3241  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why should you own at least one Bitcoin? on: August 07, 2021, 04:55:24 PM
It doesn't really matter if you hold one bitcoin or not because as long as you are holding bitcoin, you are holding it's proportionate value.
It's not absolutely necessary to hold one whole bitcoin. Many people including myself don't have that kind of money to invest in bitcoin.
But we still are holding as much as we can accumulate and that itself makes us the part of the bitcoin community.
So we are good as long as we accumulate as much as we can.
3242  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: some people uneducate about Bitcoins on: August 07, 2021, 04:16:01 PM
Negativity is quite common with bitcoin. There are far too many reasons for speaking ill about bitcoin.
The first and foremost reason being that it cannot be controlled by the government. This makes a large population under government control to speak ill about bitcoin.
Then comes the banks which hate bitcoin and so many banks don't support their views on bitcoin.
Then comes the general public among which are some who think bitcoin is scam, illegal money, ponzi scheme, only used for buying illegal products, used for illicit activities.
So basically, these are the educated people who think negative about bitcoin instead of doing research on it and getting to know what it is all about.
3243  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Need beginner guide in gambling. on: August 07, 2021, 03:57:06 PM
You should put in mind that that's the risk of gambling. There's no assurance that you could always win and there's no specific technique or strategy to win over it. The best thing that you should do is to control and discipline yourself. Just allocate enough funds and just gamble what you could afford to lose so you wouldn't have regrets in the future.
yeah but he is asking for at least make him win more than his usual luck , because he seems to be a gambler for years yet not contented in the outcome of his gambling activities.
gambling is the riskiest place to earn but this is also one of the highest giver of wins if luck.
to OP just push your luck and limit yourself from losing , put enough budget each time and if that losses stand up and go home , try your luck next time.

I think no gambler ever would be contented with their results because most gamblers are greedy. Their greed is what drives them to losses.
Gambling surely is risky but at the same time it is easy money for those who win. Pushing the luck will just give you more losses if it isn't your day.
I would rather advice to keep a fixed budget and spend that in frequent intervals and monitor the profits and wins.
3244  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Weekly/monthly financial statements, which do you prefer? on: August 07, 2021, 03:46:03 PM

Definitely yes. Not everyone has the same thinking. While some do keep a track of their deposits, withdrawals, wins and loss the others just play for fun and don't keep a track of their amount.
But it would definitely be a good idea if a gambling website is showing you the daily, weekly and monthly win/loss bets/amount.
It would give the users a better understanding of their money and help them keep a track of it.

Some of us used not to track their expenses let say even if it is not in gambling or for some kind of stuff they spend but for me in my case I used to track down my daily expenses even if it comes to investment or gambling I used to take down note all of this because I am one of a forgetful type of person so I need some thing to remind me and audit my own expenses, investment and entertainments by the end of the month. Aside from this also it is the simplest way to remind you that maybe you are already overspending this month or this particular time so it would send you a hint to minimize some of your spending stuff things in life.

That's right. Keeping a track of your income and expenses gives you a detailed info on how much you are spending on particular things.
You can note the amounts and then gradually allocate a certain budget for each category which will help you manage your expenses well.
Money management is a skill that everyone should develop. Once you master, you can utilize your income to the fullest while getting maximum benefits out of it.
3245  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Introduce Bitcoin in one sentence on: August 06, 2021, 03:55:03 PM
I have listed a few one line sentences for bitcoin. If someone would ask me, I would say any of the below.

For technical people:

Bitcoin is decentralized peer to peer payment method.

For non-technical people:

Bitcoin is freedom.

Bitcoin is being your own bank.

Bitcoin is decentralized trust.

Bitcoin is better than gold.

Bitcoin is revolution.
3246  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Weekly/monthly financial statements, which do you prefer? on: August 06, 2021, 03:33:46 PM
When you spend money constantly in bits, it is normal that you may not be able to keep track of the amount you have spent on something say gambling or alcohol. If a financial record or something like a register is shown to you having the total amount you've spent on a habit, you may be surprised the total amount you see.

