3241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons for newbies loss in bitcoin on: July 21, 2021, 10:10:17 AM
Just a few days ago when the BTC's value began to fall, news of panic selling broke out with new entrants in crypto investing.  The beginners are just hype because of the highest it has reached this year and they thought it would continue and also because of the rumors of others.  Maybe some take profit because of the length of time they have been waiting, others have no real reason but to sell because of the bad news that caused it to go down and thought it would go down, even more,  that has already happened.

Those people tell  that they  are  all in with bitcoins are now freaking out to see it crashing yesterday and  its really awful for weak hands to decide to sell since they are losing money for dropping  decisions towards that events. Now  the market showing  that if we have a patience can recover our figures lose if we didn't dump immediately  so this is a  lesson for newbies to wait and hold and putting a quick decision on your  trades sometimes not really  helps us.
3242  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Exchange won't release bitcoins unless I verify identity. Advice appreciated. on: July 20, 2021, 01:49:28 PM
Hey mods, if I'm posting at the wrong place, please move this to the right section. Thanks.

Anyway, I deposited about $1000 worth of bitcoins on Paxful when ID verification wasn't required, but now Paxful won't let me withdraw unless I go through ID verification. Because I don't want to hand over my ID, my bitcoins are stuck.

I've spoken to a lawyer who suggested I get a lawyer in New York (where Paxful is based) if I really want to take it to small-claims court, and I want to hold off on suing for now because people here might have easier solutions. If anyone has any ideas, please help me out. Thanks.

Maybe there's something triggers them to ask about where your fund came from that's why they want to verify you as the owner of that account so maybe the least thing you can do now is to follow what are thing they require to  you since if  they insist to give your money even if you already submitted the documents they ask then maybe its time  to sue them on court if you have an idea about their location and how to pursue this action.
3243  Economy / Economics / Re: Will the popularity of cryptocurrency continue? on: July 20, 2021, 11:25:35 AM
I think that it will probably continue because not a lot of people still know about it so I think that there's more to the current popularity of cryptocurrency, and that's why it's a good time right now to invest in it even little by little because we never know what happens next and the potential is just to promising to ignore.

It will became more popular since we can really see that cryptocurrencies are well notice now by mainstream media's so expect that it will  reach  to the knowledge of the person who really don't know anything about it and in terms of possible earning money it will create more curiosity that's why we see the number of newbies are increasing month by month or maybe  we can say daily. And eventhough the market is down these days for sure many will climb up unto this since this is the perfect time to buy crypto and to begin with.
3244  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Devalued coin scam attempt, newbies please be aware! on: July 18, 2021, 09:19:58 PM
Bumping this thread with an update.
Seems scammers still continue their activities about buying devalued coins. Mostly they are targeting Telegram crypto-related groups. 2 days back I have received another PM from scammers, I don't have enough time to play with him. So I just ignore and report it. So guys just be careful from this scammer.

This is seems obvious scams but I don't really entertain any message came from unknown person especially if he's offering something which I think quite questionable.

But the one I encounter recently is the buyer and seller modus.

The other one pmed me to sell his token which is not listed on exchange and sell it for cheap then the other one pmed me stating that he want to buy at higher price and I know this kind of tactic before so I pressumed that this is scam so newbies should really need to be careful on different type of scams happening in this space.
3245  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China might really be out of Bitcoin and the cryptospace on: July 18, 2021, 05:20:21 PM
China banned bitcoin miners but I'm surprised my friends in China are still holding bitcoin and until now they are still investing in other coins like ETH coin, so I asked if this issue was intentionally created as some kind of Chinese drama banning bitcoin and when did the price drop they bought large amount of bitcoins try to imagine if that really happened,

For knowing that it really tells that they are just using this fud to create any confusion regarding on a big country like china for not supportinv bitcoin and I really believe that they will not out on the bitcoin scene since I know their government consider also the new technology made by crypto industry. Maybe for now they have this rule running but I believe that this will not take long as many of their citizens will not follow them and continue to buy bitcoins together with altcoin the same with your friend.
3246  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is the biggest investment opportunity in the future on: July 18, 2021, 01:11:28 PM
It is true that in the last 3 years crytocurrencies have become a great investment capable of making many people rich in a short time, but we must also say that there were hundreds of people who lost money because of many projects, the scammers managed to deceive and steal many people. there were many altcoin creators who created meaningless projects and others who created good projects but as soon as they had a lot of money began to slowly abandon many projects. by that i mean that while cryptcurrencies are good investment for the future they are also dangerous and can make people lose money
The number that lost money is not just hundreds of people, it can be thousands and tens of thousands because I know each scam project has a strong point of information and promotion channels, a lot of people have been convinced by these lies and invested a lot of money in projects, the loss is hard to estimate up to this point. The labeling of future crypto millionaires has generally harmed many people, there should at least be some warning or danger labels to help new users notice this opportunity.

