In USA, (by SEC rules) forbitten only ICO, which have dividents for investors. All other are allowed. Paypie dont have any dividents, so any problem here with USA residents (I think so)  Even if they ban. Anyone can participate in an ICO using VPN. No big deal until and unless ICO holder itself wants to forbid US citizens from investing. that's what I've been telling people. you can't ban anyone in the age of the internet and especially with crypto. Yes but it's for little investors. A big investor just can't use vpn to invest. Beside that not all vpn services is fully secure. |

Why you chose Napoleon name for your ico ?  Napoleon is a very brave and successful leader in his time, maybe that spirit is what NaPoleonX wants to bring in this era. Intelligent selection of names. I think that is because he was a French leader, who also was a good STRATEGIST, so he could win a lot of battles, the concept of the DAFs are a set of bots used in several STRATEGIES to earn money or WIN at trading, so it's kind of fitting really, at least is what I think is the reason they chose Napoleon, for the strategy part. I think more than that, it's first french coin and they wanted to have a name who has historical value to French people and has worldwide known. |

So regardless how little it is, in longterm if utrust gets mainstream that will make market run short of utrust tokens?
If anyone make a transection utrust will charge the merchant 1% fee which is way cheaper than pay pal or any other crypto payment platform. From that they will remove 20% (.2% of the total transection amount) fee to buy back the tokens from the token holders to burn it. They will burn about 50 million tokens every year which will eventually reduce the supply of the of the utrust tokens. Reduce in supply will result to the increase in token value. Which means who ever will be holding this tokens for a long term will get a huge profit from it. If it will burn 50 million tokens every year in 20 years there won't be any token to burn. Approximately is it maybe %5 of tokens of the total supply of that year? Like that first year 50.000.000 second year 47.500.000 third year 45.125.000. If that's the issue, it's very logical and really lucrative for investors. They mentioned the burning of 50 million tokens will be done until there are 100 million tokens left. Total token supply will be 1 billion to start with (if i'm not mistaken). So that is the second strong incentive i've seen to increase value for the token. First one is that transactions with the utrust token will have 0% fee (so creating demand for the token). So if the utrusts market cap stays the same, your token will be 10 times worth in 18 years. It's a nice push and a good way to protect investors. |

Yes bittrex hard to get. Every coin wants to get there but it's not that easy. But it would be on somewhere in short time. Somewhere like livecoin or so. |

Why don't you just take money from Agriculture department?
What are you talking about ? They have no link with any government. even if they did, cannabis is still illegal at the federal level. you can't just use gov'n funds. This depends on the country. Maybe Paragon can also help with speed up legalizing cannabis, every public attention will be helpful. ya many people need to rethink about canabis industry. all they had learned r canabis is illegal. If this project can change their mind. this will be a good future Comparing to alcohol and smoking cannabis is way less harmful and also has medicinal pros. But they are legal most of the countries which cannabis don't. The biggest reason of this is big tobacco and alcohol companies have too much lobbying power. Now well-funded and organised cannabis company Paragon may make a big difference. Alcohol can be beneficial as well. As far as I know you will be able to trade on almost any pair that you wish. Even in traditional stock and securities market or Forex. Any pair? Do you mean you will be able to trade EUR/ALT EUR/DOLLAR EUR/APPLE, etc ? We probably need this to be clarified by the dev. Having the ability to trade 'any pair' opens it to various degrees of instability except the bots have been optimized to be robust in which case it would be conservative in postions taking. Logical thought that they will work on exchanges so they can use every pair in there. I don't know what will they use, maybe they just go with the big ones or btc to fiat but if they want, they can use anything on the exchanges. |

Those are reserve tokens solely for the purpose to develop partnerships to build strong ecosystem and acquisitions. At PayPie our goal is to execute fast and, not only become a market leader but control that position just like Google does it today for the search market. Google gets almost 80% and next company gets only 5-6% of the market. We want to become like Google in our industry. That's a lot of words but I have to be honest, the words are quite vague. It's the first time I hear the concept of "partnership tokens". Google doesn't really help me explain it. Is it like giving out shares to another company in return for integration of PayPie with their platform? I would also like to hear an elaboration on the partner tokens. Can you give an example of how this would work? Or what you envision with these? Yes it's quite vague, you reserve tokens to third-party entities and they will be locked in those for future uses by these third-party entity? Most of the times, this kind of locked tokens put in escrow wallets and the owner can't access them before the designated date. I don't know are they doing like this but it's very good way to do. |

So far around 5,400 ETH raised and less than 2 days to go. I'm wondering if they are happy with this result and if they can go on as planned with further development, hiring artists + programmers, etc.
Of course we are excited, and we were motivated before this token sale to build this out, this is our passion to be able to work on things a lot of people can only dream about......the community awareness/support and various partnerships and relationships that we have made during this process is priceless...I can assure we will see this project grow and mature into something truly amazing. 5400 ETH is approx 1.5millon dollars. If am not mistake, oculus raised 2million dollars. So vibe is doing pretty well. this is great result, given how much at this time different current ICO budget in 1.5 mln $ it's big money, and of course VIBEHub will find worthy use of them, developing this technology That's why i was chuckling when other posters where asking if they were cool and worried because they haven't accrued a larger amount. It's crazy how much money is been thrown around in the crypto-space that 1.5 million is met with melancholy. Yes if you think that 1.5m$ is huge? Yes it is. But the thing is lots of shitty icos, with shitty projects getting millions of dollars, comparing with them vibehub should get much more funding. So the down part is based on this. But up part is 1.5m$ is really huge amount of money and really can help the product. |

I have been hearing utrust for sometime but never come and never come here to check what is it.

But they have Additional 55,000,000 PPP tokens to develop partnerships ...  I don't mind this because good partners are what will get this project of the ground. They are making a product for (large) businesses so they need partners. Yes, that's what Nick basically explained in telegram. Since there is only a limited amount of tokens, but Paypie needs partnerships with accountants, tax authorities, insurance providers, banks, credit card companies, etc. they need these tokens to incentivise them. And beside that, nowadays all icos are holding somewhere %50 of total tokens. Some for team, some for later purposes. It is a risk for early investors but investing icos are based on trust. You don't give some company money which you think they may dump all of their tokens. So i will invest them and thinking that they will use this tokens to make paypie bigger. |
