3221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Store of Value Coin, other than Bitcoin, which one ? on: July 27, 2019, 05:53:33 PM
Why do you think that Ethereum cannot serve as store of value, I can rely on Ethereum more than all those coins that you made mentioned of and any other coin that you have in the market other than bitcoin. In fact when it comes to a reliable payment too, Ethereum can still be trusted more, because right now, you cannot compare the volatility level of Ethereum to other coins.

Looking at a coin that is worthy to be used as store of value like the normal pure gold, it should at least have very low volatility that will make people not to suddenly wake up and see that their 1 million dollars has turned to $300K, a store of value coin should at least 90 percent of the initial value when it was bought, and then gradual decrease or increase little by little as people also trade with it, and for now, I must confess that it is only in Ethereum that I found that.
3222  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounties. IEOs or ICOs. on: July 27, 2019, 04:14:09 PM
There are still hundreds of bounties out there, but you have to be careful in joining any so you still dint end up adding another dormant coin to your portfolio, it is quite difficult to really recommend any project for anyone now because even the person you are asking will only shill the project to you based on assumption and nit based on assurance, but if you go to the section of this forum where you will see all campaigns, you can carefully start reading their white paper and start making research on them.

Secondly, you can just visit ICObench site to see which projects are available and having rating because it is believed that they usually list projects that seems quality to them, and then from there, you can pick anyone of interest and research more on them.
3223  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Impossibility of a gambling system (Why methods don't work) on: July 26, 2019, 08:18:34 PM
I think the idea is to gamble for fun and never thinking of making profit since strategies to breaking the odds never exist. There is no business without a winning strategy and I see no reason why gambling should be an exception if it should be termed a profession. This is really saddening and heart breaking

I made up my mind to stop hoping I would have a breakthrough in gambling after I realized that I have spent over 7BTCs in gambling and yet not been able to make profit of up to 4BTCs. That’s absurd and I really think that these gambling operators are out to rip us off. I am confused at the moment. Should I continue playing for fun while I keep losing or focus on making profit, while I am hopeful for the future or just quit gambling completely? Honestly it is really confusing at the moment.
What kind of stupid fun is that? Is it free to gamble for fun? If so, then the game should be made without stakes and no money involved to play. Gambling operators are busy buying luxury cars , and making so much from us and I really feel hurt at the moment.

I advise you take a break, not to quit completely but just a break. This is exactly what I also intend doing soon after looking back at all that have been lost to gambling. We can’t give up or lose hope, it’s just to re-strategize. I believe there is still a strategy, no matter what people think or say because like u stated, there’s no business that strategy does not work for. And if truly none works for gambling, that means the game is just for very rich people that want to play for entertainment
3224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Looking for site with good soccer prediction for free! on: July 26, 2019, 05:53:20 PM
Perfect i have something for you mate.  And this app is called match 365 and its totally free and in fact you will receive 100 mc  balance immediately for signing up only.. Its a soccer prediction online mate and available on mobile device.  But the question is if it's still legit nowadays.  Because ypu know when theres a legit application in playstpre ppl always cheat until the devs always decide to shut down the platform..  But just give a try..
I think you should have done a better and more recent research on the site before recommending, you sounded like you were so sure until you ended with the OP, going to do another search to be sure the site is still legit.

You should know by now that most of us do not like doing this and this is the reason we always throw up questions here for assistance, well I have same problems with the op and I am left with no option than to risk checking on the site you recommended, I hope it’s as cool as you have earlier stated.

I have tried a lot of prediction sites before now that has failed, but the mistake I did then was not asking questions like the OP is doing here before trying, and it’s easier to gather information here and to make comparison.
3225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why the martingale system sucks! (doubling down on losses) on: July 26, 2019, 04:28:58 PM
Martingale is not a win strategy, people should search another strategy, a lot of friend tried martingale strategy and didn't bring nothing good and make them lose a lot, i preffer bet as it is and choose odds close to 2 or over.

People shouldn't search for any strategy obviously, they don't work in the long run.

You are clearly a complete moron who thinks that some magic strategy can somehow defy the law of odds.

