I think the reason it feels that way with Barcelona is maybe because they have suffered series of injuries recently and are yet to recover fully from it, they also had some financial issues aswell from last season so they couldn't get enough funds to get extra players but then the squad isn't in a very bad shape, with a good tactics Barcelona can and will always get something out of their current team.

Real Madrid on the other hand has also been doing really great this season both in the UCl and la Liga, they aswell have some good and young talents who are doing so well, so far this two team seem to have good performance enough to bring attention to them, having won several games separately and shown good performance separately, we would want to see how they would perform again themselves just like the case of Arsenal and Manchester city in the premier league, I think that urge to see how well they will both perform against themselves since they are both seen as the two giant of the league, is what fuels the excitement for El clasico.

Liverpool may be in a group they looks easy but then I don't think it's very easy just the way you referred to it because europa league is a league where teams who were able to finish tops in their domestic leagues meet so it will be unfair to see any team as not been strong enough because they had to win all others in their local league to get to the league of relatively good teams , they may have varying team dept but they are not weak because I'm their domestic league they are champions.

This is an Europa thread and Liverpool isn't in champions league so I think it's an oversight from your end check your post again. Anyways Liverpool is definitely going to stay tops of their group by their recent performance, but I think when they pas this stage and happen to meet stronger teams such as Leverkusen and others in the Europa, they will have their strength in the Europa tested.

Just before the game started we were in so much anticipation of what the possible out come would be. Some persons even concluded Tottenham would win because they have recent history of good performance and some also said it's going to be an easy game for Tottenham because it looked like palace was a weak team when compared but then I always saw the home advantage as an edge for palace.

So far it seem like Tottenham is having a hard time although they are two goals ahead and also have a good possession of the ball, they are not really finding it was as we would taught earlier before the match started, all through the first half of the game, the spurs were unable to secure a goal not until the second half now they have been able to secure two goal, going by the results so far the spurs will be going home with three points.

I agree with you, going by all indications Girona still remains a better side compared to CELTA Vigo, although  celta isn't a bad side at all, they can't aswell be seen as a weak team but they are definitely not better when compared to Girona but then I think they can only give Girona hard time on the pitch considering how they performed last time against Barcelona , it shows they are not to be underestimated.

Aside Girona winning CELTA Vigo, the only possible thing that can happen other wise has to be a draw. But then Girona is at home and have lost only once to Real Madrid at home this season, so I don't think they will allow a second loss at home from CELTA vigo, maybe Barcelona would be seen as considerable but with CELTA I don't think a loss for Girona is possible at home if it were to be away we could probably give consideration to it because it's football and anything can happen.

Juventus has got an opportunity tomorrow to secure three points and see themselves move up the the table especially if inter happens to loose or draw, Juventus get a chance to top the table if they win Verona. Juventus has not been up with very spectacular performances this season, nevertheless I don't expect them to throw away this opportunity to be at the top by winning veron in tomorrow's game.

Verona isn't a very strong team but an average team and should be enough to give Juventus a hard time wining, although Verona with just few points away from relegation would want to put up strong resistance at Juventus to see if they could possibly steal a point from them so they can move further away from relegation but then I still think this is Juventus best chance to go up again and Juventus have the home advantage so they should have almost no excuses not to get the complete three points.

Clermont is currently too weak a team to beat Nice, Struggling at the bottom of the table with hopes to leave the relegation zone before the league ends is a good level of weakness already exhibited, because they have played nine game already this season and they are able to get just five points keeping them just two points from the last position on the table, definitely they have had a really poor start this season.

Nice currently at the second position with good performance this season is a better side, Nice also have a better squad and dept as compared to Clermont so I almost don't see a chance for Clermont but then just like football will come with it's suprises at times, it's very much possible Clermont fights to get a draw as they will be playing from home, that advantage is all they have gat in this game.

For every Bayern Munich fans this is definitely good news because they have anticipated it for sometime now but then I think he may not be very outstanding in his first game due to the injury but will definitely improve as he continues to feature in subsequent games. The importance of a good keeper can not be overly emphasized especially with a world class keeper as Neuer, the success of his team has some dependence on him.

His absence for a while has some effects on the team and I hope to see that changes now that he is back, I hope Munich will begin to dominate the bundesliga once again and climb back to the top as they now have a complete team. But then I think it's important Munich consider getting another keep who can be assisting never especially in his absence, this is because he is now injury prone and at the same time ageing so soon his performance will drop, de gea would be a better substitute but then I hope Munich gets to put that to consideration.