As a way to keep track, would you like to receive regular, maybe weekly or monthly financial statements highlighting wins and losses from a gambling site?

Can you share your thoughts please?

Definitely yes. Not everyone has the same thinking. While some do keep a track of their deposits, withdrawals, wins and loss the others just play for fun and don't keep a track of their amount.
But it would definitely be a good idea if a gambling website is showing you the daily, weekly and monthly win/loss bets/amount.
It would give the users a better understanding of their money and help them keep a track of it.
3247  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Canelo Alvarez vs Dmitry Bivol on: August 06, 2021, 03:27:06 PM
Yeah, just throw everything at Canelo's way because he is still in his prime and on a destruction path whether MW or LHW. Bivol is good, legitimate LHW and power in both hands. But I do think that Alvarez is going to be too smart for him. Canelo has a good chin and has a good defense, so I don't know how Bivol is going to touch Alvarez. So regardless of catchweight, Canelo by either TKO or UD.

Even I think the same. Canelo might have less weight than Bivol but he still has better defense than Bivol according to me.
Bivol is a good player in himseld but I think Canelo is smarter and can execute his punches better than Bivol.
It will be a good fight to watch as the competition is tough. We can't really predict so easily who is gonna win the match.
3248  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Be careful of low marketcap coins on: August 06, 2021, 02:38:22 PM
It's quite obvious that low marketcap coins are too risky. Many coins are getting created every week and trying to rise in price but end up getting dumped soon.
Most of the times these low marketcap coins are just created by rookie developers with low initial capital.
They think the coin will pump and they will make money but they don't understand that only when the coin will have enough liquidity then people will think to invest in it.
Some even create new projects just to scam users. So this is why it's in our best choice to invest in potential currencies from top 20 coins.
3249  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What motivates you to start investing in cryptocurrency? on: August 06, 2021, 01:32:48 PM
My motivation to invest in cryptocurrencies is cryptocurrency's ability to not not depend on any central authority for making a transaction complete.
The peer to peer payment mechanism will definitely create a revolution in the traditional financial system and this is why it is a must to get hold of some of these coins.
I believe in crypto and the fact that some of these potential coins will become too much valuable in the future and it would be a good idea to accumulate as much as I can.
I have shortlisted a few coins and trying to increase the number of coins in my portfolio every month.
3250  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is margin trading good for beginners ? on: August 05, 2021, 04:45:26 PM
Hello Everyone.

I want to know your opinion on margin trading is it good for beginners or not? is there any high chance of losing the money?

That would be a straight NO from me.

I have been doing margin trading lately. I have tried to play it safe and I am not a beginner at trading.
I can do technical analysis to some extent and get an idea on the market speculation but still I have lost a good chunk of money in margin trading.
The thing to worry here is the word 'beginner'. If you were experienced you could have tried it out but since you are new to this I would recommend you not to go ahead.
Try to win at least around 20 trades with your strategy in spot trading before thinking to trade on margin.
Once you get good at trading only then consider thinking about margin trading.
3251  Economy / Gambling / Re: BC.Game-🔴🔴🔴BET RED IN CRASH!🔴🔴🔴 Find More Unique Games! on: August 05, 2021, 04:40:56 PM

I have been looking also at the medals but while 2 or 3 seem quite easily to reach, it seems very difficult to reach 5 medals or higher and to win a prize. Anybody on this forum has already been able to catch a prize based on this Medals system?
They are quite difficult to achieve, but its still affordable to reach 5 medals for average players I guess. So far I already got 3 medals, maybe next month I would get my 4th medal Roll Eyes

I agree on that. They are indeed quite difficult to achieve. I had spotted out 3 of them which were still achievable if we gambled regularly but the others were just out of the league.
It would take good amount of time, skills and money to achieve those medals. Unfortunately I was unable to get any medals yet.
I am on my way to achieve 2 medals soon though.
3252  Economy / Gambling / Re: KonradFun 8) | 50% First Deposit Bonus on: August 05, 2021, 04:29:25 PM
You're welcome.

