However when depositing or withdrawing ETH, USDT or USDC. I can only send via Ethereum (ERC20) network. Is there a reason to this because i can't figure out why i couldn't use BEP20, TRC20, Arbitrum One, Polygon (even though you can deposit MAtic with it), or others.

I have gone through most of the posts of this thread and also read most of your replies and I must say that the amount is really of good value to many people. I don't know that $2418 means a lot for you but for someone like me that value is really a lot. I have had done a similar mistake when I transferred my funds to Roobet a few months ago and I selected the wrong network during transaction. I thought that my funds are gone because it was my own mistake that I selected the network which had lower fees as compared to the one that Roobet accepts.
I contacted their customer support team and told them about the issue. After a conversation of 10-30 minutes they just added the balance to my account and warned me that if in future anything like that happens then why won't be responsible for the losses. The amount that I deposited was very low in value as compared to yours and that's why I recommend you to continue your conversation with their customer support team and I'm quite sure that they may find a solution for you. Otherwise, it will be a lesson for you and all of us that during depositing selecting of wrong network can cause huge issues.

So let me explain what happened last night. I was playing blackjack at Pragmatic Play tables and twice the dealer did not give me cards but my money for the bet was taken. Luckily this happened to me before on another site and I decided to record the games. I proceeded than to contact support but I received no support, so I went to live support on Rollbit and told them about the situation. ^ If you are fool enough to sell your BTC under the price you purchased, that is a big mistake. If you HOLD it, it will remain the amount and probably just ignore the value towards the dollar. Because if you HOLD 1 BTC it will remain 1 BTC. The fact is some people invest in BTC without fully understanding how it works, its underlying technology (blockchain), or its inherent risks. This lack of knowledge can lead to unrealistic expectations and beliefs about its profit potential. I would rather suggest everyone read first the whitepaper of BTC and why it was created, not for the purpose of a quick rich scheme. The guarantee of making a profit is at the right time. |

^ Technically, it's quite hard to understand those aspects when it comes to mining profit gaining because I am not a miner but from what I have understood, it could be miners experience a direct reduction in their income after a halving event because they receive half the number of new BTCs they used to for every block mined. This can be particularly challenging for miners who operate with slim profit margins, as their revenue is effectively cut in half. However, probably this how BTC was created and it is designed to control its supply and create scarcity. The long-term effects of halvings are often seen as positive for the overall BTC ecosystem or in the crypto world. So the effect would be good for us as crypto enthusiasts. |