Leverkusen so far is performing awesomely in the Europa , they have won all three game played so far in the Europa this season, they are currently at the top of their group same applies to Liverpool and I think this two teams are sure to make it pass the group stage in the Europa, I don't think if Sevilla eventually crash out of the champions league they would be a problem to Leverkusen and Liverpool in the Europa.

Sevilla would not be a problem to these two team as they currently have their focus well enough on the Europa and are using this opportunity to gather enough points such that they most likely would be far ahead by the time Sevilla would want to coming in with such for. Moreover klop has not been able to win the Europa with Liverpool so he aswell will be working so hard this season as it may be his opportunity to achieve this with Liverpool.

Milan have a slim chance to qualify considering that they are in a very tough and competitive group I don't think any of these team will at this time be willing to loose enough to give Milan a qualifying chance except by luck and neither Newcastle or Dortmund will be giving room to such mistake that will aid Milan an opportunity to qualify for the next round of the UCL,

PSG is already six points ahead keeping them at the top leading the group followed by Dortmund who has four points already, so it's between Newcastle and Milan been the most likely to crash out at the group stage because I'm very optimistic Dortmund been in their current form will definitely win their next match against Milan which will solidify their second position in the group and make their qualifying chances even higher but with Milan and Newcastle I see them drawing in their next meeting in the UCL. Although Dortmund and Milan share equal points at the moment, their goal difference keeps them apart, let wait for day for and see what happens next.

It's true Tottenham has really appeared exceptional this season with all their performance so far, they have just one loss in their records since this season and they have remained unbeaten at home aswell, the only time they lost was a game they played away against fullham, and here is another away game against crystal palace which I don't want to underestimate regardless of their relative poor form.

My fear for Tottenham has been how well they will perform when they eventually meet Manchester city, I'm aware they defeated Liverpool and drew Arsenal but Manchester city has been one of the toughest in the premier league, meeting them will means you putting in much efforts as seen with Arsenal even in their best of form and home advantage they managed to secure just a goal that got them a win, the question now is will Tottenham be able to secure a win against Manchester city when they meet? I think this will have to be a test to their consistency and strength.

Sadly Felix who has had some brilliant performance recently for Barcelona was injured over the week in their last champions league game, I don't really know if it was bad enough to keep him away from Playing for awhile. Over the week there were speculations and rumors that lewandoski was going to play in the El clasico after which he will leave for further treatment but then I don't know for sure how true that information is.

Barcelona is really trying even with all the challenges they are been faced with, they still try to get wins and contend brilliantly against elite teams in the UCL and la Liga, the El clasico is drawing near by the day and it happens to be one of the most anticipated in the la Liga currently, I will be hoping to see how well both team will perform on the pitch, I will be avoiding making predictions on the possible out come so I can enjoy the game without a biased mind.

Genoa has won just two matches since the beginning of this season in the serie A, salerintana hasn't won a single game since this season in the serie A aswell, I consider both teams not strong enough and salerintana has to be the weaker side, they have a really poor track record this season and they may be at risk of relegation if they stay consistent with this performance they have so far.

Genoa is just two points away from the relegation zone as well so for them to step away further from the danger area I think this match will stand as a priority game for them, not only that it's an opportunity for them to secure another three points and get ahead because they look stronger and have got the home advantage aswell, if they win, they will be displacing sassuolo at the thirteenth position, this is their best bet as salerintana isn't a best challenge for them but a draw will be to the advantage of salerintana anyways.

This is very true as the bundesliga has taken an irregular style of competition this season, the usual was Bayern Munich always been at the top while the rest contend to be at second or amongst top five, but this season has really been different and this has brought more fun to the league as the competition is relative high at the moment, most surprising and interesting has to be the performance of Stuttgart.

How Stuttgart managed to get to the top of the table leaving Munich behind is really surprising because if we should compare their performance last season, such will not be expected of them and not to forget Leverkusen, I must say the coming of Xabi has to be the best thing that happened to them this season and now Munich has to wake up to the fact that it's not business as usual els they may loose the title this season to another team in the Bundesliga.