The absence of OP is more worrying than the automatic translation that our browsers asking us. Just as what has been said by Pmalek, it's better if you don't deposit on this casino until there's the presence of OP and answer every questions that has been thrown to them.

Well, being absent after posting their announcement thread isn't good for their business.

people should know better by know. with this behaviour, they should be very careful sending any funds as the likelihood of getting back is low, if in case you win. even if they have attractive promos or contests, you need to secure your funds. for now, maybe try using their site using their free FUN coins.  if the OP will show himself again and decide to take care of his community, then, maybe you can deposit your funds, but don't go big.
I don't even think that it's the other FUN token that has a value and they've just made it so that there's a quite incentive for those customers that might go into their casino.

Well, let's just end it here. Until op comes back with good answers to those questions, just don't deposit any amount or deposit with caution.

It's definitely not the real FUN tokens which are being used on freebitco.in . Since the website name is KonradFun I think they might be speaking of their own FUN tokens.
I personally think it's just another rookie developer trying to build some beginner casino. I don't see much efforts from their side which a passionate casino team would have put in to promote their casino.

Abuse from users fact does not reduce their responsibility to continue to process withdrawals from users who claim them.
From abusers point of view you mean LOL. But for how long should they continue according to you? 5 years? 10 years? more?
How much does it cost? Fun token price is going down week after week since its launch, so I don't think unclaimed giveaway cryptos from an old former faucet should be a priority.

It is indeed better to close a service if it is not providing enough returns for a long time to continue running the service. I think closing freedogeco.in was a good choice.
About the FUN token, I recently heard that it rallied 33% upwards and so I think it has a good chance of wider adoption in near future.

Quote
They could at least take a cut on remaining unclaimed balances every month for the custody costs.

Oh well I wouldn't be very sure of that because taking a cut from their customers without any notice would give a bad impression.
But yeah if they do keep announce that rule on their site then may be yeah that could turn out beneficial to them.
3254  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial freedom and success comes from knowledge on: August 04, 2021, 04:15:49 PM
If the world is suffering, I wouldn't drive a Rolce Royce drinking juice or JD or relax at the beach. Instead I would use the money earned to help out people who are in need of it.
Yes you’re right, I wouldn’t do the same either, but people are not the same. There are people who would do that lol, there are people who don’t care whether others are suffering or not, but I wouldn’t really blame. When you try to talk to such people that what they are doing is wrong, the question you will get is whether you helped them make the money or whether you contributed to their success.

So that’s just it, and it’s true, you didn’t help them make the money, they worked hard for it and some are lucky about it and didn’t have to work for it because they came from a rich family. But whatever the case may be, the truth is that the money is theirs and they can spend it whatever way they want.
Indeed. I will also do that because helping people is what I really want if I have enough money, but as what you've said, people have differences, they are not the same. Maybe we need knowledge to succeed and to have financial freedom

Yeah I agree that people do have their own differences in life. Everyone has priorities but what's the use of the money if we cant put it to good use.
Entertainment is great and everybody deserves it but I just don't feel it right when I see someone else is suffering in front of me while I enjoy the luxurious ride.

Quote
but I tell you, if you only have knowledge without doing something or working hard on it, you will never have it. Use your knowledge with an action, work hard on it because knowledge is not enough when your not doing something to succeed.

That's very true. Action speaks louder than words. While having the right knowledge is a must, executing the work only happens if we are capable of acting on it.
We have to get to work to make things happen otherwise we are as good as nothing.

Man, I'm curious about this massive news: https://www.newsbtc.com/press-releases/fun-token-is-revolutionizing-igaming-heres-how-you-can-get-involved/
So technically freebitco.in will own DPLAY, a new decentralized casino? Shocked
Is it real? Could the team confirm about this news, please?

If this news is real, FreeBitco.in will be another big casino that has a second casino after the first successful one. In the forum, there are a few twin gambling sites: Bitvest and 777coin, Sportsbet.io and Bitcasino.io, Primedice and Stake.

In the future, will we see DPLAY and Freebitco.in?