Most if that scammers are targetting newbies they always give a higher returns so that they will be convince to invest more or invite people to invest the same as them, there are so many warning regarding on those scams but unfortunately they just ignore and always ignore the risk and try to earn profits on those scams. If only they know how to research provably they will be saved from those scams.
3247  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: list your dice site let me try it out on: July 18, 2021, 11:19:06 AM
Looking at your trust rating, I think sites would rather you didn't play with them. Seems you try to open an accusation wherever you play.

That seems to be happen if he found a new dice site to troll up so maybe helping him to find out new or even old which he didn't discovered yet is not a good idea since he will just spam his craziness once he lose his money there. Maybe this is part of revenge when he lose his money so maybe its good to let him seek what he want since helping him is like tolerating his deeds here so better ignore this kind of person and newbie gamblers should always find the feedback of OP as invalid since his reputation says that he doesn't have any credibility here.
3248  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is the biggest investment opportunity in the future on: July 17, 2021, 12:17:23 PM
Biggest opportunity??
A life changing investment??
The currency of the future?

Say all the good things about it already Smiley. As for me, I'm just happy that I involved myself into this revolution of the future. I'm just glad that I learned cryptocurrency way back in 2017. I'm not good in technical aspects of it but at least I know the basics. I see crypto as a life changer for me because it really changed my life and my way of thinking in life. From 8-5 employee back in 2017 to a freelance where I can work whenever I want to. Investing in crypto is for me the best decision that I've made in my whole life.
I also got to know crypto in 2017 but paused in 2018 due to my offline work
I honestly regret not continuing to invest in crypto as long as I focus on working offline

now I will not leave crypto anymore because this is an investment of the future
if anyone says that crypto won't last long then that person is a living idiot

Don't be regretful on the missing chances last 2017 but  make it a fuel to  see that there's a  good opportunity will come since there are so many bull  run will happen with bitcoin so its  good to do some good action while the market is on bad shape. Although the price now is little bit expensive but I'm positive that we can  see more pumps which projected to reach at $100k. Its a good opportunity for us to buy now and hold for future then sell when it reach at the target price.
3249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Nigerian government changing the state of lotteries on: July 17, 2021, 10:29:16 AM
I think lottery isn't a substantial source of income and doesn't have the ripple effect. I think deregulation of offline/tourism based gambling (and promotion) will have more significant impact on the community because of the job creation and stuff. There's no point of sucking money from its own citizens since they will be poorer, so the effort should be to bring rich people to play in luxury casino resorts.

Actually that's what I think also since they can only get low revenue to gambling compare to the other things so maybe this thinking to make their citizen as milking cow by politicians somehow not quite accurate, Maybe there are some especially the government agencies who handle the gamble regulation but I think these is not so rampant on gambling scene in their country. There are so many things that they can select to corrupt  so maybe to earn huge on this they should really make those reach guys convince to gamble and earn with them but I don't think rich people on their  country will bother to gamble a huge part of their wealth just to have fun on lotteries  or any  other type of gambling.
3250  Economy / Securities / Re: Get $100 Sign Up Bonus and $20 Referral Bonus from MultiBaggerFund.com on: July 16, 2021, 01:15:11 PM
really looks suspicious, I would not risk it, but this is just my opinion

Good thing you know how high the risk of what OP's offering here and its really  better to read the feedbacks given by the other forum users since there claims are so relevant towards what OP telling on his post.

Also I don't think this kind of schemes will really work here by now since many scam techniques has been expose already so I'm so sure that almost all of us aware if the offer is legitimate or scam.

So its really good not to spend any amount here nor to any similar like this since the ending of this story is always scamming so kindly don't let yourself get caught by their sweet words.
3251  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why people get merited without op being merit? on: July 16, 2021, 11:33:51 AM
OP don't hope that whenever you create a topic automatically many people will give you a merit since this kind of things will always depends on what is the content of your post, if people will find it helpful and relevant thread then user may put some merit to give gratitude on your post. But if you didn't get any merit maybe its a good basis for you to create more valuable contents. Also don't get surprise that who comment on your thread get merited since they provably give a on point opinion regarding to the topic you discuss here.
3252  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: July 16, 2021, 10:23:11 AM
To let people know, the amount Robbet donated was $208,000. That's quite huge amount for a gambling site to donate to animal environment. I don't think there were other gambling sites did like Roobet did, as kangaroo is their main icon.
That is indeed an insanely high amount for a casino, I also wouldn't know of any case where a crypto casino has ever donated anywhere near that much.