If you want a winning strategy, take your profits and leave, that's the only way.
Well said bro, I keep wondering why people believe there is a winning strategy in gambling. This has never crossed my mind because I understand that beating the odd is absolutely impossible. It has been made to be in favor of the site. Like you said and I completely agree, take your little profit after each win and go home. Don’t ever think of double betting or recovering loses, this way you are opening doors for more loses.

I have and will always be against martingale strategy. It has never favored anyone I know and whoever came up with this strategy obviously did it to deceive gamblers because it really sucks and has led many gamblers into debts. I know of a gambler that borrowed money from his family to gamble believing that martingale system will enable him win, he lost it all completely and went into depression at the end.
3226  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Btc dump. It is time for some alts to recover against BTC on: July 26, 2019, 01:33:30 PM
In my opinion there is no good thing when btc dump, altcoin recover depends on how their developers have innovations to drive demand. XRP menurut saya punya reputasi buruk dipasar, saran saya lebih baik ETH, LTC ataupun BCH.
I don’t know about the last part of your message, but how many altcoins nowadays really rely or increase in innovation, many investors don’t even care about the innovation anymore, all they want to see is just to invest and start counting some cool cash when the value increase, those developers too are even not looking after the innovation again, which is why they end up become zero at the end of the day.

Some of those developers only promote just to get attention of the investor, which is why you see them talk little of their projects itself, and then talk more of how their token can increase to in future, thereby making the investor to just focus on the increase and not the innovation. This is exactly what ends most altcoins, the moment the investors makes the money, he never looks back to see how the technology itself can be beneficial to him.
3227  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: AVOID trading at all costs, unless.... on: July 26, 2019, 07:22:49 AM
I think for beginners you can daily trading, as training to find out the character of the market. but I suggest placing a large portion of your capital on safe coins, like bitcoin. however the trading system is gambling is not good, one day luck is not with us and we lose everything
I think this is quite a wrong advise because new beginners should not start wit day trading first, if I am to advise new beginners, they should first do more of holding, and then keep watching how the market operates, by the time they already get used to the terrain, they can start with monthly or weekly trading first, because while they  were holding that coin, they are probably monitoring charts too, and seeing the fluctuation which I feel they should see as part of training for them to understand the market.

Day trading is not so easy, someone who has not perfected his or her skills in reading charts on monthly and weekly basis, how then do you expect him to be able to read a daily cart as quick as possible to be able to make decision necessary.
3228  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is this the Donald Pump we've been waiting for? on: July 25, 2019, 12:46:37 PM
That is the rule in the crypto market, people with power will be able to control the market. Just good news, the value of the coin will increase rapidly, the most recent example is the meeting between Warren and Justin Sun.
although Sun only announced the meeting, Tron's value suddenly increased in a confusing manner.
Therefore, when we get the news sooner, we will definitely be rich.
Is it the meeting where they invited Trump so that the world crypto leaders can make him understand what cryptocurrency is all about after he used is tweet to condemn bitcoin to an extent. Well, even if he does not attend the meeting, I already see huge success in the meeting between Justin and warren and I am sure that it will give birth to a good result anyway.

I expect TRON to increase because the market is speculative, people would want to prepare down in case the meeting goes well and have a positive impact on the coin, and this is how most traders makes their money, this is why I love to follow fundamental analysis than technical analysis, at least wit this, anyone knows that the coin they talk about will surely gain more investors and users.
3229  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the next trading method that I should learn? on: July 25, 2019, 12:04:33 PM
Do you have a reference where did you learn scalping?

I tried a few times but it never worked

I read a few articles about scalping online and I read a few books. I already had a Binance account with a small account balance so I began actively scalping at Binance while designing my own method and set-up, etc. It grew from there. I never practiced with fake money. While using a small account balance I made a lot of errors and learned how to correct the errors one by one. It took some time and money for practicing until I got a strong method, then I deposited more into the balance. I keep building it as time goes on.

I started with making $5 or $10 trades. Now I make larger trades. $50, $100, sometimes $1000 scalping trades.
Good for you, scalping is for the strong heated and I think you are quite strong doing this,I also do scalping, but I did not learn with money first, I learnt with demo trade and started scalping with it until I got better, I must confess that I have not really lost since I have been doing scalp trading, but I think the reason why I have not lost is because I try as much as possible to control the level of my greed, not so easy to hold though, but I thank God that I have been able to overcome that to an extent and I think it has been helpful.

