypto space by this year 2020 but so many bad events happened on the real world .
2344  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Legal Matter on: August 31, 2020, 05:43:48 AM
As with many other online activities – carries the risk of criminal activity. However, there are also other specific associated risks, such as payouts not being fair and open, access by children and use by vulnerable people.
this is the big disadvantage of online gambling compare to other online acts  . i know unfair payouts can happen on others but im more concerned on the young individuals because an online gambling site usually dont have age restriction while other online acts always requires a kyc before you can join which childrens cant join .

Quote
Gambling can also be addictive, and you need to know when to stop.
of course it is  . anything fun and profitable can be addictive but again if young persons are involved they wont care or they dont know if they are already addicted or not but as long as they are happy of what they are doing .
2345  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which type of trading you think is good? on: August 31, 2020, 05:12:39 AM
at first i thought your going to say short and long term but no as this is too common or already existed .

what you have categorized is indeed new  but i didnt knew that those are also types of trading or traders.  both are good but the other is hard to pull off  .  im going on the second one which is to based on the events or news but if you already know something about technical analysis , its easy for your to do both .
2346  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1BitProfit casino for SALE! on: August 31, 2020, 04:01:40 AM
Although I do not have a very good knowledge about this, I can tell from the little knowledge that you have, since your income is coming from here and you want to sell your casino site, then I understand that your problem is very big. Usually people come to gamble at all these sites. And since your casino site is up and running, I hope you find a good customer soon. However
you said his casino is lacks on something . that can be a reason why less people are gambling on here but he can always fix this problem  or he can just sell the site completely if he dont want to complicate things anymore .

Quote
, your casino site is not very flashy.
not all gamblers love a site that is flashy   , what important is that a site can run flawlessly and that can be achieved if they make the site simple and less rugged or bulky  .
2347  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COCK FIGHTING: COVID-19 health protocols violators, caught on: August 31, 2020, 03:18:40 AM
they risk so many things not just thier health because they are likely going to pay a fee for violating the rule  , theres a chance that they can loose thier capital on gambling , they are going to get a loan to cover thier losses and fees and so on .

saying that all forms of gambling is not allowed is a miatake because we can still play online gambling  . they  cant say that they also ban this because people will complain over them .
2348  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance trading bots are garbage on: August 29, 2020, 09:45:02 PM
I actually son't have any believe on trading bot .If you want to success on trading you have to study more and spend much time on market .A automatic will not give you profit all the time what you want .Try to learn from your mistake
You can still be a successful trader even using bots. Use bots traders still need experience about trading.
As I have said several times, I do not use bots in trading, I have tried but experienced a few problems in operating them until I finally chose the conventional method.
Experts use bots so yes . you can't use bots if you don't know how to trade so yes again you must learn first .  Bots can make a traders life easier but they can be hard to learn or configure at first  . Difficulty do also depend on the type of bot or on the exchange that you are using  .

It's fine if you don't use bots if you just a casual trader but if you want to do trading to the next level  , bots are recommended
2349  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Despite Many Participants, You Can Still Get Huge Rewards In Bounty. on: August 29, 2020, 08:45:04 PM
But there is no use of perticipating singature, article or youtube campaign if the bounty isn't good enough. Now bitcointalk bounty sector is full of scam bounty, there is no valid information about them.a Few are good but full of unlimited hunters. So it's not possible to have high reward right now even if anyone perticipate article, youtube or signature campaign
I don't think so. There are lot of members who is earning god amount of money by doing signature campaign, article & YouTube campaign. But yo have to be professional to earn good amount. Also you should choose right campaign. I saw DIA campaign where senior member earned 1253 DIA. which is huge amount of money. DIA price is 3.5$ which mean 4300+$. Can you imagine that? So If you join in legit project and work properly then you can get huge reward.

I got curious and I check that dia your takin about , their distribution is done by stages and not full payment . Anything can happen before they receive all the token  . The price of the coin can dump or maybe they can't get paid , we don't know .  this is why I don't like to join a bounty because of weird rules . On a campaign I join , there's a lot of memeber and this cuts the reward but it's okay at least payment is sure and the pay is on btc .
2350  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Satoshi Stop bitcoin? on: August 29, 2020, 07:51:58 PM
Now that his idea has been propelled far and wide, do you think he has the capacity to stop it again?
No. Despite that  I dont see a reason why someone will decide to stop or destroy what he worked hard and labor for

So many people hate btc and they try to take it down and thier reason is that they are jealous  .

They want their coin to be on the spot of btc and they want their coin to be the next btc but I don't think Satoshi himself will destroy what he created because he is proud of it . We can feel the same if we built something and we will only develop it to perfection  , not to destroy it .
2351  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens to Bitcoin in the long term? on: August 29, 2020, 01:47:30 PM
In long term the miner will be earning bitcoin from the fees transaction and at time i think bitcoin will be at high price and more stable. If bitcoin supply has reach it limits i bet it make bitcoin and more valuable as they only can get it from the fees and this will push bitcoin price to the another level..

sounds good for us btc users but does that sound good in the miners ?

so many people who use btc now and much more in the future and fees of btc will also be high if btc price goes better  . i guess thats enough for the miners to earn a sufficient income  .  imagining these things makes me feel excited for the future of btc but before i was scared because i dont have knowledge  if what can possibly happen to it
2352  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold Price Prediction & its impact on cryptocurrencies on: August 29, 2020, 01:07:17 PM
its really good to invest on gold nowadays..I am seeing lots of people interested in selling gold but i prefer to buy for my investment..and ofcourse I will continue to do cryptocurrency as this is a good investment too.

your just in time because if many people sells gold that means gold will dump in price  while you , you can score more gold for a friendly price .

we dont need to be discourage if we see many people sell gold but there could be a different reason why they do that . it can be that they got interested on crypto but they dont have funds yet so they sell gold for a while
2353  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin can fall up to $9k or rise up to $17k - which one will happen. on: August 29, 2020, 10:38:31 AM
Lets be positive,
of course we are ,  being positive is better than being negative  . the more you think of that thing the more it will happen , you dont want negative things to happen arent you  .