I am personally very pleased, in my opinion such actions are very worthy of support and always like to donate myself. But this also shows that Roobet is a healthy business, otherwise they would not make donations at all.
Its just normal to think that they wont really be donating money that big if they arent really make that big revenue which its really an understandable act but well

i do really appreciate or really give out some good impressions on gambling sites that do really consider on charitable works and heck that 200k usd isnt something that you can really see

On other hand Roobet can able to coop up what they donated since they will also noticed by many people for donating that money and attention can give traffic so its still  a win-win for Roobet for doing good deed  to animal community. Also I appreciate the gesture they did since maybe if other finds out about this act made by them for sure they will follow and that will be a big thing for animal shelters since every donations can really help them to maximize their operations.
3253  Economy / Economics / Re: Can cryptocurrencies replace fiat currencies on: July 15, 2021, 01:47:06 PM
With some of the shortcomings that Bitcoin has, it seems impossible to replace fiat right now. Moreover, with Bitcoin transaction fees which are
quite high, it cannot be used to buy cheap goods. The most ideal for now is Bitcoin as a payment alternative, so fiat and Bitcoin can go together.
Some countries do plan to create their own cryptocurrencies or create digital currencies, there is a possibility that it can replace fiat.

The experienced bitcoiners hardly ever talk about Bitcoin replacing fiat.  For Bitcoin to become widely acceptable, it doesn't need to replace fiat. I am sure that fiat currency and cryptocurrency can exist together in a mutually beneficial manner. The adoption of Bitcoin by PayPal is one of the best examples. Bitcoin has advantages and disadvantages compared to the fiat. Advantage is that it is protected against inflation and it is more suitable for large-sized transactions. But at the same time, it is not suitable for small, instant payments. So we need both the options available in the payments sector.

Well there is still assumptions towards this idea if this scenario will came but actually it has possibilities but the chances is so thin since fiat is already establish and if some other things threat to replace it then maybe they will go first for so many challenges and we know how strong the fiat since there are so many laws surrounds it. But who knows if fiat will collapsed in future most provably bitcoin will be the closest option since for sure this will became more establish in future and government will easily see that.
3254  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future money! on: July 15, 2021, 12:29:11 PM
We had been already having enough the issues of centralized currency. Banks made abuses of their clients which is a complete difference when using bitcoin as decentralized currency. Whether they like it or not people will always chose what's best for them and that bitcoin is worth it to try.
Most times when we discuss bitcoin as future money, we always do so in biase. To put the facts straight. Bitcoin is presently a currency or money.
Secondly, can we stop envisaging a scenario where BTC will eliminate fiat or fiat eliminates BTC. These two are not in any war. They can co-exist, they can complement each other, we may have need of them in different times.
If Dollar existence does not threaten Euro or pounds, BTC existence should also not threaten Euro or Pounds, nor any other altcoins.
We don't pray for monopoly, it's no man's friend.
yes it is true what you say. Stop arguing that bitcoin is a substitute for money because in reality they are not competing. They have their own values and needs. They can continue to grow side by side without eliminating any of them. So why do we have to worry about being the winner among them.

I also really hope that Bitcoin and fiat can co-exist, because they are really needed, so I agree that they are not competing. Actually, the thought
emerged that Bitcoin would replace fiat, it was just the government's fear of not being able to control Bitcoin. Even though Bitcoin was created
from the start not to replace fiat, but as an alternative to fiat. So there really is no competition between fiat and Bitcoin.

I really believe that this will happen since bitcoin already evolve so much thru the years so expect that financial institution will slowly see its potential so its  really not surprising to see this co-existence or collaboration towards the two what we can call giants in economical aspects. But for now just expect that this is a long journey for bitcoin to be notice as a good currency by government since bitcoin still have bad impression towards them and maybe its  hard for them to trust this while the volatility is so fast moving.
3255  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: have you ever play or won from a crypto exchange lottery? on: July 15, 2021, 08:13:29 AM
That's 37 CAKE = 548$.

Try to see the winning criteria of PancakeSwap Lottery, I don't really like "Lottery" is purely hoping on luck so the chance not really good. More prefer to do a regular gamble.

Regular gambling will require luck as well but indeed we can pick any changes that suit us while with lottery it'll have a very very low chance to win it. It's like playing at 1m multiplier on dice or boom game. I rarely participate on lottery things as well and prefer to play regular gambling like dice. I can pick any win of chances with dice. Started with the lower ones and if got lucky will continue it with the higher multipliers.

