3221  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2022/2023 on: June 28, 2022, 09:15:50 AM
I strongly believe Manchester United will not have a successful run in any cup competition and will finish outside the champions league places at the end of the season. They have been a shadow of themselves ever since Ferguson retired and though managers come and go there are some managers that cannot be replaced.

I'm not sure why most people here believe Man United will never recover, the post-Ferguson era, nothing is good ... repeating the same mantra.
for example some facts, after Ferguson, they won more trophies than Arsenal and Tottenham. Only Solskjaer and Rangnick did not win a single trophy. even Moyes won Community Shield.

Frenkie de jong the only big name linked with manchester united .. no world class player other than him that the move could really possible to happen. there is a gossip that neymar might coming while cristiano willing to leave ... bbut it was a cheap source which yeah you can not really take it as a serious one.
to compete in champions league are indeed a huge consideration for a player that looking for huge achievements.

I guess they learned something from previous seasons. what big names have brought to the team performance? Pogba, Di Maria, Falcao... the new manager must certainly get to know the players better, and only then recognize which type of player he is missing.
All transfer rumours come from newspapers and in 90% of cases, it has nothing to do with reality.

When we talk about "big" names like Neymar or Ronaldo, what do you think, will they prefer to play for Leverkusen, Leipzig, Monaco or Stade Rennais because of Champions League football, or is a more tempting club for them like ManUnited, even without CL?
3222  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Access to BPIP is problematic. on: June 27, 2022, 07:49:30 PM
The SSL not auto renewing seems to be happening more and more often to letsencrypt sites happened here too last week:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5397602.msg60441862#msg60441862
and also to a server I manage for someone. Just stopped renewing. There are some discussions about it on hosting forums but no real solution as of now that I can see.
The fun of random errors that don't reoccur.

-Dave

it can be very tedious to renew a free certificate, especially if you administer multiple domains.
i saw that there are WordPress plugins that do that part automatically and keep the certificates always renewed. is it possible that there is no script or bot that would automatically do this on non-WP sites?

3224  Economy / Services / Re: 🔷Suzanne5223 Campaign Management Service 🔷 [ANN, Bounty & Signature] on: June 24, 2022, 12:40:13 AM
Your whole Promoted campaigns section might be a little misleading. I know that these are campaigns that you were selected to wear their signature, but a company looking for a manager might think you managed these campaigns.

My personal opinion, you need to be clear that you have not managed a campaign.
Before this Ann thread was created I study how others create their own without any issues and with no misleading. Yes, the promoted campaign are projects I once and currently work for under another manager which is the reason why it was tagged "Promoted Campaigns" not "Manage Campaigns"

yes, yahoo62278 is right. and I thought this was your portfolio of campaigns you managed, then I finally noticed some campaign signatures that you certainly didn’t manage.
I don't know what you saw and studied at other ANNs, but certainly, no manager emphasized in the portfolio of campaigns in which he was only a participant. In your place I would correct that, that is, delete the "promoted campaign" because it is not in any relation to the management.
3225  Economy / Reputation / Re: Royse777, Bitlucy and long story in brief on: June 23, 2022, 03:35:28 PM
based on all that has been said in connection with this case, I withdraw the red tag by my side and change it to neutral.
I don't think Royse intended to deceive anyone, in the end, he is most damaged here. With financial losses, he has seriously damaged his reputation here. I hope for some positive developments in solving the whole thing.

I see no reason why the original owner of Bitlucy to be protected. all available information should be provided, he is a scammer and if this time passes without any consequences, it is certain that he will continue his business.

I think it is now clear for everyone that Royse is not a scammer here and red flags against him should be removed or at least turned to neutral, but Royse is guilty for being naive and for not asking help and second opinion from other forum members earlier.

this is how I see the whole thing. most often honest people are naive because they do not expect to be deceived, I would say the same is the case with Royse. However, if he wants to work as a manager, he must recognize such things and that’s what sets good managers apart from the average.
3226  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no future as a payments network, says FTX chief on: June 23, 2022, 12:12:14 PM
Theres tons of companies out there like Bitpay, https://bitpay.com/ Poof, https://www.poof.io/ Square, https://squareup.com/us/en or even Paypal https://paypal.com/ that process Bitcoin and there's tens of millions of merchants on top of them using Bitcoin as well.

The FTX chief can go fuck himself

Can you stop spamming with poof.io links? is that your service that you're trying to push in here?
Open a new ANN and dedicate it to poof, and then you can write about as much as you want. is that ok for you?

3228  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Difference Between Bitcoin and Crypto currency on: June 23, 2022, 11:56:33 AM
Going through a lot of thread here,Am convinced that Bitcoin and cryptocurrency serves as a means of Exchange for trading.

try to look at everything from another angle.
Exchanges and trading are only a derivative of the existence of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. Exchanges are not the primary reason for the existence of Bitcoin and most major altcoins. Hence exchanges and the possibility of trading are in the service of cryptocurrencies and not the other way around.

images of site and support chat.

I will repost this for you:

I have already seen a similar case here. you met a wonderful person on a dating site who accidentally revealed to you how she makes easy money. now that you've tried it too, you can't get in touch with her anymore.

it’s still all very confusing because we only have one screenshot of the chat. It's amazing that you decided so uninformed to invest there.
I think the best what you can do is to report this app to Apps Store as a fraudulent application, they should remove it. Even though I can't find it on my iPhone store, I believe you took it from "other" places which further raises the question, how the hell did you believe that?
3230  Economy / Lending / Re: Stablecoin lending. - Available Worldwide. - You decide interest. on: June 22, 2022, 11:42:36 AM
First collateral-free loan ever was sent last Friday! We are officially in business baby!

show the clear evidence here, also your borrower should announce and confirm the loan. Otherwise, no one will believe you.
3231  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: a fraud site on: June 22, 2022, 11:27:46 AM
enough $ to hurt.  their internet presence is nil.  apparently they use their hacks to distribute the links to install the app.  though I accept all fault, the fact it installed on my iPhone gave me some since 0f it's legitimacy.

