3201  Economy / Gambling / Re: Chips.gg |🎰 1000+ Slots |🎤 Live Casino |🎲 1% House Edge Dice |🏦 The Vault on: September 26, 2020, 08:57:17 PM
It's really good to see a relatively new gambling site getting a lot of vouches from prominent gamblers of Bitcointalk. And I really like the idea of chips sharing the site profits with the early gamblers who locks their chips. I really wish they add a few more house games like crash early. Will join the site shortly  Smiley
The crash game I already under development, it may be ready in a month 😁
^ That was great news tho, a crash is something different compared to dice or slot games even they are almost the same game mechanics  but the thrill that gives while you are playing is very interesting. The more games featured the more players have an option choosing a good one, or the games they like, we have different likes and dislikes games, and much better to have different options.
Nevertheless, just curious, are you a part of the dev team? it's good to hear this announcement, thank you.
3202  Economy / Services / Re: [Full] Bitpr0.com | Signature Campaign | Sr-Hero/Legendary | on: September 24, 2020, 04:29:25 AM
^ Thank you for the opportunity you gave @sujonali1819 and I hope you understand that I leaving your campaign.
Its been 3 weeks working with you and promoting the Bitpro, Thank you.
I hope I will be able to work with you again in the future.

By the way, payment for this week received, thank you.
3203  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Storing your Crypto in Exchanges is better than using Cold Wallets! on: September 23, 2020, 11:53:00 PM
Do you really believe it? Not all exchanges pay the interest rate, but even if this is so, it turns out that for the sake of the interest rate you are ready to risk ALL your funds that you put on the exchange. Is this really the right balance of risks in your opinion? After all,% can be paid to you for several years, and as a result, the exchange for some reason will close and gobble up all your money. Who did win? Will you be satisfied with the interest?

I can't argue to this anymore and what exactly OP saying is not recommendable. Just for the sake of low profit you decide to risk all of your assets by leaving it on the exchange? Your crypto, your money. Don't let someone controls it from you—we have given the opportunity to hold and control our own money once you join in the blockchain technology
^ That is freedom, a freedom that you are the one who controls your money, not someone else, not by the exchange. If you believe the saying in most crpyto enthusiasts, not your key, not your fund. It is a simple logic, why you will trust exchange. There are various of scam report of exchange that has been scammed or compromised the site, it has been breached the security. If you have left your coins there, say bye-bye for them you will never recover it. Colds wallet is much better and use hot wallet if you have a regular transction using your coin.
3204  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who sets the bitcoin price? on: September 23, 2020, 11:43:09 PM

Bitcoin price is not set by the whales. They only act as a driving factor to pump or dump the market. Since they have large amount of bitcoins, if they start dumping it, people follow the trend and start to sell in loss and market crashes. You can call them as market manipulations. They can't set the exact price  as no one can control the bitcoins.
There were times that I think whales knows each other or have some sort of telegram chat group that they were able to manipulate the market way too hard.Sometimes, no matter how hard we put on studying TA, there were time we can't predict the price dump and pump. So all we need to do is to be updated and looks how the market behaves in a day or if plans for long term to not worry about the price dump and pump. It is not controlled, it have chance of bringing back its price as it is bitcoin unlike in other altcoins that once it got dump, it may be hard for them to bring back ther price.
^ It is not being controlled by someone else but it seems to be manipulated by big whales, probably you guys right, it is hard to control bitcoin and whales are tired on this strategy because they know it requires a lot of money before you can make a wabe into crypto market. Whale are whales in the market, they are trying to manipulate the price to be dumped, just like  spreading fake news with the feed social media that makes bitcoin name becomes the price drop dow. The real answer is, no one will set what is the price of bitcoin.
3205  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What actually makes a token pump? on: September 23, 2020, 11:33:49 PM
^ It could be the reason for certain factors and it has been mentioned earlier post above. Of course Defi projects as of now were very hot to the eyes of the investors, probably because the think that it has a hype and that is the reason for the token will pump up in the market. Anothe reason is probably most of the Defi project owners was actively have marketing promotions during these days, those factors was all at once that makes the token pumped in the market. Unless, if the owner manipulating it or have pump and dump.
3206  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin transaction fees be too high in the future? on: September 23, 2020, 11:17:32 PM
My prediction is that bitcoin fees won't be that much high in near future because we learnt something from past experience, we implemented lighting network, there are more comfortable mechanisms made from bitcoin service  providers that includes zero transaction fees on transactions between certain service provider users, for example you can send bitcoins from your xapo wallet to recipient's xapo wallet without fees. Combination of different implementations and others will help us to get rid of immersive bitcoin transaction fees, at least we are more and well prepared right now.
^ Definitely right, once Lightning Network will fully apply in all wallets and it is applicable in a single transaction, it is probably good. But as of now, this LN was good for bulk transactions or even the micro transaction, but somehow it will be able to use even single transactions. I don't think the fee will high, probably the value but not the amount as a fee of your trsanction, it the same calculation, sats per bytes. However, I don't bother my self just thinking so much in the future even if you are asking the price of bitcoin in the future, as of now, trust of what you believe in bitcoin, let see what will happen next.
3207  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is Buy and Hold Really the Best Strategy in Crypto? on: September 23, 2020, 10:51:48 PM
History repeats itself. Probably the same can apply with bitcoin.  Roll Eyes Hold is always one of the best option.
I am not sure if the same apply also for all crypto/tokens/altcoin.
^ Nah, altcoins and tokens are different in Bitcoin and I think they will not repeat itself, not just like bitcoin that obviously and proven by determining on the chart of the price. But you are definitely right upon holding and this is what commonly people do that don't risk in trading. We know already the potential of bitcoin in gaining profit in long period of time upon holding. Holding is the best option because the demand was on progress and as we can see many countries now adopting bitcoin. Nevertheless, if your skills is enough to do trading, just try to hint with the amount that you can afford to lose.
3208  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto gambling sites should be careful of bringing eSports in on: September 23, 2020, 10:14:00 PM