Low chances to win is one of the main reason why I rarely bet on lottery since for me its like wasting your money for something impossible to come, although its quite fun sometimes to wait for the results but I can't really take long to bet in this category. Also I also rarely play dice since its boring game for me and most of the time I prefer card games or other type of  skill based game or sportsbook since its more exciting in my own view. Although its good to see people winning on lottery but I think the chance that it will  happen to us is extremely rare.
3256  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: No late commer in cryptocurrency on: July 14, 2021, 12:36:41 PM
I often see people complain bitterly about the opportunity they missed years ago. Infact, I am one of the people. But, it just occurred to me that there is no late commer in the world of Cryptocurrencies. More coins are introduced everyday. There are numbers of low coins you can buy and hold now, your inability to do it now may also result to regret in 5years time.

The major challenge is information, now you are informed, it's your morning, you are not late. If you think some coins are so expensive, buy the inexpensive ones. No one knows the pregnancy that carries a king.
Thanks!

They really regret the  miss opportunities of crypto way back before but the question is would they really  invest on crypto way back before if they know it exist  and doesn't have anything proven yet? For sure no since they will think that this is scam and ignore the opportunities of what crypto could offer to them. But since crypto is well know right now its no late or early with this  since I believe we have different timelines of entry so  for now lets should stake according to our believes if we want to experience on what gain they accumulated for early adopters  since its still early for crypto and there's so many adoption will happen on it.
3257  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: July 14, 2021, 11:08:02 AM
I don't think Roobet will create a script to automatically select their very own winner and cheat those people who join at their event. Also Roobet will not destroy their reputation for something like this incidents.
Isn't that obvious? Why would they want to sabotage their reputation in this manner? Anyone saying otherwise are probably Roobet haters or members from competitive sites.

We know how big Roobet is and its not surprising to see that there are competitors spread fud about certain situation. Maybe they are successful before for detroying some casinos reputation but for now since people are open minded and also see how good this casino in terks of giving a good promotion and experience to their gamblers then those kind of fuds will not really work here.
3258  Economy / Economics / Re: The first rule of investing is saving on: July 13, 2021, 12:06:58 PM
- you invest so that your money works for you. Even if you cannot drop your job, you can still live a bit better with extra income.
- Investing is sacrificing something today to get something tomorrow. This is just a definition. You save x today because you want 2x tomorrow or in year or whenever.
- The first step to invest is saving part of your income. No savings, no future.
- If you have credits unpaid (other than mortgages or other asset backed credits), you pay those first because they charge you a lot.
Sure, there is no way that you can start investing when you don’t even have savings. So people who say that are absolutely right for saying. Before you start investing you need to have enough savings in your account, and from there you can take out money and start your investing.

Next, before you talk about investing with your savings, it would be really important that you have cleared out your debts just like the op has said. That’s totally right, because if you don’t pay your debt, you’re just going to have them sucking up every profit you make later on.

Sometimes we don't need to have savings before we start since there are several people who invest on their  ideas and borrowed money just to make their ideas became a profitable source of income unto them and once profit already generated they can start saving and maybe they can use that on making their business grow or try your luck on another platform.

Also I agree clearing our debts is a must and we must prioritized that once we earn since if we skip to pay that for sure the interest will grow and that's not ideal to us since this  will take some part of our savings or capital.
3259  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk and Jack Dorsey agree to talk about bitcoin at an event in July on: July 13, 2021, 10:33:31 AM
I don’t know why Jack invited him. Elon has shown that he doesn’t care and he’s just going to take the opportunity to troll and be insufferable.

People should be talking more about NFT DeFi games. I'd rather get busy grinding to get SLP on AXIE. And start playing $ANRX

Better not to take the shit of Elon musk anymore he is proven the biggest troll on cryptocurrency industry and doesn't really support it on good cause so people should stop look after what he talks since for sure he only want to manipulate the minds of the people for his personal gains that's why we should ignore and don't listen to his fuds. I'd also choose to farm SLP than listening to this kind of news where Elon is highlighted since I don't think he will do good on another time around.
3260  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How could we help improve the bounty hunters with zero merit? on: July 11, 2021, 01:08:59 PM
~
You don't need to, OP.
The thing is you are still a newbie and you are already talking about the bounty hunting in this forum which is not the primary focus of the forum. You'll be perceived by others as someone who is using an alt, bounty hunting only in this platform, or newbie that is merit-fishing.

The essence of how forum should be use is now slowly gone since new comers always think about how they can earn on the bounty immediately, Maybe its best for them to stop to look on the bounty side since its frustrating   to see that they cannot join because of their rank but they should focus first to contribute on the topic and to learn more things on crypto since everything including bounty campaign joining will just follow after that. Better for now to do more research since this will really help those newbies to be a good contributor and then possibly they can rank up with that.
