I wonder how they will provide a risk score for movies with crews from developing countries. I personally don't know much about movie industries in developing countries, I hope Cryptoflix team does.
Movie industries in developing countries are also very big, I think almost every country has local movies/tv series. The difference is only about the popularity, but actualy even local movies can be popular in some neighboring countries. About risk score, I think it will depend on the investors themselves (I mean research skill) and cryptoflix team only have to make sure that the film maker team is legal and real. About the risk score they will evaluate a film project regarding cast, director, producer, genre, etc. With that I think they'll offer the investors a bit more than just the information if a film maker is real but a quite good basis for a investment decision. i think that before investing in a film, even locally, cryptoflix should give potential investors all the information necessary to decide whether to invest or not, for example director, producer, cast, genre and if that kind of films is in demand in the country of production, filmography of the director etc... |

It is still plenty of time before the main sale start. Btw, what is the result of the private placement? How much money they collected during such event? Theyve raised $800,000 USD on the private placement, it has been mentioned many times on the previous pages. 800000 Usd is a good number for start, thinking that they raised this in the bear market, but sadly, lack of communication from dev team is still existing. Hopefully they'll show some attention to here. Maybe the team is super busy right now, I guess we should try to contact them thru other communication channels such as telegram and emails to address our concerns. Taking into account the market situation back then I think that wasn't a bad amount. No, not bad at all, I agree. They gonna have more stages of ICO with significant times in between them, so I believe they will be able to raise enough for project development. i think this is a winning strategy ico in several stages spaced out in time between them, i think that in this way they will receive enough investments to be able to complete the project... |

Is there any news update with regards to platform development, I'm sure the community wants to know the development progress at the moment.
The last information was about Beta in progress and the inclusion of educational content on the platform, unfortunately we felt the lack of a Community Manager at this time, but inactivity is justified by the high demand in other channels and the development and improvement of its platform Token sale starts very soon, so in addition to platform development they probably have a lot of work to get stuff ready before the token sale. I guess the way how their demo-platform is looking right now, already gives a good idea how the final Cryptoflix platform will look like. So I wouldn't expect any news on the platform development before the ICO. As far as I know , there is only pay per view / watch option. They've never said that they will provide a subscription option. Didn't they say that the educational content is for free? Afaik, users only have to pay for movies and serious on a pay per view basis. That is also my understanding that educational content will be free of charge and other contents such as movies and videos do vod model. i had also understood this way the educational contents and the documentaries distributed free of charge and the movies and the TV series pay on demand without subscription... |

The private sale is almost here, last time we got some updates they had collected something like 800k $, i wonder if they managed to raise some more in the meantime.
Maybe the devs have forgotten that they have an ICO running soon? No activity here is not so nice  I'd like to see more activity here as well, but I think they are working hard to make an MVP before the sale. ICO is approaching very fast, hope they will raise they marketing and activity. Yeah but for the case that they can't manage to inform their community they could just hire an community manager and let him talk with the community. Of course this is just working if they would give feedback to this community manager from time to time  As i said earlier there is already a community manager, but is just on telegram, it would just be matter for him of coming here and function as a bridge. Oh, really? I didn't know that. I'm not that active on telegram, checking mostly bitcointalk. Then why doesn't they use him to answer our questions here as well? Weird. I dont linke telegram for provideing information. Too less overview about past posts. Here in BCT it is much better. I guess they are very busy right now with project matters, but it would be ideal if the team could spend some time to answer some of the community's inquiries. Imho.  ICO project mostly will depend on the trust that the community gives to the project. If a project failed to give update, it could give a bad impact. The main part of EHF-team has Russian surnames, I would venture to suggest that many of them do not speak English well, perhaps this is one of the reasons of low activity. that's not really an excuse. they could hire somebody to post on the thread. not hard to do. indeed if they are too busy with the realization of the project they should hire someone to keep the community up-to-date with the latest news here on the forum... |

ultimately if you start providing a services good enough at the right price you will make all the effort and risks coming from pirating content completely not worth I wonder what prices will be for the services on the platform? And I wonder if prices will rise over time? al momento non conviene cambiare bitcoin in fiat tramite exchange di nessun tipo,puoi provare con delle soluzioni alternative tipo carte che si ricaricano con bitcoin(serve comunque kyc),tramite localbitcoins suggerisco scambi di persona/a mano oppure il sogno proibito gli atm anonimi al 100% non in Italia ovviamente,a parte la speculazione/trading ricordiamoci il motivo primario per cui e stato creato il bitcoin bypassare/escludere le banche ed evitare il controllo dei governi...

i wonder if also some of this educational content could be actually funded, i mean i remember watching math demonstration on youtube it was quite useful, no reason for people producing this kind of material to get funded
In most cases it will not be necessary to fund the educational movies, but sometimes it makes perfect sense. For example, a film about biology or nature might be filmed, which requires traveling to other countries, renting a flight or diving. I don't really think it will work with educational content or documentaries. Such movies are usually created to spread awareness about some problem or to attract attention. There are special funds and agencies for this, sometimes even governmental. I think that would be a good add to their video library, The more diversity the better. But I do not see it as determinant. iI also think so the educational movies would be a nice extra to enrich the offer but are not essential, i think the various countries subsidize the creation of these documentaries to show the beauty of nature in their land or to highlight some problems... |

There are regulary updates, the only thing which they are neglecting is the ANN-thread, the pictures are missing since weeks now and the solution was posted many times here, so it could be fixed within less minutes. they really shouldn't be ignoring this thread. the ann thread is how most projects start and get the initial notoriety. That's true. The pictures should have been back online for a while now. It is a bad first impressions. I have seen many teams ignoring the value of this forum and regretting about it later. Bitcointalk forum is not just a place to have announcements, crypto enthusiasts world it is and more people come here everyday. They should seriously consider a moderator or a community manager, Looks like alot of team staff in their webpage, but it seems like they do not participate in this forum. in fact they are not very active on this forum, they should give it more importance, however the good news is there, the white list has been launched and we are approaching to the pre-ico, the bonuses are very inviting... |
