Since you can buy VISA physical gift cards on Amazon (and Walmart too if I'm correct?), you can buy a gift card for Amazon or Walmart (on Coinsbee, Bitrefil, etc...) and use it to order a physical GC.
Coinsbee>Amazon voucher>Visa at home

It may be time-consuming and you will finally pay an extra 10-15% fees at the end, (and the VISA physical GC can't be used with ATMs) but since some people are ok to pay 10-15%...

Or if you may use Purse.io to buy a gift card with a discount... it could lower the final fee to 5%

Banks in Israel usually don't like to process transactions coming from a foreign country. Cryptocurrency or not doesn't matter, it happens with different activities like real estate.

The reason is that the US Department of Justice accused them to help US citizens to launder money and evade taxes, there's been a criminal investigation over the past seven years. (The bank Leumi admitted doing it) During a time we used to say Israel is the Switzerland of the Jews. Nowadays the banks try to save the face in case the US bothers them again.

Even when the courts order a bank to accept funds from cryptocurrencies, it does it reluctantly... I remember an Israeli Bitcoin association trued to push the central bank but without positive results, it didn't even bother to reply.

En vérité je me suis posé la question. Je me suis dit que c'est peut être pour le côté sécurité et éviter la contrefaçon de billets (ce qui est assez courant) mais si les tickets proviennent d'une application officielle je ne vois pas comment les gens pourraient se retrouver avec des faux billets.

A moins de pirater l'application, mais même dans ce cas il faudrait aussi pirater l'email de la personne sachant qu'elle recoit le code par email, (qu'elle rentre ensuite dans l'application)