Scalping is a very wonderful strategy to use but anyone interested has to makes sure that he or she has been able to successfully fight off greed to some extent, there is absolutely no way that someone greed can ever be successfully scalp trade.
3230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: [MTC] [Docademic] [Free Basic Healthcare] Doc Speculation on: July 25, 2019, 08:30:55 AM
been supporting since they start.. but when mcafee and the hitbtc incident i lose their track.. now i bump into this thread and reading a great news about them  Grin Grin
I was a very good fan of docademics too, and they were really going far before the waves bear hit them, and they could not withstand it, but I wonder why they could not because their project was actually like the first in the health sector and many people believed so much In them, if the team had actually done better or work harder, I am sure that by now, docademics would have been among the best coin in the market till date.

There is still hope for them anyway, I hear Mcaffee speak of them of recent too, when I saw the recent news of Mcafee speaking good of it, I felt kind of relieve because I thought that I was already holding another shitcoins, if docademics had turned shit coin, then I would have lost faith in research because I really did researched on docademics before investing in them.
3231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: sites for lending of eth on: July 25, 2019, 05:12:01 AM
You are actually in the wrong place to look for answer like this, but I think you can still get few constructive comments from here, although the best place to visit would be the Lending session of this forum. I have never seen any lending site that does not request for KYC because it is even on of their collateral for lending in the first place, how would they lend to someone to they have any info on, when it is not Decentralized loan lol.

There are so many people that will be willing to give you the loan, depending on the amount of Ethereum you are looking for, but most of the loans offer I have actually been seeing is on bitcoin, but I am sure we will also have for Ethereum too, juts that I have never picked interest in having Ethereum loan, I use more of BTC.
3232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coin/Token Shilling, Is it really that bad? on: July 25, 2019, 04:01:27 AM
A fast player would not completely ignore or condemn the group that is shilling the coin, if I don’t have any investment in the coin yet, and I see that there is a possibility of them succeeding in creating the pump for it, what I just do is to quickly invest in the coin, and then join them in shilling the coin.

I did not come to the crypto currency to look or sell groundnut, I came to the cryptocurrency industry to make some money to meet up my needs and have some little investment, so whatever way I can make money legally through crypto, I would surely support it, I know many people will quote that aspect of legality, I don’t think shilling is scam, it is just some players being smart in making money LOLO. Anyone that sees it as bad can give reason why please?
3233  Economy / Economics / Re: Zimbabwe government trying to push for new Zimbabwe Dollar - Surprised? on: July 25, 2019, 02:56:20 AM
I think the only issue here is removing the 1to1 ratio which is basically what USDT did as well, I mean if you have a bond that is basically 1to1 usd and then peg your national currency to it then that's fine, it is actually a good logic so that your money doesn't get too my inflated in the future, anytime it goes up you can just sell it for dollar and make a profit so nobody would allow it to go too high.

However, if you remove that then people would see it as a bad sign and sell it, when they sell it what happens? High inflation happens. Money starts to worth nothing at all. That is why the idea was good actually but the execution was poor, that is why bitcoin doesn't have any controller, if we allowed people to have power over bitcoin they would screw up like this all the time.
3234  Economy / Economics / Re: FED Chairmain compares Bitcoin to Gold on: July 24, 2019, 07:57:14 PM
I was surprised that I didn't see much coverage on this. This is pretty big, the guy running the FED at least officially basically knows what's up: That Bitcoin is being used a a store of value/speculation, and that it's competition for gold.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=jBUlXryF2WI

He also admitted that US as world reserve currency may not last forever...

Every guy with at least basic knowledge about economy and finance knows the things that the FED chairman is saying.USD won't survive forever as a reserve currency, because the government debt will explode sooner or later.Bitcoin is a speculation tool, but it won't be a speculation tool forever. The price volatility will go down,if there's mass bitcoin adoption.
That is right, bitcoin will stop becoming subject of speculation soon, and the price will become very stable, at this point is when everyone will really see the benefit of cryptocurrency, people are still judging bitcoin right now because of the way the market makers or the whales manipulate the market and then use it to steal money from the weaker ones through panic sell and fomo.