There is still too little information to be able to warn other members of this scam.
Could you please provide some examples of these links you are describing, or some screenshots? Please share more about it.

seems to have updated the first post, now maybe even more confusing than at the beginning.
He is obviously falling on scam cloud mining or something like this fraud schema. they eventually demanded a deposit from him to allow him to withdraw  Shocked

OP, can you update info on where exactly you found this doocoin, do they have any site or contact address? who passed that link to you?
I mean, only you know about doocoin, you must help us to recognize it somehow.
3232  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitlucy withdrawal problem, does this acceptable? on: June 22, 2022, 09:54:06 AM
I really hoped to hear the opinions of each of the members, logfiles _BlackStar JollyGood especially since they used to race to monitor fraudulent projects and defend employees against thieves and scammers.
I honestly don't understand why they ignore Bitlucy's situation even though one of their friends is involved with it.

I think between logfiles _BlackStar JollyGood and Royse777 are close friend and have special relationship

can you both stop this nonsense?
I guess you're angry because your original accounts were tagged by these users, but this is not the place for this. open a new topic and express all your doubts there (best use your main accounts).
after all, Royse has already been tagged by several DT members because of the Bitlucy problem, I don't see why it is obligatory for these three members to be involved.
3233  Other / Meta / Re: [INFO]Gambling Board Spams; Concerns, Solutions & Suggestions on: June 21, 2022, 11:44:13 PM
Lock the thread; create a self-moderated thread
It's impossible for everyone to start creating self-moderated threads and you can't force people to do it, if they simply don't want to do the moderating job.
You can have many threads like this but this won't change a thing if creator is not active and deleting stuff all the time.
This can have more negative sides with many members avoiding to write in self-moderated topics.
Only shitposters would avoid writing in a self-moderated thread, and I never forced anyone to do so; I only offered a solution that would reduce spam to a bare minimum; isn't that worth a shot?

I would rather emphasize here the responsibility of campaign managers who tolerate this type of spam posting. Most campaigns are run by casinos and gambling sites and it is to be expected that they want their signatures in the gambling section, but various bonuses only encourage additional spam. A lower payment rate will bring the lower quality of signature posters, in the end, less effort from the manager himself to check every post from every participant.

The gambling board is starting to look more and more like the bounties section which is completely moderated by the campaign managers.
3234  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: a fraud site on: June 21, 2022, 10:56:44 PM
thanks. will do.

some things you may not be able to write, like chat logs, and reference links (this is more customized for forum users) but be sure to bring out as much information and details as possible. it is also important to leave some proof, screenshot, or an archive of the site... your exposition will have more authority and will play a greater role in the prevention of scam.
3235  Other / Meta / Re: Trouble posting images? on: June 21, 2022, 10:45:41 PM
The ImgBB image isn't showing up for me at this time, and seems like it's hit and miss.
There could be few reasons for it.
1. Try doing a hard refresh Ctrl+Shift+R. This will clear your cache and reload everything.
2. Your internet service provider might flag the site, I don't see any reason for that though.

I don't think it's up to him or his provider after all. the same thing is happening to me (I'm sure we don't have the same ISP)
ImgBB most often I used it myself, I noticed that after two reloads of the page, some of the img managed to show up. I did an update of one thread and half of the images were visible.

I would say obviously the problem is on their side.

3238  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Top Cryptocurrency Scams To Be Avoided By Beginners on: June 21, 2022, 09:44:01 PM
you analyzed all this well, but as far as I can see almost all of them have the common epithet "fake". Fake exchanges, Fale giveaways, fake SM accounts, fake (phishing) email, and fake (Ponzi) investment opportunities.
it seems to be the only and must prevention of many of these models of fraud is detailed research before any investment. Unfortunately, beginners usually do not do this until they realize that they have been deceived. after that they find very precisely all the scam allegations made.
3239  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: PRIMEACCS.COM - The Ideal place for fully verified business accounts. on: June 21, 2022, 07:54:09 PM
You even need to learn how to post links on the forum properly.

Code:
BINANCE ACCOUNTS BACK IN STOCK. PURCHASE FROM http://HTTPS://PRIMEACCS.com

next, since you selling accounts, you need to move this thread to the section dedicated to the Invites & Accounts marketplace https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=234.0
3240  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bitlucy withdrawal problem, does this acceptable? on: June 21, 2022, 04:20:45 PM
I really wonder why he chose that section at the same time that he had the option to use the casino's official announcement in the gambling section of the forum. Then what will be the fate of those assessments if Royce insists on ignoring the calls from community after the period he set for accepting complaints has passed?
The most important question is why the casino's official channels are not used to publish the objection or complaints form?

for me, it is very surprising how this problem is managed, especially when it comes from an older and proven member. Google form posted on a couple of forum posts is not the right choice, it seems more like a forced solution to calm the negative story about the casino and manager.
I checked all their other official channels like Twitter, Reddit, and Telegram and nowhere else have I found any mention of solving problematic withdrawals. how will other users who do not use or do not know about this forum solve the issue? Where to complain?

Bitlucy can leave this forum, they still did not have a reputation to protect while Royse has something to lose here.

As a DT1, I'm going to red tag him now, in the hope that it will raise the seriousness of this situation and resolve it.
