I deactivated my Facebook account a while ago now. Privacy concerns + it just got boring.

To me looks like that this watch is stolen, just saying...

He had receipt though.

This is my theory:

He has a drug problem, doesn't work, so needs BTC to feed his addiction.
Lives at home with wealthy parents, who are fed up him sponging off them for money.
Father has an old Rolex knocking about in bedside drawer that Dank calculates he won't notice if it goes missing. His father got a new one now anyway.
Dank cannot sell the watch at high street dealers. Too risky.
Sell here using BTC and it will be untraceable.
Also explains why he was able to obtain the receipt. Probably had a poke around when parents were out and found it.

Not sure why he doesn't want to sell now though. Maybe he's bottled out. He is all hot air after all.

Hey, sorry, my friend no longer wants to sell the watch for BTC as I don't need it for my rent.

Quote
My friends and I are pooling together our goods to invest in BTC, it's that simple.

Quote
Why would I spend 30 days of my life on a forum to scam someone over a watch?  Makes more sense that I would like to convert it's value to BTC so I can make a trip to Cali and organize this concert I live for.

Lies, lies and more lies. Obviously lies are encouraged in Dankland reality.

That's sad.  Sad

Not even cherry-picked from different threads made at different times.  All from the same thread and posted over just a couple of weeks.

Trouble is, he starts with a lie, then later on has to lie to cover up the previous lie. Which in turn causes him to lie even more.
Eventually there are some many lies on the go at once he can't keep track of them all.
Inevitably he messes up. The only thing he can do now is lie even more to cover the lies he messed up on!!!

Or, I guess he could just tell the truth. Problem is no-one can believe a word he says now. Oh, dear.

Hey, sorry, my friend no longer wants to sell the watch for BTC as I don't need it for my rent. He's giving it to his mom, I hope you understand.

Peace

I thought he wanted to sell watch so he could get to California? Not to pay rent. Also he refused to give us a reason why he wouldn't sell to dealer, and insisted he needed BTC. You can't pay rent in BTC.

Story doesn't add up on an epic level.

Lies, lies and more lies. What a waste of space. Seriously bad Karma brownie points heading Danks way now.

If someone instills fear in you, telling you to do something, you give them power by acting on behalf of their will.
Sounds very much why religion was invented. Instilling fear into people for control.

When you concur fear of death and understand it's a transformation of existence, not a ceaseation of existence, there really is nothing to fear.
Says who? There is no proof of this. It's just wishful thinking. Plain and simple.

People live in fear of judgement and punishment and consequently give up their capacity to choose things theirself.
And that's a bad thing? We get rid of law and order? Remove discipline? Ban rules?
Example: How am I suppose to discipline my 18 month old son without his fear of punishment? Such as taking his favourite toy away if he misbehaves.

We drive on the left here in UK roads. What if everyone chose to ignore the rules and just did what they pleased. Some drove on left, some on right. It just wouldn't work.

If you ask me, most problems in this world seem to stem from people thinking they can do what the hell they like.

Are we not equal?  How so?  You're a conscious being, I'm a conscious being, a flea's a conscious being, we're all equal.  Yes, we are at different stages of evolution, but how does one nonsubjectively judge the superiority of different parts of the same creation?  You can create an illusion of superiority in your reality, but everyone else will look at you the same, equal.
We wasn't talking about being equal in that sense. What we mean is there are always people that are more physically endowed than others, mentally endowed than others, financially endowed than others.
3267  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dank Dream 2012 on: December 10, 2012, 08:38:04 PM
All equal? Don't work like that Dank. Never has. Never will.
Grow up and deal with it.

Back to the fear thing. Fear in moderation is actually a good thing.
3268  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dank Dream 2012 on: December 10, 2012, 06:57:09 PM
It's up to you to live in fear or love. Fear is what gives the system power, love is what gives you power. The choice is yours.

Fear of what exactly?

Just like anything in life, I can't make you contribute, I can only explain how it's in your best interest to do so.

Remember. It's in your best interests to give Dank all your coins!!!

Got to hear this. Please continue.
3271  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin - one of the beasts mentioned in Bible? on: December 08, 2012, 04:20:51 AM
The Bible is a work of fiction.

