ICO means Initial Coin Offering where developers get investors to their project. If you're saying that Ethereum is the king of ICO, how many times did Ethereum have an ICO to be proclaimed as a King of ICO? 

Should we say, Ethereum is the king of altcoins?   Please study about the difference of ICO and ALTCOINS.

Yes, you need some contents that can be useful and informative for every users here in our forum. Not just any post but a post that can make a good discussion here since it's a forum and that's the purpose of it.

Posting now in Altcoin Discussion is not good at all, some people proclaim the section as one of the place where people do shitposting and spamming so merit sources and other people who look for good posters avoid that section. Creating quality contents and sharing your idea in Meta can also have a possibilities of getting merits (It should be unique and a logic-wise content).

Or maybe helping your own local board with some various topics like forum rules and other stuffs about crypto will also get you a merit. You will exert effort on these things so you need to be wise.

I don't see any altcoins that is good at now because they're all the same except for ETHEREUM but it's in bad state now. BCH is also a good altcoin because it is now at $459.95 $. All of the altcoins are green today...

The reason of being in here is the reason of believing in crypto.

There are so many ideas and knowledge you can learn here in crypto, not just by money-related learning but a learning that can be useful for a life-time. Me, having a high degree of course that's related to modern technology, it's really a favor thing to us because of new equipment used and other devices for having an cryptocurency.

I wanted to discover more and also if i have the ability to manage and create my own crypto, i want to invent some devices that can be used by our government for improving economic rate.


Not all of the people that keep posting are believers in crypto. Some of them just want to abuse the system and earn money but doesn't care about cryptocurrency.

You're one of the person who give me merits from the start and I know you really wanted to help some people who do posting with good contents. But today, let's accept the fact that sometimes posting with contents (as if they really created that) are very annoying because all of it are just from the internet, they're just using proper citation but the idea that comes from their mind, nothing.

Kasi matagal na naming napapansin na most of the posters here are just rephrasing the reply of others. Hindi ko maisip kung hindi niyo kayang magbigay ng sariling opinyon sa bawat topic or sadyang tamad nalang at iniisip ang "post counts" for bounties. Kung iniisip niyo na makasarili, mapagmataas ang ibang tao dito dahil prangka sila, hindi sila ang mali. Ang paglalathala ng isang katotohanan ay hindi naging kamalian kundi para ito ay mamulat tayo na hindi pa natin kaya o gumawa ng isang magandang diskusyon sa bawat topic.

Kung tayo mismo marunong tumanggap ng isang "constructive criticism" maiiwasan natin ang pagiging negatibo magisip. Ako, nung Full member palang ako, never akong naiinggit sa mga taong "deserve" umangat. Bakit ka maiinggit sa taong wala namang ginawang masama sayo? Choice mo ding mainggit so sisihin mo sarili mo.

Tsaka sa mga replies na sobra sobra kung makaappreciate ng topic tapos nawalan na ng sariling opinyon. What's the sense of stating a reply if there's no important details in there? Like mema nalang sinasabi mo sa kada-topic na magrereply ka. Higit sa lahat, huwag din tayong hipokrito, yung iba dito hindi pa namumulat pero kung kagustuhan mo talagang umunlad, change! alam mo naman solusyon bakit hindi mo pa simulan.  

At hindi ko lang din gusto ang pagiging hipokrito ng iba sapagkat ang daming sinasabi sa mga ganitong topics na kesyo magbago daw, improve daw pero pagdating na sa pagbabago hindi naman magawa sa sarili. Mahirap magpaka-peke, kaya wag niyo ng subukang magpanggap kasi basang basa na ang mga ganyang style. Ang daming pwedeng gawin para umunlad, proven na din yung iba pero katamaran pa rin ang nangingibabaw sa atin. Simpleng informative na contents na hindi pa nababasa ng iba, hirap na gawin, what more pagdating sa mataas na level?


