does freedogeco.in (similar webpage design)
belongs to freebitco.in?

Yes.
3204  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 23, 2018, 06:58:24 AM
Today I had around 22 000 satoshi,~

Suddenly I saw my balance in 0 just after claiming again.

The most likely explanation to that is that you used the same password on another site and your account was hacked as a result. Your balance was below the minimum withdrawal threshold so the hacker probably tried to gamble it up. Check the Multiply BTC tab where you can see the roll history.

Thank you for the update, for some reason, i am not able to add/enable 2FA - Incorrect code error, i am using Google Authorisation

Can you PM me a screenshot and your user ID?
3206  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 23, 2018, 06:01:19 AM
What do you mean about merging? Are you saying wetsuit is going to merge it with freebitco.in or creating a new site with new coin of course instead of staying with doge? And btw you just said about contest, what kind of contest is it like? Because I never heard about freebitco.in are doing contest, this must be the first time right?

Freebitco.in will be relaunched as crypteer.com later this year. We're adding more coins and an exchange function. After that at some point we will merge Doge in.

I'll make an announcement about the competition later today. (After I've had some breakfast.)

IMPORTANT

People who have been re-using passwords on multiple websites have been getting hacked since it seems like the databases of some other faucets have been compromised or the owner of those faucets decided to use the passwords that they had to compromise freebitco.in accounts. Like I have warned countless times before - Please do not re-use passwords on multiple websites and use a password manager!

If you use the same password on multiple websites, you will get hacked, it is only a matter of when. I have added a protection in the signup and change password functions to force users to create a secure password which should somewhat help in users not re-using their passwords. Login authorization emails which were previously being sent only for users who had a balance > $5 (because a lot of users were marking these emails as spam negatively impacting our email deliverability) has been enabled for all users now.

If you used the same password elsewhere change it now.

Scammers, spammers would farm thousands of accounts to click on their main account's signature, in order to rank up their account to be able to join the campaigns...

They wouldn't even do that they would use thousands of bots to do it.
3208  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 22, 2018, 03:39:15 PM
the lottery's a little unfair. Since the lottery ticket does not have a unique identification number. you are using your account ID.  All calculations show that in the future, the first accounts will never win. When each lottery ticket will have its own ID then it will be the most honest lottery!!!

No. That's a complete misunderstanding of random numbers. Every number is equally probable to be drawn the winner irrespective of it being low or high. Random ticket IDs would not change anything.

I dont actually trust twitter timestamps anyway.  Never have,  never will because they are approximated, batched and have been manipulated in the past.
You don't need to trust twitter as a service or the timestamps that are added as they aren't what makes it provably fair. We don't wnat you to go back 120 lotteries and keep analysing when the results were published.

It's not just the timestamp the Tweet comes out before the block is mined, you can see that. He's really trying too hard to find a reason here because he was wrong about there not being a client seed, he was wrong about the server seed not being visible, and he embarrassed himself not knowing that wager is proportional to winnings with equal odds. So he wants us to forget all about that and argue some irrelevance about whether or not a Twitter timestamp might be a few seconds out.

3210  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 22, 2018, 03:00:09 PM
Good to know.  It's to bad that its broken and cant be fixed.  BTW, BTC block numbers are already generated,  there are 21million block numbers.  Just pick one,  they are in sequential order.  So yes,  I do expect to see a block number published somewhere (which is not well documented).  It should be placed on the site in a prominent area (along with server seed),  not hidden in some twitter file that no one is ever going to open or even knows exists.

We use the 12th block mined after the lottery round closes. Although it is obviously possible to predict the 12th number in a sequential numbering system of +1 it is not possible to predict what block number will be the last one at a specific time.

We use Twitter to publish the file as it is a third party, Tweets are timestamped and you cannot edit a Tweet.

Anyone who reads the Provably Fair tab (that you obviously didn't) would know where to find it.

Have you finished making a fool of yourself yet? It's not broken, your comprehension is.

Is the CURRENT server seed.

Is there a record of every lottery winner's user id? I want to see how close I've ever come to winning anything.

Also is there a script avaliable for verifying it that gets released at the same time or do you assume users can write them (they're fairly easy to write but still)...

