3241  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $34k the bottom?? on: January 23, 2022, 06:25:28 PM
The price was going nuts and now seems to have stopped falling for now and also slowly rising up for a little while as well. What are your thoughts, is it going to fall more or would it start to rise again and recover all the money that was lost.
And what if this rise in price is just temporary and the price would again reach $34k and breach that support as well, what would happen then, what is the next support to look out for in case the market bleeds more in the coming days.

TA aside history tells us that this isn't the bottom.  Market sentiment is leaning bearish so we can easily dip in the 20s only a bad coue of days.  I think 2022 crypto markets will largely be determined by the overall economic sentiment which is looking bearish as well.  The world economy has been propped up for 2 years during the pandemic but at some point the economic impact will be felt across stocks, housing, commodities and....crypto.  I'm buckling in for a long drought.  Just enjoy the CA of your portfolio knowing it will break and continue to rise eventually.

Firing a coach is an option but I don't also think it will change the whole Lakers. What they need is an adjustment but I can't understand why it takes too long for the chemistry to maintain its consistency.

Well, I'm not saying that Frank Vogel is ain't a good coach, but maybe the Lakers do need some new head coach with different perspective and style.
This situation right here already happened in the Lakers way back 98-99 season when Kurt Rambis don't know what to do with the Shaq-Kobe pair as they're also struggling to win every game, so the management decided to bring in Phil Jackson as their new head coach and since that year the Lakers have won 3 straight championship with ofcourse Shaq-Kobe pair as their lead.

Speaking of coaches, who do you guys thinks a better suited coach to head the Lakers and handle the Lebron-Westbrook+AD tandem though?

We've heard so much about our opinions on the Frank Vogel case and that he should be fired if they loss on the next game? But who is going to replace him?

There really isn't anyone out there right now mid season.  They need to ride Vogel for the rest of the year and if they plan on changing it up see what other coaches are going to be available.  Vogel isn't the issue here though, it's the age of the players.  Reminds me of when they got an old Gary Payton and old Karl Malone and thought it was gon a work.
3243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bull is back? on: January 23, 2022, 06:15:04 PM
I've seen a lot of alts on this day making green wherein seems the bearish is getting weaker. Perhaps if market keep showing the same thing for couple of days bull will gonna take over the market again in my personal opinion, because it's been how many weeks it's red and suddenly most of my favourites alts turn into green and gave me profits this day using scalping strategy.. What do you think guys is this the start of bullrun or just a sign that soon will be another season?

No.  Markets are never linear in that they go up every day in a bull or down every day in a bear.  Scan out and look over a bigger period of time.  A 24 hour up trend is expected in bears after such a huge drop.  This is just getting into a long term bear market.  Think October was the start.
3244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: January 23, 2022, 06:07:38 PM
Taking the best team in the league when it comes to covering spreads which is Cavs -11.5, OKC lost by double digits in their last two games and the trend should continue as they're on a back to back game plus the Cavs are looking to bounce back after their tough loss against the Bulls. Last time the OKC went on a back to back game on the road they lost by 18 points against the Suns. Not touching the Suns for now since the Pacers manage to put up good fight against the Warriors.

Only way I see okc in this game is if Shai keeps them in it.  But okc has no one that can cover the amount of bigs that the cavs have.  This is a perfect mismatch and at home.  Expecting a blowout with okc struggling to even get to 90 tonight.  Fingers crossed Smiley

Shai came out strong and even though okc lost they covered.  Cleveland d held strong but couldn't get their offense going.  Tonight I like 2 games.  Taking sixers -1.5 on the road against San Antonio.  SA doesn't have anyone who can stop embid.  He should wreck this game.  And then I like golden state -5 at home against the Jazz.  Jazz have a couple important players out and gs gets draymond back which is huge.

Both top seeds knocked out by last second field goals.

Happy retirement, Mr. Rodgers. Thanks for fucking up my bet.

I imagine DireWolfM14 is consuming copious amounts of fancy alcohol right now.

Think Aaron goes to Tennessee next year for last year or 2 of his career.  Makes sense, they are a team built to win a superbowl right now and fresh off 3 interception game and essentially losing the game for them.  Rodgers had a crazy good year mvp like so he isn't ready to hang it up just probably in green Bay he is.
3246  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stick to altcoins or switch to Bitcoin or stablecoins? on: January 23, 2022, 05:44:14 PM
Market is witnessing some gradual dumps and it's a know fact that altcoins will bleed more than bitcoin and they will be stable or recover only when bitcoin recovers and pumps. So will it be wise to hold on to Altcoin or switch to Bitcoin or convert the funds into stablecoins and wait for market to either start recovering or to dump further to buy more in order to reach breakthrough for the lose which we might have incurred till now.

In bear markets alts typically get hammered on price because  in a bull market most are just pumps toys to get more bitcoin in the first place.  So when there is no more excitement or pumps there is zero reason to buy.  Smart money is in bitcoin right now.

Tannehill was on the sidelines putting lip balm before the kickoff, i knew this was a bad sign, i knew it. Pick on the first throw, pick on the first throw in the second half, and one to gift the game to Cincy.