Although lens is gradually showing some level of improvement in their recent performance, they still need some good moves ahead because they have just a point different with Metz who is in the relegation zone, so it's more likely they are a point away from relegation, they only have some goal difference to their advantage, if they loose this game against Nantes, they will be at risk of falling back so they need at least a draw.

If Nantes draw, depending on how many goals they get they will either be at the fifth or sixth position because they currently have fourteen points and a draw means an extra points which Makes them have fifteen points same as breast currently so they will have goal difference to determine who stays at the fifth position but a win for Nantes takes them well above by seventeen points.

Liverpool so far has not lost a single game in the Europa this season and that's a really commendable results so far, although they have played just three games so far in the Europa,  they actually happened to be the strongest team in group E, they are definitely making it to the tops of the group, in the Europa group E, I think it will be fair enough to say Liverpool has got the best attacking force.

Liverpool is definitely one of the biggest contenders for the Europa this season and they are standing a better chance when compared to other teams in group E and the whole league currently but going further if they drop form at any point they can be sure to be overtaken by Leverkusen who is aswell in good form both in the bundesliga which happens to be very competitive now and the Europa aswell. Liverpool may not really stand a very good chance at the premier league, because currently the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham and Manchester city are at their best form and performing so well it doesn't seem they are slowing down anytime soon.

Manchester city happens to be the favorite of their team as when placed side by side with others in the same group, they appear to be better and stronger maybe, young boys and Leipzig are good teams in their local league and are not doing to bad but they lack champions league experience over Manchester city, cit have a better level of experience than they do meanwhile crvena have the least of experience amongst them all.

Manchester city is definitely getting a spot beyond the group stage in the UCL as I personally consider them Lucky at group stage to have teams who will stress them less, the struggle for a second position will be between Leipzig and young boys, but Leipzig have a better chance because they already have two points while Young boys have a point. Crvena is most likely to crash out and hope to qualify next season.

The only loss and two draws the spurs had this season in the premier league were both away games, and palace is known to be a hard nut to crack at home so it's very possible the spurs may draw or have a very hard time winning and if they succeed in snatching three points from palace tonight, I don't expect more than two goal because palace is really going to be tough and wouldn't allow themselves concede so much at home.

Personally the spurs are my favourite for tonight and even the bookies are putting them as same definitely because of their performance so far and how well they seem to be informed, I don't really think the squad dept of the spurs if far better than that of palace but they seem to have an edge over palace, let's hope palace play well enough since they are the home team but it's most likely the spurs will get three points tonight.

I agree with you, in the last two games played by Ac Milan, they have faced teams with good squad, teams that shouldn't be considered weak at all and so their performance against this team alone shouldn't be used to see them as been disappointing so far, it's really not an encouraging results so far from AC Milan not been able to get a goal yet in the UCL but they happened to be in a group with relatively good teams so it's not going to be really easy.

PSG isn't a small team at all both in their domestic league and the UCL, they have so much experience with the UCL, they have participated in the UCL several times and can't be undermined, moreover they were at home and AC Milan played from away so you shouldn't expect that PSG would loose easily or concede a goal at home in the UCL, if AC Milan fails to qualify further in the UCL they can fall back to their local league where they are doing well too.

Tottenham Hotspur has been really exceptional, wining seven games so far in the premier league and loosing just one with two draws is such a result that would get anyone making them their favorite as against struggling crystal palace who had suffered some good number of losses with just three wins this season, they somehow appear weak when compared to the spurs

Crystal palace last weekend suffered a loss against Newcastle, it was really bad enough forroy hodgson to have mentioned how awful the performance was, I doubt if palace will survive to keep up their trend as you did mention meeting Tottenham, the swift attacking style of son will be another advantage the spurs will be having over palace but they have the home advantage, let's hope they use it well enough.

Nice will be facing Clermont I'm their home tomorrow but I don't think Clermont have a chance over Nice in this game, Nice is at the second position on the table with 19 point, while Clermont has just five points at the seventeenth position on the table struggling with relegation, they have poor performance this season and I think they will be more focused with exiting relegation.

Beating Lyon 2-1 was the first win Clermont recorded this season after which they have not won Any of their games this season, it's been draw and losses so this has made me feel they wouldn't be able to get a win at home this time because they have encountered teams weaker than Nice and still lost to such team, and they have unmatching team strength and dept. I hope Clermont focusses on getting out of relegation.
