Do you know the person? If yes then you sue the person in the court of law. Or report him or her to the local authorities for scamming or fraudulent activity. You can't report anyone to bitcoin because bitcoin is own by nobody. It is a decentralized digital currency for exchange of goods and services in other words, bitcoin is an internet money to buy something online. And nobody get it. You can't trace whom you have sent the bitcoin, but you can only trace the address which the public key but the owner is unknown. That is whenever you are dealing with someone on BTC as p2p make sure you know the person face to face or well trusted person. We have gotten familiar and used to the paper money that any other means of payment would be scrutinized thoroughly and initially would be distrusted by most people. Paper money will almost definitely still be in existence and use in 10 years. Besides, what other means of payment is as widespread, known and accepted as the fiat system? None that I know of. In 10 years from today, we would still be using the fiat system. There may be other new and innovative means of making and receiving payments, that doesn’t mean the fiat system would be completely abolished. I think it's more of a burden to us, specially if gamblers are going to be tax. And as far as I know, government have been giving traditional based casino lenient taxes, because that's one way to attract them to put up a billion dollar business in one's country and then have a pay cut.
So if they are going for cashless gambling to put another tax for us, then I wouldn't be agreeing on that proposal. It will be too much for us.
The argument for KYC and the whole tracking is already there, when you play on a traditional based casinos, to enjoy the perks you have to register your name and other info and same now with the online casinos. So there's no surprises with that already, the real eye opener is the tax.
Gamblers will not be tax but the taxation will go to the casino or sport bet companies. Then it is the company that will increase their betting or gambling fees which will affect the gamblers. Is there any government casino centers ? I have not seen, all the ones I have seen is owned by private persons. I was saddened by Liverpool's loss among all the clubs.