What if the Titans just kicked the damn extra point on D. Henry's TD, what was the need to go for two...7-6 not good enough? Analytics fail, again.

Mattress Mack curse is broken, glad to be on the other side of it.  Cheesy

Definately burned them.  Have a chance to go up in the game and chose to "gamble" in the playoffs.  Then tannehill...shame but with this single game I think they will be on the hunt for a new qb situation.  Showed he might be a good middle of the road guy but someone who will HD back a good team too.  Just glad I'm not a titans fan because defensively they couldn't do anything else to help win the game.
3249  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2022: Bullish or bearish for crypto? on: January 22, 2022, 11:46:35 PM
Ever since the start of January 2022, crypto has been on a bearish trend. There hasn't been any major movement in crypto prices, as the excitement has faded away. It seems to me that the year will be a bearish one (although crypto is widely unpredictable). All eyes are on Bitcoin, as it's the main mover of the market. If Bitcoin goes up, so will Ethereum and other altcoins. Regardless of the price, development is still on-going.

What do you think? Will 2022 be a bearish or bullish year for crypto? Why do you think it'll be that way? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Smiley

Bearish for sure.  Every massive run needs a pullback.  Especially for alts which got insanely pumped for no reason. You will see coins retrace upwards of 95% their ath if not more.  Look at the daily drops.  That's a clear indication people are parting well before it really hurts.  I expect by mid summer altcoin 24 hour vume will be severely low along with prices.
3250  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It won't hurt on: January 22, 2022, 11:44:35 PM
It won't hurt to have 100,000 shiba inu coin in your wallet you know, I'm saying this because I used to have 1,000,000 doge coin in my wallet but got tired of holding it and sold, we both know how much that it today so we can't say if shiba can make its way to where doge coin is right now, it won't hurt to have some in holding

You are going to see all of these doge, shib, inu wierd coins get demolished in this bear market.  Do we really need coins based on dogs.  Sorry to say but they are all insanely overbought based on fomo.  They all pretty much serve zero in terms of need.  No dog coins for me thanks.
3251  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is $30k the bottom for this dip? on: January 22, 2022, 11:42:31 PM
The entire cryptocurrency market is on a blood bath level most cryptocurrency witness a higher percentage of price drop which have turned so many analysts to speculate the next stop price before the bull run, if you have been flowing up with recent price actions it show Bitcoin losing almost 7% of it price falling back to 38k and have been struggling to maintain that price level up till now.
Will the 30k price benchmark be the next bottom line before the rise?

It depends on other markets.  I think both stocks and housing gonna slug through 2022.  People might be more willing to part with their crypto before some of those assets so I think we really get into the sub 20s before this flattens out.  Could be a long drought all the way up to the next halving, buckle in.
3252  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 22, 2022, 11:40:18 PM
On top of that they are shopping Westbrook now, or at least that is what was talked about on Reddit, and Rockets were interested in him.
So what's gonna happen, will they trade John Wall for Westbrook again?
This is too funny if it's going to happen but it's all business in the NBA at the end of the day. Both of them have almost similar contracts so the deal makes sense in that regard.

It would benefit Rockets since they can at least use a player they are paying on games.

Lakers could try something new since pairing WB with Lebron and AD isn't really working for them. John Wall could hit some shots from mid-range or long-range at least and they need that.

At this point it only makes sense to take on Russell Westbrook if you are getting draft capital back.  Especially for a team who isn't going to compete this year.  What would a team like houston do with Westbrook? He will only take minutes from the young guys who need court experience.  My guess is russ doesn't go anywhere.
3253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: January 22, 2022, 11:38:01 PM
Last night was an easy bet on the Lakers only giving 5 to the magic.  Magic and very young and very awful.  Tonight I like the cavs at home giving 12 points.  Lots of points but I think they control the game from the tip and the bigs win out tonight.  Good luck everyone!
3254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🥊 The UFC Info and Prediction Thread on: January 22, 2022, 11:36:20 PM
My Picks for UFC 270 and I can not wait to watch Cyril Gane VS Francis Ngannou in action, highlighted in green are my picks

Francis Ngannou VS Cyril Gane

Just like I have said, Francis Ngannou has no doubt got the power to knock out Ciryl Gane, maybe a 1 punch from him could definitely get him this win, but Cyril Gane has the speed and technique to counter Ngannou, in fact, there are sparring video that is floating on the internet showing that Gane has the capability of overcoming Ngannou but yes, Francis Ngannou can defend himself from those videos that he looks kind of weak and those videos were just a sparring match, well he is sure right about that, it is not that serious but if you look at that fight even though you can not see the full potential of Francis Ngannou and Ciryl Gane, you can sure see a small glimpse of what may happen inside the octagon, Ciryl Gane is rotating and finding Ngannou's spot, and giving him that straight punch that is connecting to the face, we all see that Ciryl Gane is more dominant from that videos, but not all is proven when it comes to a real fight, and Francis Ngannou is saying that he is a change man from those sparring videos, but so does Ciryl Gane,

