3241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where is the best place to watch cryptocurrency courses? on: March 14, 2020, 06:35:51 AM
everyone elese suggesting youtube but they dont know that youtube right now are becoming allergic to crypto contents but there are still many video sites out there alternative to yt although i dont know if they have many crypto contents on them because they  aarent really that popular than on youtube  . i found joinpeer.org and livepeer.org upon doing some google search, you can try them or you can search for more other alternatives if you want .  there are also books and ebooks which are i think more better than videos because they are more detailed
3242  Economy / Speculation / Re: Types of People on this Corona Virus crisis which group you belong? on: March 13, 2020, 11:47:17 PM
i dont know where i belong but i cant see my own category on the list .  im just a normal seller  . i sell btc as far as i can because i need often the cash because i have a debt to pay and a hungy family to feed  .

i can only rarely hodl for a long time but i still end up selling what i have because im not selfish  .   i dont know if im fit on the panic selling category because i sometimes experience a panic attack  , and i sell because i feel the price will drop but sometimes i prefer to wait for a while before selling .
3243  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency can not replace fiat currency. on: March 13, 2020, 11:19:55 PM
I always try to carry not only plastic cards, but also a certain amount of cash, because. I came across various situations when there was a power outage or Internet disconnection, and it was impossible to pay with a card. Someone may say that I am old-fashioned, but in which case, I can always buy food for myself, or refuel the car.

Yes, this problem still exists for electronic payments. And I saw how people couldn 't pay for their purchases because they didn't have a Fiat. Therefore, until the problem with the Internet and electricity is 100 percent solved, we will need a Fiat.

they push the digital payment almost on the mainstream but they dont solve the issue on the electricity  ? i dont think so  .

for what is the purpose of generators  ? they should put one because almost all service rely now on electicity not just in paying means   . still fiat is needed for smaller type transaction  . like example on small shops and these shops dont accept digital payments  .  this is one of the reason why crypto cant fuly replace fiat  .
3244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bull run top 5 Alts for 2020. on: March 13, 2020, 10:44:03 PM
Your choice I really like it, indeed the five altcoins you choose have the opportunity to make a profit if held. But the current very poor
market conditions are making altcoins prices destroyed, but we must be optimistic in some ways next week there will definitely be an
improvement from the current conditions. Now we should be patient. Keep holding selected coins each of you.

indeed . being optimistic and patience is the best to go instead of going for the fomo   .  fomo right now is mainly on the selling side which is not really bad to do at all . i understand why people sell but we shouldnt sell our whole savings  . left some coins for future use and buy back asap  .  like what you said , i also think that next week can bring changes , positive changes    not only for the crypto market but also on other markets  .   on the list , i recognized eth , neo and chainlink but i dont feel confident on the other two  . still my best bet would be eth and there can be a better replacement on the 4coins
3245  Economy / Speculation / Re: Jimmy Song 100,000$ Prediction on: March 13, 2020, 09:55:02 PM
Jimmy Song didn't had a "100k prediction" he just said "when bitcoin reaches 100k, that doesn't have any time table on it, it could be in 5 years and he would still be right. Dude is simply saying that bitcoin "ONE DAY" will be 100k and you will regret for not getting it.

I personally regret that I sold my coins instead of keeping them, so my problem is different than not just buying but actually being smart enough to buy bitcoin thinking it will go up but then sell it when it "peaked" at 1000 dollars and sold it for some reason like the idiot I am. Bitcoin will go up, but I doubt it will ever go up like it used to, from 700 dollars to 20k in one year, we will never see anything go up that much ever again, that was probably the only time we could have been rich very easily in our life time.

If you sold your coins now you have perfect chance to buy some. It seems price of Bitcoin will not go that high this year, so you have plenty of chances for cheap Bitcoin left.  But basically if you are smart you should be just buying whenever you can. Spend $100 a month or whatever you can afford. After few years you will be set nice.

but selling now does not also guarantee you that you can earn a nice income so why sell ? ill better keep mine and wait for a better price but if i have a money i would be buying instead because all coins are cheap .  its no pressure to buy them  .

spending 100 usd these days for buying a coin can already go alot but not sure on the next month or two  but i have a sense that the value would be much better sooner or later  . this honey moon period for investors/traders would not last long so better we not miss the oppurtunity
3246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CALL OF DUTY Launches Game with Virtual Currency on: March 13, 2020, 02:51:10 PM
It's unclear whether this cryptocurrency is actually based on blockchain tech, or if it's just a virtual currency as is quite common nowadays?

