I'm tired of all this consolidation...

Speculation wise (no TA done) I've talked through with a friend on Saturday about the "crash". He said to me that he should have sold at 1200 and buy in low. This is NOT the way to do it. Predictions are either TA based OR hunch based. Hunch can be a good or bad advisor sometimes; I don't want to repeat myself; but once in a while I feel I MUST do it:

Read and repeat after me PLEASE:
I personally follow and post here the 5 rules of success for you:
1. Don't get emotional from other's people thoughts.
2. Not everyone here is a "nice person" you can trust.
3. IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, DON'T TRADE.
4. HOLD!!!
5. Until you desperately need the money follow rule #4.

Good Luck!

No offense intended, I do have the opinion we' re heading for another FAST ath rally before correcting again.

I don't think he gives a solitary fuck about any part of Bitcoin besides the price.

I don't think he gives a solitary fuck about ANYTHING besides himself... I don't like these type of guys like him. Angry

Another insight:

Above a certain volume, TA is absolutely worthless. Large holders can and do draw whatever pattern they want on the charts, sometimes to push the masses into buying or selling.

seems like someone doesn't like the CHOO CHOO

LOL nope. Let it rise...but it is funny to see some people try to pull the market with them when gox's cred is dead last.

BTW it is only 9:56 here in Europe, so all fresh money didn't hit exchanges yet, banks start working at 09:00 so I expect a rally these couple of days, whoever is selling trying to push the price down will definitely miss the CHOO CHOO Cheesy
ALL ABOOOAAARD'

Sold at 1200. Bought at 600. Doubled my bitcoins from 2 to 4. I wish I had more, but I'm not complaining.
A hero member has only 2 BTC? Interesting. Most likely you mean you have only 2 BTC in the exchange?

I spend my bitcoins. When I look at my history, I should have bought everything I could have last year, then just held onto it. But no one can predict the future, so I use it when it's needed, and sometimes the timing isn't perfect.
If that makes you feel better, I bought a used hoyt bow for 30BTC last year... Never felt better when it hit 1240 though. I even thought to stop shooting with it and lasermark it "40K$ Bow" (but I know BTC will worth more within a couple of years so I skipped it)... Grin

Funny, I feel exactly the same way.
I've raked enough to be playing with "found money" now and the emotion is almost completely gone.

The crash in April was gut wrenching to me...too much emotion.
This correction...meh.

I never got into the trading concept in both times and I'm just grabbing my popcorn. When you're risk free; you're alright. Wink
3280  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's Future Value, Weighted Scenario Analysis on: December 08, 2013, 02:42:40 PM
did you put a computer power (i.e Quantum physic's) being implemented in future to break even the SHA256 code? i think it's just a question of time to see real power's that realy affect BTC in his root's, bad news also included like the Chinese Gov. banning it from institutional bank, maybe even a worldwide hacker (group?) knowing a bug and stolen all the bitcoins...

I like the BTC concept to send and do payment's at high speed but it seam's BTC has a long range target mixed with computational power, witch is translated in "Loss"

There's always the possibility that the quantum computer is already there for mining purposes as well... Wink
