When I gamble big I tend to look at later, after many days just to stay calm and relaxed about it. I think people are losing their minds after playing game like lottery which isn't something nervous at all. About 2 weeks ago I purchased $50,000 of Bitcoin and Ethereum thru Coinbase.
It's all sitting in the Coinbase wallet with a 2 step verification to get access.
I just ordered a Trezor 1 cold wallet. Might take a few days to get here.
How safe is the Coinbase wallet for holding my stuff?
I've read that their site is actually very secure.

If you do go for long term then Trezor would be the best option you could take. Remember; "Not your keys Not your coins" Never ever consider on storing up your coins on a centralized platform or simply those custodial wallets because no matter how reputable or known they are, you wouldnt know on when they would be hacked or experienced problems which would cause some locked up funds. |

I don't really blame the internet when I lose in a gamble since the result is based on my decision and what I will do when it's my turn (poker). Even if I can reconnect in the game the result would be the same. I may have some bad experience with the connectivity but at least I tried my best to win but sadly I lose so there's nothing I can do after that but to play next round.
Somehow we can blame the internet connectivity when its connection are poor on our loss, sometimes when i venture into gambling platforms i always wants my internet connectivity intact becasue of my win, most especially when am on sport games. Though, not that the internet connectivity will add something to your win/loss but instincts usually do to us gamblers all the time  . Why would play if you do see that your internet connection isnt stable in the first place? Some professional gamblers will have good emotional controls where the facial expression, body language, and also how they look are not predictable. Without it, we cannot control our emotions and we may have certain expressions that lead others to think or interpret something. I feel its still rather safe to invest in BNB because price is still cheap considering how greatly Binance Smart Chain works and all those defi projects creating liquidity. What makes BNB great competitor to Ethereum is its very cheap fees also. I am LONG for BNB and I do plan to regularly buy BNB even bull markets turn upside down to bear.

Yes, but I think OP is referring to Coinbase <-> Coinbase off-chain transactions which are free. But either way, while it sounds so attractive @OP (who doesn't like free transactions?), it's downsides heavily outweighs the upsides. Do you know? Coinbase can lock up your money if they want to? On the other hand, with non-custodial wallets such as Mycelium(though I'm personally more of a BlueWallet[1] guy), no one, I mean literally no one can revoke your access to your funds. That's one of the beauties of Bitcoin!