i got the same question in my head but btw do you visit the link ? i havent yet but the link should provide some details or you already visit them but still cant find answer to your question .

you are right that games have a common currency like for example gems  . you can earn them rarely or you can buy them using your prepaid load or other payment option such as credit card  , paypal , etc  . but maybe they are using some kind of crypto related currency and only be relaodable via crypto transaction too .
3247  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Friday the 13th unlucky for Bitcoin too! on: March 13, 2020, 01:58:18 PM
on the list i see that the price is starting from up then it go down every year at exactly on every friday the 13th so my prediction next year the price will fall under 4k but after these dates the price might recover again and will posibly lead to a better prices.  i dont know if friday the 13 has a relation to the drop but i think some people are triping and dump the price to think that people will believe on the friday the 13 story.  on the list again i see that year 2018 were still a good price compare to other years on the list or did the value was higher before friday the 13 happen ?
3248  Economy / Speculation / Re: Let's stop PANIC SELLING Bitcoin on: March 13, 2020, 12:31:19 PM
For Bitcoin enthusiasts, this may come to a panic buying let those weak hands do what they are really capable of. I guess this isn't a panic selling scenario as what fabiorem stated this is more likely a work of some whales. I can feel the excitement that it will be cheap again, bring it on.
for those who still have capital, I think they will be an opportunity to buy bitcoin assets. however, some people who hold bitcoin right now are still a bit panicky, because the price touched the price of $ 4k. however, I also still hold some bitcoin, but so far, I have not sold it because I feel that there will be a pump that makes the price of bitcoin rise above the price of $ 7k.

exactly  . you as a veteran hodler you already know how things work so no time for you to panic  . if you panic and sell like most are doing you will only loose or you wont earn that much   .

no matter how we warn others to stop panic selling i think thier decisions was final  . they could be panicking not only on this market but also because of the virus threat too  . the rest that persist to hodl are the ones that will benefit the most soon  but lets also hope that other issues that are outside the crypto will get sorted out too .
3249  Economy / Economics / Re: WHO encourages use of digital payments due to COVID19 on: March 13, 2020, 08:13:04 AM
Quote
It's obvious why he suggested it to prevent having contact with money that a lot of people had previously own. This brings a chance for cryptocurrency to be recognized by the government.

Cryptocurrencies might be "recognized" by the government, but they can't beat credit/debit cards,Paypal,Transferwise,Skrill, etc. so your assumption is doesn't matter.
Bitcoin crashed by 50%!Do you think that people will use a "currency" that crashes by 50% after 2 days?
I don't see any retail merchant accepting crypto payments.Do you think they will accept a volatile currency as a payment method right now?

does crypto only mean bitcoin ? nope . there are other cryptos that are stable and there are those that dont crash hard yet these cryptos are okay to use for payment use more than bitcoin . its not about replacing or beating other digital payment methods but its about alternatives  .

in a situation that we are experiencing right now which is hard, people shouldnt think of the competition but they should think of the alternatives on how can we continue our lives without risking our selves.
3250  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Bitcoin is now legal in india. on: March 13, 2020, 06:33:47 AM
When will this drama end? The debate on this matter has continued for several times. The state allows circulation, the central bank issues a warning, then circulates the ban, and then Parliament returns to deny that.
India is one of the countries for this model and I do not think that the huge platforms will be based in India as individuals will not consider investing huge amounts of money. Lack of clarity is a bigger problem than the ban.

At this rate where we get our news from random sources where we can't verify their reliability I don't think this kind of “ping-pong” like news infromation will ever stop. We don't even know what's true anymore until we see the effects on it so I won't really make an impression on the article the OP provided since it is always the same thing being reported everytime and  change it a little every now and then or even make something up just to stay relevant in the crypto news industry.

agreed . now that cryptos are on the limelight , many crypto news site suddenly pops up like a mushroom but of course there are those pioneers that already gain a reputation because they provide only accurate and relevant news  . we can only visit them and get infos on them instead of beieving on the random sh8t that we see from time to time .