The time bitcoin will become finite, all these will no longer be there and maybe then, trump will understand that they need to embrace cryptocurrency, especially bitcoin since the dollar is already getting weaker, trump is just trying to so all his possible best to strengthen the fiat which is why is still kind of against crypto, but very soon, I am sure he will understand when fire starts burning his roof.
3235  Economy / Economics / Re: Northeast Asian messenger apps doing blockchain business on: July 24, 2019, 07:07:22 PM
country/Messenger/Blockchain Business

Japan  >    Line    > Linkchain

Korea  >   Kakao  > Klaytn(operated by Ground X)

China  >  WeChat >  Huh? Huh Huh
oh its really .It's great to see that the blockchain business gradually starting in this area .Those area are strong area of the Asia if crypto can spread here with legality it will boom and crypto will have a great new platform as well.
Those areas has actually been the most friendly zone to cryptocurrency right from the beginning especially Japan, the way japan has given so much support to the blockchain technology, you could think that Satoshi Nakamoto is a Japanese, the only strong Asian country that is still so tough about cryptocurrency is china, and probably their dragon God has not approved the cryptocurrency system for them.

I learnt that is where they carried all their produce they send worldwide to dedicate first which is why their economy has been booming, and they would not want to get involved in a system that is probably not have gotten approval and could bring their own system down, which is why they will guide alipay and wechat pay jealously before bitcoin takes their position.
3236  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the Risk worth strengthening our economy ? on: July 24, 2019, 06:24:59 PM
I think showing an example would have worked a lot better than just explaining in text form, I know you wanted to also be able to explain while talking so all in all that would require you to write stuff down and memorize it but maybe a video could be a lot better.

Try to show them stuff like crypto kitties for example, or try to show them eosbet, or any token that is precisely for just one dapp or utilization however it is and find a video on youtube for it. When people watch stuff they understand it a lot better because they are literally seeing an example of how it works and if you want to take it a bit further (if the friend is wanting it too of course, don't bother them too much with it Cheesy.) then you can actually do an example, most of these require only a few cents or at worst couple bucks and actually doing it together would teach them even better.

3238  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Are Women Slowly Leaning On To Crypto Trade? on: July 16, 2019, 07:25:55 PM
That is more about less involvement in the financial world by women than just crypto, look at the stock market or forex or any other financial market and their employees and you will see that men are more greedy and after money hence why they pick these kinds of jobs than women.

Women tend to pick stuff that make the world a better place, men tends to pick stuff that will make their own world a better place, these are all observable stuff on college applications as well.

Making money via money is a man thing and the numbers are usually between 75% and 90% in financial employment between men and women so it is not even close (same could be said about software engineering as well btw). So, with some time you will realize that crypto is just one part of that deal and not something individually different.
3239  Economy / Economics / Re: The problem bitcoin solves on: July 16, 2019, 06:03:39 PM
I believe bitcoin can solve everyone's problems, even for rich people as well, there are tons of altcoins as well as bitcoin so that idea of "only 21 million limited" is bull shit these days, if bitcoin gets too big then ethereum will follow and litecoin too so when there is 50 trillion worth of 50 coins that doesn't make it limited at all and then rich people and poor alike can use crypto currencies all globally to connect to each other.

Internet managed to make the world smaller, I can speak with people from all over the world and I can read stuff people put online anywhere in the world, bitcoin and crypto is solving that financially, bringing people together financially is the next step towards making us a union of humans instead of each nations, with enough interest towards bitcoin and alts we can finally reach that.
3240  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Setting Stop-Loss at Binance on: July 13, 2019, 07:13:55 AM
Does Binance not have a feature to do this?  If not, what exchanges do have the features for doing trading stops?
I dint think you need any tutorial to do this simple task, and you have to really learn to first try to research on your own before asking some questions, stop loss is not anything that is hidden on Binance. Binance has one of the most friendly and self-explanatory website, and if you had really placed order on Binance before, you will realize that they have this tool already installed which you can see when placing your order and this is not a new feature.

I think you should do more with the beginners trading platform that they have created especially for people like you. It is not only Binance that has this though, virtually all other exchanges has this on their exchanges, and you could also try using some broker’s platform like Forextrader, instaForex and alpari.