Hindi ko akalain na may ganito kakitid mag-isip. Hindi naman considered as merit farmer ang isang tao kapag nag-post siya ng gusto niyang content right? Hindi naman lahat ng tao nagpopost dahil may kailangan sila pero syempre hindi mawawala yon kaso may part na ginagawa mo ito dahil isa na ito sa passion mo. Lahat naman ng tao dumaan sa shitposting dahil ignorante pa pagdating sa mga forum pero once na nagsimula ka na at namulat ka na sa katotohanan, that's the time na malalaman mong kailangan mong mag-post ng mga ganitong bagay.

If you see this as a trash content kasi sinabi mong "wag kang magmalinis", please check your posts too. Mabilis mag-back fire ang mga salita kaya pakiingat-ingatan.   Also, please use proper quoting. If ever na i-ququote mo yung buong content, it's better to use the reply button instead of quote kasi same lang yon, nakaabala lang ng ibang viewers. thanks!

We all know that informations are really helpful in the community. Not just any simple information thus an information that is very unique and also an explanations based on your own research and discoveries. Sharing informations like an article or contents that is already in the sites is not really impressing viewers.

Regarding about the english grammar, try and try until your ability to speak english improves and fit to the community, although it's just a little factor in making contents but important in discussing topics.

As the highers above said, it's not quite effective since there are so many helpful topics that should be sticked/pinned. That's why sorting tool must be implemented to sort the threads by most merits or recommended topic, to see all of those informative and helpful threads.

My idea is putting all of the helpful threads in a single thread and that single thread will be pinned. In our local, Non-bitcoin post always being locked or deleted in the section so I suggested this part and hoping that they will notice it for the betterment. I don't think the google form will fail like this. All of the informations that is being stated in the form will be listed on the spreadsheet once you clicked submit. If same BTC address was attached in the spreadsheet it's better to look the profile of the accounts if they're related. No doubt, this cases always happen in the spreadsheet because of bounty abusers.

If there are no enough proof to state them as an abusers, maybe some people are just trying to troll their accounts.

@oksan89 (spreadsheet no.307) can't be seen now in the spreadsheet, I think the bounty manager remove her/him.

I voted for theyoungmillionaire, We know that he deserves it and somehow he/she can do such things like moderating a forum. Well, we call him/her Silent hero because of his unbelievable works behind the scenes and it's really obvious that he can do it.  I don't think if he/she wanted to be a Moderator because I remember that he/she is okay of being a "Silent Hero" but maybe he/she will accept position (If he/she is accepted by theymos but as of now, theymos didn't notice the existing thread) because the improvement and development of the local is his/her top priority.

If our higher-ups didn't notice my suggestions for the improvement of the Local board then maybe someone will help us and I hope that "someone" will come soon.  


Yeah, additional moderator would fit in but each board only consists 2 moderators only except for Mining that is moderated by gmaxwell, -ck and frodocooper since mining is also an international section so it's okay to have a 3 mods there. It's either to remove one of our local mods or having an additional of one moderator in our local (It looks like our local board can't handled by 2 people). One of our local moderator is also an Global Mod so it's really complicated to add or to remove.


There are so many suggestions for the local that has been posted there but people don't show any care, they keep posting in the thread but some of them are just pretentious, they are there because of the post counts. If those topics are being noticed by the highers maybe our local is a good section to start a day (I'm not saying our local is bad, it's really hard to start a post when there are so many shitposters, do you feel it?).

They can also determine if the merit service works well and will continue here or should be move in the Off topics. The fact that "you received a bitcoin" is completely a troll. It's just a phishing site, don't get fooled by some scammers in crypto. It's a common tactics of scammers to create a similar account and copy the design and layouts of the email.

If you don't have any accounts with coins.ph then you should think about it, why did you receive an email from them even you didn't register to their platform? strange af.

Even coins.ph is a local wallet, don't underestimate it's security because first of all they will not create a platform about digital currency if they don't have any security to avoid those hackshits.

PS: please provide supporting details because the company might accused as one of the fraudsters here.