i also agree on you that if the news is legit we can then feel its effect later on but there could be also other reason on why the effect have occured and its not mainly because of the news that you see or believe .
3251  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COVID-19 and its effect in Gambling World on: March 12, 2020, 08:38:34 PM
Online gambling or other digital gambling is not only available in cryptocurrency and even before the outbreak of the corona virus, online gambling has become an alternative to many gamblers in the world I think so, even though they are switching to online gambling but still they are not fully using crypto because every country has digital money itself which allows them to still be able to gamble online using their currency. Online gambling has grown before the corona virus but after this incident it is very possible online gambling and other digital activities will become even more popular.

i heard if it before but they are not  popular  .

when crypto came out , crypto gambling also spawn and become popular  . this is only time i invovled playing online  .  and i dont also think that those non crypto gambling sites survived up this point    . crypto gambling is something that is fast and anonymous ,this is why many people will prefer it compare to non crypto gambling   .curently many teams are unable to play and many games have been cancel due to the epdimic  .  it does have a big impact on the gambling world but mostly in a negative way
3252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is the position of the gambler in the market? on: March 12, 2020, 07:40:05 PM
My idea of gambling property is very low and I did not dare to go to the marketplace with gambling to stay in danger.  Want to get experience with gambling and how can I gain experience with gambling?
If you have intention to be a gambler you can play it now, but you have to know the ins and out about gambling itself. You will be awful when you don't know much about gambling and you just play it with your lust. Also, for the first time you should have an intention to spend money that you can afford to lose, with that way you will be learn every step when you playing it. If you have done those thing I'm sure you will have an experience that you can be applied when you come to play.
Learning gambling is pretty simple because you can easily learn gambling by just watching other gamblers playing table card games, slot games, lottery, and etc. As long you are dedicated to learn something sooner or later you could learn how to gamble, just remember that gambling is very dangerous, so you should not be greedy and limit yourself from playing.

on a real casino yes you can watch other gamblers play and you can also ask them for advice or tip on how to play but on online i dont think you can see the table or the player play except if its a stream   .  offline gambling is still better because it was actual and you can see the things clearly if what the gambler is touching  .you cant just watch and expect to learn or you already learn because its not simple as that  . to be able to learn , you need to have a passion on gambling first  . you should have a geniune interest and not just because you want to earn or want to be in trend because it wont work better
3253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Coronavirus and it’s impact on sporting events - please add on: March 12, 2020, 07:06:30 PM
i notice that only basketball and soccer are mainly affected with the virus problem but why not other sports like swimming , tennin ,volleyball or others  ? maybe because nba and soccer are the most popular in which many people are going to attend it than on other sports  .

this is okay that they cancell the event rather than risking thier selves and become injured or worster thing can happen to them , not only to the players but also the fans and audience also  .
3254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: March 11, 2020, 08:55:58 PM
I think that age restriction should be on an average on 20 years old.
My point is that people should have a decent living and making an amount of money before they are pushed - for any reason - into gambling. This makes their hobby healthy and they risk their own money instead of borrowing for gambling.
each country has their own reserve about how to treat gambling so we really don't know whats their input for allowing younger age but for sure they have reason for this, maybe it is their ancestral whos gives them these rules?we don't really know but for us who is not comfortable on their rules can only questioned but cannot do anything to change their rules.

rules are being adapt from the elders or ancestors but as time goes by they also do modification   .  its normal for some country to have a strange rule or celebration  and one of it could be gambling at a verry young age . on ours i think the limit here is 18 and above but i did started gambling when i was verry little  . we only hide at close places because police are patrolling  but they are only hunting for adult agamblers  because there is also a law here that underage people should not be jailed or punished by higher authority
3255  Economy / Economics / Re: COVID-19: Do not worry the market worry on people. on: March 11, 2020, 08:25:16 PM
I think people are overreacting since they thought that if people are having a hard time dealing with transactions and money because of this epidemic, they might sell their bitcoins and affect the price negatively. We should not be affected in terms of our crypto currencies, this virus is not directly affecting the price of bitcoin if it was the reason of the dump it should've dropped earlier when the virus is just starting.

but its not the case that happen . the price of bitcoin increase more right after the start of virus  but the price drop after several days   . that is because no people are not affected yet but eventually it spread fast and affect the people severly  .