The Bible is a fusion of many ancient texts, manuscripts and knowledge. Certainly not something one should dismiss easily. It's not
like I'm into religion, but if you wanna tell me those ancient books suck, I'll point at 99.9% other books, that suck even more, many
of which already failed test of time.

Just because it's old and has unknown author(s) doesn't make it any less fictional. It's still been written by man.
3272  Other / Off-topic / Re: Inside kills, outside heals on: December 08, 2012, 04:13:45 AM
As we've discovered, an illegally run concert.

It may be interest free, but how do you intend to pay back the principal? This imaginary concert is free to attend.

I got a strong suspicion your just going to blow the money on drugs, to feed your own addiction. What a scam. And a poor one at that.  Sad
3273  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dank Dream 2012 on: December 05, 2012, 10:17:55 PM
So what happens to the music festival if you don't get to California in the next 2 weeks, dank?  I hope you've got a Plan B.

He doesn't even have a Plan A.
3274  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dank Dream 2012 on: December 05, 2012, 09:27:00 PM
Your bizarre fantasies are unsettling.

Well that's rich.

3275  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dank Dream 2012 on: December 05, 2012, 12:12:42 PM
Dank will say that they don't need first aid, they only need love and that the arm that will be cut off and the bullet that will be shot is a false reality.

As I doubt Danks thought of providing security, there's certainly going to be a vast mountain of human corpses at the end. Glad I won't be around to clear up. Shootings, stabbings, drug overdoses,  people crushed, dehydration, people dead from boredom. Most unpleasant.

Be like a scene from the black death. So many bodies, they' will probably have to be burnt. A huge bonfire. Dank can dance around it like a wild Injun tripping. Maybe roast a marshmallow or two on long sticks.
3276  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dank Dream 2012 on: December 05, 2012, 11:55:04 AM
So we've concluded this is going to be an uninsured illegal festival. Have you Dank sorted out all the health & safety issues yet? You know first aid tents, etc...

Or has health & safety been swept under the carpet as well? Hey, might as well not bother with toilets either.
3277  Other / Off-topic / Re: Inside kills, outside heals on: December 05, 2012, 07:52:05 AM
Even then, why do you need anything?  All you need is in your soul.

Then your soul should be able to get you to the West Coast.  Why are you such a special snowflake that you can't get yourself from one side of the country to the other without money when young people have been getting themselves around the US, Europe, Asia and Australia without money for decades?  You could have already been to the West Coast and back by now if you actually got off your ass occasionally.

Dank, have you considered using your soul as collateral to obtain a secured loan?
That's what I've been doing with Dank Bank.  Looking for investors.

Is it interest free or not? You changed the title, but not the OP.
Yes

So what would be the incentive to loan you money? The lender takes all the risk, but gets nothing back. And don't reply with something dumb like 'lend for love'.

Basically your asking (begging) for donations, yet you refuse to get a job because your bone idle.

I think I'm going to vomit.
3278  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dank Dream 2012 on: December 05, 2012, 05:25:41 AM
Otherwise, why are you creating nonexistent realities?  Fear mongering?

You just made me spill my coffee reading that.
3279  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dank Dream 2012 on: December 04, 2012, 10:50:29 PM
So you've never bothered with car insurance then. The law should pay by your reasoning. LOL Cheesy
No, it shouldn't exist.  Since when can someone write a bunch of rules to life and impose them violently over millions of people?
America is a free country, I will act freely, in coordinance with the constitution, by expressing my first amendment right to peacefully assemble this music festival.

So you don't believe that 3rd party innocent people deserve to be protected against any damage that may result from your use of a vehicle? Surely it’s not fair that the people who are not at fault foot the bill because you have no insurance?

Your comment has annoyed me. You are extremely young, foolish and naive. Sad
3280  Other / Off-topic / Re: Dank Dream 2012 on: December 04, 2012, 10:26:14 PM
Of course, you'll need insurance to cover yourself as well remember. Could be pricey.

Oh wait, just wheel out the old 'Danksurance'. Should cover every eventuality.
No.  Insurance exists based solely on fear of something bad happening, with a false pretense that insurance will actually do anything to correct that incident.  Nothing bad will happen, faith is the only insurance I need.

The law says different. (I know your god and that, but you are most defiantly not above the law.)
The law = control.  If they want the music festival insured, they should do it their self.

So you've never bothered with car insurance then. The law should pay by your reasoning. LOL Cheesy