Brandon Moreno VS Deiveson Figueiredo

From their first match, it was a draw, but I really think that Brandon Moreno won that fight, and if it isn't for that eye poke from Figueiredo that takedown should have gotten Deiveson Figueiredo defeated, well that is what I think, and from their 2nd fight, Brandon Moreno really is a badass when it comes in submitting Deiveson Figueiredo, that was one astonishing fight so my pick will be Brandon Moreno,

Cody Stamann VS Said Nurmagomedov

I really like Said Nurmagomedov to win this, and Cody Stamann once is not kind of a striking guy, he sure wants to punch and submit his opponent or take them to the ground, but I really think that Said Nurmagomedov was a better wrestler than Stamann but Said Nurmagomedov is really good at striking and is quick in his kicks and has a good takedown defense that is why Stamann would surely have a difficult time when fighting Nurmagomedov,

Kay Hansen VS Jasmine Jasudavicius

from Dana White's contender series Jasmine Jasudavicius 32 years old will debut against a 22 years old Kay Hansen and I think yeah older fighter has taken on a younger one and what may happen inside the octagon, I don't know why but I am really not fond of Jasmine Jasudavicius when it comes to striking, and with Kay Hansen, she has a boxing career back but has a record of 5 fights 1 win 4 losses so I think she could be dominant and familiar with boxing and a more versatile fighter than Jasmine Jasudavicius, so I will go to the beautiful and younger Kay Hansen.

Getting odds I'm definately taking Francis Ngannou.  Dude is a straight beast and can see this being a quick fight.  Looking for a 1st round ko and a quick fight.  The longer this one goes the more the scale tilts the other way.  Gonna be a good fight either way!

Hey guys, who ended up winning your fantasy football league?  Looking forward to next year already!

DireWolfM14.

I'm going with Bengals, Packers, Rams, Bills, yeah Brady is probably going to screw up this bet but that's fine, no risk - no reward.

I was definitely bullish on titans s at -3.5 but the bengles look like they came out to play tonight.  If titans lose tannehill instantly is on the hot seat.  They are a win now team with that squad and tannehill might be hiding them back.  Maybe they try to go in and get russ next year?
3256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 21, 2022, 09:11:59 PM
Indiana Pacers have been on a really great run in the recent times. They played two really tough away games consecutively and managed to win both of them. First, they defeated Lakers and last night they managed to defeat Warriors by 121-117. Curry played really superbly this time and did everything he could to carry his team to a victory. He got 39 points but still couldn't help for a win. Because the rest of the players were too ineffective. Thompson is still recovering now.

If they played that game 100 times in a row golden state would win 90 times.  They made a mistake leaving holiday open for the 3.  1 defensive rotation missed cost them the game.  A lot of things went right for Pacers.

Hey guys, I'm just curious what are you guys buying during this dip?  because I have added more Near to my bag and with some  eth,Aurora and Bnb, so what are you guys buying maybe I can consider adding it to my bag cause I still have a few usdt left...

I would like hear your feedbacks. Smiley

Shorting is the route to go.  This isn't the bottom we just got into this bear market.  Alts get wrecked in bear markets so will wait for signs that things have settled down for a month or 2 and then pile back in.  Paper fortunes are about to be lost "diamond handing".
3259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 NBA Season on: January 21, 2022, 12:31:53 AM
It might happen though, I read from articles that Vogel is being treated on a game to game basis. So against the Jazz, he got lucky and escape with a win.

But not against a tough team in the Pacers, heck they even had a good lead but was not able to sustain it because Pacers are hitting their outside shots. So maybe another lost by them will mean that Vogel's stint as a Lakers coach is over.
Either they need to have a good trade, or they just need to fire Vogel. I know that he won them a championship and that is why he had some credit but after last season being so bad and this season going so bad, I do not think that he should be kept forever.

Yes, he won a championship, does that mean he should stay here for 30+ years? Obviously if he keeps going eventually he would be fired, isn't this enough time to realize he is not enough? I am not even joking, Lebron as a Player/Coach would be better. He is already calling his own shots, and I do not think that he would be worse than most of the coaches in the NBA, would be very difficult to handle both at the same time but if anyone can, then he can.

Firing Vogel literally does nothing since all these guys are old vets anyway.  They compiled one of the leagues oldest team, and that never works.  What they need is a trade or let some of the younger ayers play.  And they need AD back.  Vogel is basically a puppet Bron is running the show when he is on the court anyway.
3260  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: January 21, 2022, 12:29:44 AM
Cavs had a good start but man they missed one too many shots mid way in the second quarter and the Bulls were able to hold on until the end.

Going with the Knicks @1.58 as my next pick, they did well in their last match against the Timberwolves despite the little amount of rest and even though Knicks' record at home isn't pretty (3-2), the Pelicans is in a much worse position on the road losing their last five games.

I also like the Suns pick as the Mavericks are on a back to back but it's tough to go against them when they're like 8-2 in their last ten home games.
possibility?

I kinda like the Knicks tonight too but going with the Suns.  Brandon ingram scares me as the Knicks don't have anyone who can defend him.  He is like giannis when the Knicks face the Bucks.  Long can stretch the court and can drive the paint too.  They need to contain ingram with crafty doubles tonight.