i think over reacting is part of thier plan because they want the prices to drop so that they can  accumulate the item easily   . if the drop of the price affect cryptos then we should be happy because  this what were all waitin for  .
3256  Economy / Speculation / Re: HODL HODL HODL...AND BUY MORE on: March 11, 2020, 06:39:53 PM
wait till the supply really gets scarce and essentially every coin has been mined...people are going to go ape shit...scarity like the movie "the road", with a strange family and a basement full of people alive with their limbs cut off...begging to be let out...lets hope it doesn't get that bad

lol . i find it funny when you use a scene on the movie just to visualize if what people are be doing when the said scarcity for btc happens  but that is too exage bro  . you know btc isnt the only crypto on here or isnt the only asset that is profitable .  however i agree that we must be buying now and keep on hodling because that is the best policy if you are a solid cryptoer   .  price are cheap and verry recomendable to buy now because the value is in a stable side  . this give a window for people to not panic sell when buying
3257  Economy / Economics / Re: corona Vírus doesn't affect bitcoin price on: March 11, 2020, 05:50:54 PM
All over the world we can stocks near 12% down since the end of January,  when  Corona virus showed up.

Bitcoin was neat 10k, and we still didnt lose 9k.

Btc is doing extremely well. it is not skyrocketing like gold but we are holding strong.
I am impressed and we can see that bitcoin price is not correlated with stock market.

Well if we look at world coronavirus is a real treat to all of us. yes, I don't see it's affecting much BTC but I think it will affect if this problem doesn't solved soon and more countries affected. People selling crypto  & asset and buying gold in china so if corona don't stop soon BTC will go down below 4000$ soon and this just my opinion i am not an expert on this field so forgive me if I made bad Prophecy about BTC.

a real threat definetly because people panic too much  and corona virus is always the topic every single day  . it did affect btc too much in my opinion and the price is still decreasing    . people may sell a crypto but its impossible that they wil use it to buy gold  . how will they do that when gold is physical , i mean the virus or the bacteria can stick on gold and can transfer to you  .  it also requires you to transact publicaly which is risky when youu buy physical assets like gold  . what can happen instead is that people may sell gold or other physical assets then go on digital currency but still risky to go outside for local transactions
3258  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Physically vs Gambling Online Using Crypto on: March 11, 2020, 12:54:07 PM
I consider online gambling using crypto a favorite for me personally, It makes me develop my playing skill, especially Poker.
After an important online experience, it made me win multiple times at the local casino!!!Because when you play with different races of the universe, your playing experience will increase Wink

but in a real casino ( offline ) you can also meet different races  . there are tourists too that love to hang out on a casino after they roam around  . also there are no cryptos and online gambling are on the past but there are poker games digitally made , you could have practice on it then you try to engage playing on a real casino   .

you said you now win multiple times  ? well good , looks like your rich now Wink    . dont forget to save some for your self and also engage online just to show your support on cryptos
3259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino Affiliate Programs list - Promote multiple casinos under 1 program on: March 11, 2020, 12:10:27 PM
About this affiliate programs , what are the requirements for this ? Or how do you get paid ? By the users that you referred ? Or by some task you perform ? You know like promoting it in Youtube or similar to that. Im very interested on this kind of things.
It all depends on the specific affiliate program, you need to read the conditions. I prefer to work with affiliate programs, which pay commision for 1st deposit of my lead.

Can you give an example of affiliate program which pay commission for 1st deposit? I have never heard any legit affiliate program that pays like that. You said it means you have tried it before, unless you are just posting it without any experiences.

like what example ? website ? the guy only says he like a site like that but i suspect he never tried one yet  .

i dont also came across a website like that where you got paid for your referal but only when you depo or when he/she depo   . mainly all that i see is you are being paid once your referal wagger  or they also refer and thier referer wagger too   . i do like the fact that we can promote multiple casino on one program , means less hassle and more income to us  .
3260  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum versus EOS January, 2020 on: March 11, 2020, 11:10:55 AM
These two altcoins have long been competing with each other and ethereum is constantly winning this competition and for many years ethereum will definitely overtake all the possibilities and technologies of eos, that's why I invest in ethereum, but I also keep some assets in eos.

why would you still keep some eos if you already said that eth is the best  ?  havent see them competiting but people are the one that make threads comparing each other  . eth could have a better competitor than eos because for me eos is not that superior than eth    .

sorry if i sound bad at that but that is only what i see  .   on this year or including last year  , i havent seen eos in action but even eth too although its alrady automatic that people constantly checking eth  .