Though, minors IMO even without gambling sites could already be expose to gambling through the game itself. Most of the games uses credits for skins and usually, good skins comes from the raffle. Thus, exposing them to implicit gambling already.
The skins were so thrilling that many really wants it, but now there are many ways to avail free skin thru FB live and some events in the game still depends on which game. To limit children to gamble too much, parents should only give their enough allowance or monitor their money spendings. It will be hard to control and monitor but still looking on how they spend will teach them how hard it is to earn so they should spend it Wisely.
^ Probably you guys talking on the mobile games which are also had a tournament that also users can place their bet using diamonds that you can buy it only on crypto and or in fiat cash. These kind of games are the most commonly players are kids, they purchase skins on that game for their account and even place a bet to the tournament using probably their parents credit/debit cards. This is not good for them, they need to supervised by their parents and monitor their money where to spend, especially these days that most of them stayed at home and probably looking some interesting events is on internet.
3209  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Police Raids and kids involving spider betting. on: September 23, 2020, 09:47:49 PM
~snip~
Its no about curiosity but rather they havent put into their consideration on the new laws and prohibitions that had been set by the government and instead
they had just neglect it out and do continue on the thing on what they do want to do.For kids that do violate the law and since they are still minors then
putting them on jail is not possible but having that community service would really do for them to at least learn that they had done the wrong thing
and on next time they are much aware that it is really prohibited specially to be done on these days.
^ Spider is a kind of insects that protected to the animal wildlife group and the government as well. Because that insects the spider was help people to reduce from other harmful insects like flies and mosquitos, this spider has great help to our ecosystem to maintaining balance and reduce number of the pest. Catching this will probably have an effect to our ecosystem. If in your country this is prohibited, that is a good idea and no one will exemption kids or adults should be penalized who involve this kind of betting. Nevertheless, good thing to hear this news about that their government take an action regarding this matter.
3210  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best online gaming platform on: September 23, 2020, 09:18:00 PM
^ @Oilacris your opinion is definitely right.
If that OP is the representative or just the owner of the site, they are unprofessional of making ANN thread or just shilling the site and leave the forum.
There should be a proper ANN thread for the announcement, it seems they are not serious about their business, they even did not come here and clarify for those question that stated above. Nevertheless, in this casel, I disagree with claiming that they are the best gaming platform or the fact that probably worst, who knows.

^ There is no argument that your website is legit and you have gained trust by your users just probably because your promotions are awesome and have huge prizes waiting ahead. By the way, welcome here to the forum and finally, your company is here. Upon looking at the event, recently there is a wager race and now there are ongoing promotion, the tesla cyber truck, and the tesla model 3 car. That was a great prize that for sure it will lure gambler to visit your site. It seems, I also convinced to join the event.
Let me to show your on going events.