Quote
bitcoin will rise up more than 17k this year. No matter what happen im still confident that bitcoin can reached its new ath within this year. Thats how strong bitcoin is.
yeah men thats will happen  . btc might be down this time but lets ignore that fact , price can comeback an it will continue to 17k dollars  but 17k dollars is not the ath for btc mate just so you know  .
2354  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid 19 shows how weak People are in the it mind on: August 29, 2020, 09:53:25 AM
The banks giving now even more money!

This is still not an opportunity, It's more like a help and not everyone can benefit on this, maybe only countries with good reserves while this pandemic affects the population globally and it's been killing our economy. You are right that it could be seen as an opportunity for others but this is not for everyone or for the majority of people, so we should be realistic to understand what it is.

why not ? you are given a chance to get free money , its a great oppurtunity for those who are qualified for this  . for some , their countries still have a different plan for them  .  its not possible that there will be countries that wont care for the status of thier people  because those people can complain and thier governance will be put on shame  .

covid19 can weaken the people but we need to fight this just like what we did on our past problems   .
2355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CAN WE STILL GET THE 2017 BULL IN THIS 2020? on: August 29, 2020, 05:33:35 AM
There could be price increases like what happened in 2017. The current price increase is still limited to the DeFi project and maybe in the next few days there will be some coins that follow the trend of rising prices.
there are increases on many kinds of coins but the increase were paused for a while in order to give way for the defi  . its okay if the coins dont increase together with defi but what could happen is that defi will soon take a rest and previous coins can resume growing .

Quote
No one can accurately predict price movements but looking at the current trend, it is possible that the market cap value of the cryptocurrency market can exceed the market cap value that was achieved in 2017
i like to see that better because market cap was fixed while bull runs are just a temporary event .
2356  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins with 1000% Plus Profits on: August 29, 2020, 04:10:03 AM
that first coin on the pic has growned by 300k plus percent wow that was the first time i have seen a coin pumped like that . it only looks so weird at the same time because the coin just sprout out of nowhere  .

who ever have find this coin before is a certified hunter or maybe lucky at the same time because now his coin is now massive  . cant tell if they are scam or what but lets take a distance , just in case .
2357  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: UK hospital launches rehab programme for bitcoin addiction on: August 29, 2020, 03:36:17 AM
if this is your livelihood that doesn't mean you have a mental issue, it's just your business that you have to take care.
Yeah I understand but I think you are missing some points. Of course you will not be considered an addict just because you treat trading as your job and do it routinely

so far i havent heard a working person that gets out of his mind  or becomes addictive to it  but its possible .

say if your job is enjoyable , you will feel excited all the time and you will forgot important things like taking a break  .  this is risky and bad as it breaks your self  . same thing happens on here in bitcoin because all jobs related here are enjoyable and we feel excited when we are about to get a btc  .
2358  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I can't wait until I can pay using bitcoin at the supermarket on: August 28, 2020, 04:58:21 PM
I am planning on opening a small business on my place and I would love the idea of accepting crypto as payment method for it.
I think it is a good way to promote and to help people acknowledge crypto more even in a small way.
We already have a small store and I am planning on opening a food business since we couldn't operate a small restaurant due to pandemic I am thinking of made to order food and delivery business.
Restaurants are now starting to open but people should only be limited inside  . On some stores they require i.d because they will only allow people according to their schedules . It's a good way to continue the business or try other business that are fully alowed today except food business . Go on with your ambition of promoting btc because not all can do that  . Time will come that that btc will be use anywhere when all people are familiar to it
2359  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STC the first educational token on: August 28, 2020, 04:12:28 PM
Social media pages and followers are not that important but if the project have a people studying or working on those said universities , well that brings a big impact  . What only questions me is that your asking if they are legit , it means you aren't sure if they .  They can bring hype if they are legit but so many fake projects do also got hyped depending on how good they are being promoted . this might not be the first educational token but tokens related to schools are not that popular .
2360  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Poll: when will cryptocurrency go mainstream? on: August 28, 2020, 10:55:42 AM
Awareness is ever growing. That doesn't mean it's mainstream.

I will start to think it's mainstream when it's available on all the usual platforms people are familiar with and when people use it either without knowing they're using it, or not remarking on it as anything unusual.

I think it's going to be far beyond 2025 before it reaches that point.
I personally agree with your perspective, but it all comes down to what each person consider 'mainstream' and even the country they live in. In the USA bitcoin is well known, but not widely enough used or owned to meet my definition. In hindsight, I should have included 2030 and maybe even 2040 as poll options, but at this point it is too late since votes have already been cast.
earlier i was thinking that year 2025 is too much but i changed my mind after reading you comment  . your from the usa and you more familiar if what is the condition of cryptos there   . usa is one of the leading country where the use of cryptos are extra ordinary but it comes to your mouth that it isnt enough to call a mainstream   . how much more to other countries that are known to be less involved with cryptos  ? 25 years isnt enough judging by their current  living but 50 years or more for sure    .
