It seems that Chelsea will have to focus on the league cup and other related lower cups in England but for the English premier League, it is becoming obvious that Chelsea might make the top 4 again this year. My interest is no about Chelsea improving theoretically, the problems is how many matches have they won. In the England, if you don't win matches you will not be feared and one of the factors that make teams win matches is their ability to humiliate other teams. If your team has lost that fear, the can be played by anyone as ordinary team and that is the worse than could happen to anyone.

I think Chelsea is focusing more of their energy on the premier league compared to the league cup because they want to reach a better level by the end of the competition. I think Pochettino was targeting a top 4 position in his first season with Chelsea and they have been able to improve their performance in their last few games. Currently chelsea is in 10th place in the standings and they are 8 points adrift of Liverpool in 4th place.

I think they have to work extra hard in the next match so they don't lose any more points. In this week's match, Chelsea will face Brentford, where they might be able to maximize their chances of getting 3 points in order to improve their ranking in the standings table. And in November Chelsea will face quite tough opponents such as Tottenham, Manchester City, Newcastle United and Brighton.

Whatever improvement we are claiming that Chelsea has attained isn't realistic. If there is an improvement, the results should say about it and as well as Chelsea's position in the table should also be able to say it. We cannot just because Arsenal was unable to win Chelsea and begin to praise Chelsea as they have improved. I am a fan of Chelsea, but I must say that we haven't improved to an appreciable and reasonable level.
Come to think of this, Chelsea is supposed to be a top contender of the English premier League title because they are not playing midweek Europe competitions. They have good time to train and have less matches to play which prevents fatigue and finally even a lil squad depth is ok for glory.

I am a Chelsea fan, Chelsea in the last 4 matches played quite well, they have not been defeated, they only drew with Arsenal, tomorrow Chelsea will be Brentford and Chelsea are the hosts, I am sure if Brentford uses a 4-3-3 formation then Pochettino will too using the same formation (4-3-3), currently Chelsea is in 10th position in the EPL standings, they must win in order to move up to 9th place.

Its been quite a period Chelsea finished to 4 in the premier league race. Last seasons I think they came out 12th. But with the way they are playing now I believe Chelsea will do better this season. The team spirit is high now and it is totally different from the way they played at the start of the season. Scoring an early goal at the start of the first half against Arsenal made their fans feel happy. Because it has been a long time since they were able to score a goal during the first half. Chelsea against Brentford I am hoping to see a wonderful performance from both teams. Pochettino should strive to win so that he can claim the 3 point and move up in the league table. At least Chelsea should be able to play the next Champions league if they continue with their performance.

Chelsea always have problems when we expect too much from them I mean in a match that is easy to predict when Chelsea plays at home they should be able to win but in the end they lose or draw so there is no need to expect too much from them in this match.

That's one of the things I don't like about them because sometimes they will be playing very well and even winning most of there though matches but the little team you will feel they will easily win with many goals, at last they will end up losing the match.

Because most of my bet was lost because of them, actually I'm not disputing the fact that Chelsea has a good performance but the truth is that when you feel they are very inform are going to win that's when they will lose the match against small club.

That is why it will take this new coach many seasons before Chelsea will stand strong to dominate in  premier league and other competitions because, their players never still understand each other very well like the way other strong teams like Liverpool and Manchester city are used to each other to perform well. Based on what Chelsea performed to draw game with Liverpool 2:2 , and also draw game with mighty Arsenal 2:2 that are among the strongest teams in this season show that with time Chelsea will lead one of the season to lift the trophy.

Entering top 4 has become the main target by chelsea this season despite the fact its performance is still unstable but i think that chelsea is starting to show consistent performance. Chelsea needs to keep this positive trend if the club was willing to be on the top 4 at the end of season.
Chelsea has its all focus in the match against brentford. It's caused by chelsea has no competitison that was really consuming its energy. Pochettino's target was entering the UCL this season. Some injured players have been back again inthe training sesssion like nkuku and broja.

You know Chelsea has spent a lot of money in the last 2 seasons so I'm sure the Chelsea owner will definitely set targets for the coach and the team at least European league tickets are their lowest target and we know it won't be easy because there are 3 strong teams fighting over it Newcastle, Manvhester United and Astin Villa. Chelsea remaining eight points left behind Liverpool as latest standings teams for UEFA Champion League spot, current well performed from Chelsea its not guarantee easily to raise top fourth standings position behind Chelsea have match left with top standings teams such as Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur. Tottenham is well known for their inconsistency in last couple of seasons and I am impressed by their consistency during this one.The game of tonight it will be a big test for them although I think based on their recent form it should be no surprise if they win this game.Crystal Palace is a good team but unfortunately they seem to lose every time they play against stronger teams,I have to go back in time quite a length to see when they were able to beat one big team and chances are tonight they will lose too.Of course for Tottenham it won't be easy but most likely they will get the three points with a bit of suffering here.

Crystal Palace is the underdog in their upcoming match against Tottenham, even though they've occasionally given top teams a run for their money. However, Tottenham is currently in peak form. A closely contested game could be seen as a tactical experiment by Ange. With confidence, Tottenham is expected to secure all three points in this away fixture.

The Manchester derby also seems unlikely to offer an exciting match, given Man United's highly erratic performance. The continued dominance of Man City is on the horizon. For the 10th matchweek, I'm hoping for a surprise from Brighton as they aim to overwhelm Fulham. as long as Spurs still have Son Heung-min in attack everything will be fine because this player is quite good at finding gaps every match to score and against Crystal Palace it is very easy for Spurs because at the moment the strong trend that Spurs are experiencing is still provide a guarantee of victory in several upcoming matches before competing against Man City in the coming weeks.

In this match, Spurs will be highly favored even though they are playing away from home and even though I am not a Spurs fan, I still support and bet on this team.

Tottenham Hotspur has been really exceptional, wining seven games so far in the premier league and loosing just one with two draws is such a result that would get anyone making them their favorite as against struggling crystal palace who had suffered some good number of losses with just three wins this season, they somehow appear weak when compared to the spurs

Crystal palace last weekend suffered a loss against Newcastle, it was really bad enough forroy hodgson to have mentioned how awful the performance was, I doubt if palace will survive to keep up their trend as you did mention meeting Tottenham, the swift attacking style of son will be another advantage the spurs will be having over palace but they have the home advantage, let's hope they use it well enough.

Spurs fans on social media are getting very loud and very confident. They are starting to annoy me so I am fully supporting Crystal Palace tonight.

They are not a great team Palace but at home they are tough to beat, their home crowd is really passionate, they create a great atmosphere, you could say intimidating especially on night kick offs.