The article is an official press release so it is obviously real. One of the recent newsletter talked about being able to use your balance on FreeBitco.in to play at the new casino. Even though they are separate entities they are closely related and having the name recognition of FreeBitco.in should help elevate the profile of these new projects.

That seems like something new on freebitco.in. Good to see it progress as it has been in the community for a good amount of time.
Since you are saying it is an official announcement I think there will be some new notification on the freebitco.in website about DPLAY soon.
The FUN tokens' recent rally of 33% is another attraction for gamblers. FUN token has been at a low price for quite a while and seeing it pump this way is an eye catcher.
I think FUN token along with DPLAY will give freebitco.in a wide range of new users on it's website as well. What do you think ?
3256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Compound Interest on: August 03, 2021, 05:19:25 PM
Compound interest is one good thing that everybody needs to know and invest in assets which yield good compound interest.
Finding an asset which can yield good compound interest is the tough job in this category.

Bitcoin on the other hand is directly an investment option (apart from the payment method obviously).
Bitcoin provides a direct return to investment. It grows in the long run and provide returns on the capital.

One is an investment while the other is an interest method and so both of them cannot be compared to each other.

3257  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The more popular Bitcoin is, the more valuable it is? on: August 03, 2021, 05:02:18 PM
That might be right in one way because the more number of people know about bitcoin the more popular it is.
Since more number of people are aware of bitcoin, it slowly gains traction and it's usage gets increased.
It creates a buzz and many people start buying bitcoin. This is how the price goes up increasing bitcoin's price.

I personally think many people buy bitcoin so that they can hold it as a store of value which is why we can see the long term holders still holding to their bitcoin.
Some people have even planned to hold bitcoin for the next 10 - 20 years. Even holding for long term increases bitcoin price because the circulating supply decreases hence increasing the price.
3258  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It feel good to see Bitcoin going well on: August 02, 2021, 01:27:27 PM
Some month ago so many people would think Bitcoin will crash , many felt as if  the price will even fall more than it use to be. People were even scared to trade  because they were not sure of the market, but they never knew when it was low that was even the best time to trade . I'm glad to see where the price of Bitcoin have reached presentky, it will be an advantage and good experience to those who took the risk of going into trading and it will also give some others knowledge that fall of Bitcoin is not permanent , definitely it will come up. With this experience have showed that Bitcoin is here to stay, do not panic, trade and make earning

This was quite expected because there was a really strong support at $28k - $30k level.
Bitcoin price would have fallen sharply if it had dumped below $28k but since the support was good we bounced back.
Even when the price pumped to $42k  there was a possibility of a minor correction that we are facing now so that we could bounce back harder.
Bitcoin would probably break $42k ad rise till $45k this time as per my analysis.
3259  Economy / Economics / Re: Financial freedom and success comes from knowledge on: August 02, 2021, 12:21:17 PM

Still sounds like boring right ?
How does that sounds whem everybody is suffering you drive your nice rolce royce drinking some nice jack daniels relaxing at the beach...isnt that cool ?sure you want good thimgs but before that you have to go over a lot boring things

If the world is suffering, I wouldn't drive a Rolce Royce drinking juice or JD or relax at the beach. Instead I would use the money earned to help out people who are in need of it.

But yeah, what you said about the fundamentals of money is true. Everyone should learn the fundamentals because that is what will help us during such times.
We should know how money works so that we can make that money work for us. But this requires time and effort which we need to put in right now.
Those who stay lazy will stay poor throughout while the rest get rich.
3260  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not just a currency, but represents a new human civilization on: August 02, 2021, 05:24:28 AM
Now that was a good post I have read in quite a while. I like your idea of bit civilization because I had belief in it myself that bitcoin has revolutionized the tech and finance industry.
It has started a revolution and will probably give a strong competition to the tradition financial system.

For me bitcoin is more than a payment method or an investment option. For me it is way thousands of people connect to form an open community.
Bitcoin has  provided earning opportunity to many and has changed many people's lives for good.
It has given a sense of financial freedom to a lot of people and I am myself walking towards that path and believe in bitcoin for what it is.