On the lottery page you can use the <OLDER and NEWER> buttons to see all the past results. Our @freebitco Twitter feed has all the files. You can use online tools like:

https://www.xorbin.com/tools/sha256-hash-calculator to calculate the hash
https://www.rapidtables.com/convert/number/hex-to-decimal.html to convert the string to decimal

Because the tickets are issued in user ID order it is the closest user ID to your own that is the closest you came to winning. Verifying will not give you more information than that. The file will show you how many tickets you were out as well as how many user IDs. It's easiest to view if you open as a CSV in a spreadsheet.
3212  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 22, 2018, 02:23:05 PM
Who cares if you publish the block number.  Where are they published and does it include the server seeds.  Thats what he is looking for.
They don't publish a block number the Bitcoin network does. To suggest they are messing up that means you have no faith in Bitcoin as a digital asset.

Actually, I didn't fully answer as I was waiting for the fool to come back after I already demolished the first half of his argument.

We publish on Twitter a file that contains the number of the block that the hash will provide the client seed. That file also includes the server seed and ticket list. That's everything you need to verify the result.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the server seed is also on display on the Provably Fair tab of the lotto page all week.
3213  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 22, 2018, 02:01:07 PM
What does the cost have to do with anything?  One can buy as many tickets as they want in powerball. Just like with freebitco.  The CHances to win are very similar but the returns are vastly different.

The cheaper a ticket is,  the less chances you have because there is always someone richer than you buying more than you.  Whats your point.

The amount you win is proportional to the cost of the tickets if the chances are the same. You really are the dumbest to troll this thread yet.
3214  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 22, 2018, 01:55:38 PM
Its not.  It isnt even possible to have that be provably fair and any claim as such is just a total lie because its missing the client seed.  You cant have provably fair without a client seed.

We publish the number of the block we are going to use in advance. The hash of that block is the client seed. I know you have an extremely low intelligence level but please try to understand the basics before making a fool of yourself.

Besides,  that lottery is garbage anyway,  dont even bother trying to play it.  You will never win it.  You have about as much chance as winning the power ball which would provide you a way larger return.

Does Powerball give tickets away and can you buy one for $0.0000613?
3215  Other / Meta / Re: The 1st hero account ranked up from senior?! Cleary an abuse, alts or bought? on: June 22, 2018, 01:34:20 PM
that seems right, he needs to spend some time again just like starting over a newbie account Cheesy
36 two-week periods, about 72 weeks (~15 months) to get back 500 activity
unless the system has inner counter keeping track maximum potential activity even with deleted posts
if he's a bit smarter, he would have left 1 post in every two-week period to lock in potential activity Tongue

They definitely lose the activity permanently. It is odd they deleted the posts after getting tagged as the account is worthless now anyway. Maybe they saved all the posts and want to reuse them from another alt account they have without getting caught for plagiarism.
3216  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 22, 2018, 01:19:08 PM
can someone please explain how is the freebitco.in lottery fool proof?

Can you explain how we can predict the hash of a Bitcoin block that hasn't been mined yet?
3217  Other / Meta / Re: The 1st hero account ranked up from senior?! Cleary an abuse, alts or bought? on: June 22, 2018, 12:26:51 PM
I run into Kda2018 on the segwit2x topic, saw his empty message and while I was waiting to see if there is an image loading I looked at his merit .......WTF?Huh

Quote
Activity: 10
Merit: 550

How the hell was this even possible???
And is he trying to delete his post history?

http://archive.is/EstL5

(those are edited messages).

The account only ever received 50 Merit in one transaction so it must have been a Hero account on 24th Jan. Then for whatever reason, they have deleted the post history.

It is interesting to see that the outstanding USDT are indeed backed as of June 1st, but stating
that Tether/BFX cannot have sold Bitcoin (or other cryptos) in advance is either disingenuous or a blatant
case of a non sequitur.

Even you must admit that the lack of evidence that any Tethers were ever 'printed' without being fully backed is making the whole conspiracy theory look very silly now.
3219  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win free Bitcoins every hour! on: June 22, 2018, 10:15:38 AM
hey,

any update on mining feature?

Yeah it's gone. Unfortunately, the malware services have started blocking any sites that contain it. They block the whole site, not just the mining.
3220  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: June 22, 2018, 09:23:52 AM
I read those whole post. I'm pretty sure if I or someone like me applied to become Merit source he would not accept me.

Correct.

If you want to be a merit source:

 1. Be a somewhat established member.

Merit system is being abused already

It has been from the start but as time goes on they are running out of the distributed sMerit to use. That means it is becoming far less of a problem and will soon die out.