3213  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Thẩm phán đơn đặt hàng Bitfinex để Turn Over Tether Loan Documents (Một lần nữa) on: September 23, 2020, 08:42:47 PM
If Tether is accused of cheating again, this could be a shock, the market could be hit hard by bad news like this one. Tether they have printed too much USDT at a rate of 1 billion dollars a month in the last 5 months. Assuming they used USDT to buy altcoins and bitcoins at a good price and now they want to sell them to use the money to prove their liquidity, it is a disaster.
LAUGH OUT LOUD. It seems your theory is correct, the market is bleeding. I hope Tether will pass the audit and the uptrend of the market returns. The fall of Tether will have many other negative effects. We have seen a bearish trend in this market for too long.
^ The truth is they always have manipulation on this stable coin, they can't provide proper liquidity because there is no exact total supply.
Teaching an old dog with new tricks really is hard. I still imagine how the Attorneys reacted when they heard that they will be handling crypto-
currency clients. Probably the hearing was lenghty because of the curiousity of the attorneys.
But going back to the main issue, Tether and Bitfinex will soon resolve this conflict, I can tell. Its just that, it would probably be the best for us to do our part instead by not spending all of our finances with exhanges.

Seems like OP forgot to add a link.
The address mentioned in the image he linked tho: https://www.casinowow.com
^ Upon checking this domain name I found out that it is 20 years running their service, the site was created on year 2010 if I am not wrong.
Hey, @CasinoWow, welcome to the forum. I saw that no one suggesting you to buy coppermership for your ANN thread, this feature on the forum will allow you to post images for your daily announcement which is look better. You can see it on this thread, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=credit;promote. Nevertheless, just like what posted above, I did not see gambling site that accept cryptocurrency.

3216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kraken becomes first exchange offically declared as a US bank on: September 23, 2020, 07:46:32 PM
Now the question is, would Kraken become most-friendly banks towards it's customer who uses Bitcoin or have transaction that related with Bitcoin (outside of usage where customer uses Kraken to trade Bitcoin) Huh
Base on their statement, I presumed they will cause the 3rd party habit towards cryptocurrency to fiat seems to be the reason they fight for SPDI bank charter which will allow Kraken to perform the role independent bank instead of relying on financial institutions.
If Binance and other big exchange site could do the same there's a huge chance for crypto to be mainstream of payment before the end of this year.
^ Even though it did not appear as what we were expected and liked, having a cryptocurrency bank is enough to and to be considered. It's just that, it still seems like Kraken is becoming centralized in the future in my assumption. The founders and the management will still be able to manipulate it so its still not far from a corporate bank. The term and the process just changed. Nevertheless, I smell that this exchange will be the big competitor of Binance, but for now its far away when we talk volume.
3217  Economy / Economics / Re: UK planning sliding window lockdown methadology on: September 23, 2020, 07:10:20 PM
^ This decision will never make changes if we are speaking about solving the problem with the pandemic. But economically, the UK probably be able to save, survive, and be back to its feet. However, this method has already been used in our country, but day by day cases are still increasing. It really is hard to fight a battle without seeing your enemy or is there really your enemy. Nevertheless, with the simple lockdown and self quarantine will probably avoid to be infected on the said virus.
3218  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy recovery Plan Global on: September 23, 2020, 06:57:17 PM
^ I do not mean to offend but I doubt this one. I don't really think the US would consider cryptocurrency to have their economy grow. Possible with the stock but for the cryptocurrency, not so much. We know how US try their best to regulate cryptocurrency. But we will see soon if they might consider cryptocurrency. Nevertheless, I don't see Trump ending his term down arrows with his economics unless only OP creating his own story without proper source link.
3219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATMs Surge As There Are Now Over 10,000 Bitcoin ATMs Worldwide on: September 22, 2020, 09:23:01 PM
^ Definitely right, On my experience, I have not felt the machines though. But yes, I can see that Bitcoin is about to be accepted and considered
the same level as the banks and streetest level remittance companies. Just like bitcoin ATM that being considered one, Bitcoin has set the bars high. Probably time will come, not only in the city that has bitoin ATM, it would be available in any department store, cryptocurrency is now roarding slowly. We will get there soon. I can tell.
3220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright To Face Trial on: September 22, 2020, 09:05:49 PM
As far as I understand, the Judge is not going to decide the ownership  of those bitcoins.
Judge will decide what to do with a criminal who claims to be someone else to make money, fooling people around.
^ Definitely right, that belongs to stealing Bitcoin identy.
My goodness my dear Craig Wright. Why did you leave your day job? Do you think the bitcoin developers are stupid enough to have their legals
vulnerable?  People knows how you use legals just to claim it, it doesn't work with bitcoin. Why don't your try the murals instead? Heard that is more profitable and easy to own.
