3261  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH still going higher as our anticipatiion on: December 25, 2020, 11:37:57 AM

Bitcoin is kinda bullish right now, which lead rest of coins going higher, since alt session yet not start. We may experience more dip in the upcoming days every time Bitcoin experience downtrend. If BTC rally continues ETH could test resistance another time and could hit $700 as I believe ETH will approach it's all-time-high.

Bitcoin has been bullish this month, and we are not seeing some signs of correction yet so the rocket will continue to go up.
ETH will rise as bitcoin is rising, I'm not sure but I think bitcoin already at a new ATH now as it's closing to $25k soon.

Wow, this is amazing, I didn't expect to be this kind of bullish, and this is one of the reason why altcoins are just having a little growth due to people's attention is on bitcoin.
3262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How high do you see Ethereum going this market cycle? on: December 25, 2020, 10:55:33 AM
Assuming this market cycle comes to a close at the end of 2021, how high do you see Ethereum going? $100k seems to be the main target for Bitcoin, but what about Ethereum?

$4000? $5000? Higher?

Depend on how succeed ethereum 2.0 is. We are all know that ethereum has a problem with gas fees and they need to fix it ASAP. If they can successfully migrating eth to eth 2.0 ( pos ) and fix the gas fees maybe ethereum will reach another ATH but not $4k. Maybe arrounf $3k or something.

Ethereum was just hype by the rise of bitcoin for now, but we haven't seen it rise significantly, so we will see in the next few years what would be the effect of ETH 2.0. it's a long process IMO, people would not jump right away, but I would say that ETH is a great investment in the altcoins market.

price prediction, I think ETH can reach $10,000 if all their improvement or development will be successful.
3263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP is DEAD?! Ripple XRP DUMPING?! Buy the dip? Price Prediction! on: December 25, 2020, 09:25:08 AM
The news is really, it has a long term effect on the price of Ripple and we don't know if it Ripple will survive on this.
Buying the dip is a bad idea, there's no FUD here, it's the reality so people should be smart to stay away from XRP and just focus on bitcoin and other altcoins.
3264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are we all fools on believing the word "HOLD"? on: December 25, 2020, 09:07:34 AM
if we would have a look at the current prices of bitcoin we unterstand that HOLD prooved to be the right strategy. I'm sure that many holders won't sell their BTC even at these prices. so keep calm and carry on holding.

Yep. HODL is very useful advice, but I believe it only applies to Bitcoin and is not always suitable for Altcoins

Many retail investors cannot stand BTC fluctuations and are afraid when the price drops nearly 50% and eventually sell their assets.
Their choose to stop halfway by taking the risk of losing and losing the opportunity to reap profits when it has skyrocketed again like now.

I don't think so, bitcoin is just one coin, yes it's profitable but if we look around we will also see some altcoins that are profitable, especially the major altcoins. Though we can say that altcoins are more risky to hold than bitcoin, but if we are a real investors who knows how to take and manage risk, I think we will be profitable and we have to be realistic at the same time as profit does not come to every coin we hold, somehow we might also lose some of our holdings but knowing how to diversify our assets would certainly help us.
3265  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Could Hit $1 This Year on: December 25, 2020, 08:18:39 AM
If CES took on Ripple, then the question should already be raised here, How will such actions be reflected in the entire cryptocurrency market.

You mean SEC.... I don't know how much it will affect the entire cryptocurrency market but definitely the effect will be huge since XRP belongs to the top 10 coins in the market, but that doesn't mean it's negative because investors might invest on other coins particularly in Bitcoin and ETH, so the money will still stay in the market.
They can switch up anytime in decentralized market and we know on how centralized XRP is and when these government bodies do have some spare time to make some mess then they can
actually do it without any problems. The dream of making XRP to hit $1 would really just remain a dream. hahaha. Sorry for those XRP holders who had really have some high hopes for this project.
This is the result when dealing up with centralized coins which can really be facing up some problems if government will try to make problems.
Government will do their job, the team should already know what that the government are looking at them, so they have to ensure they don't make a problem. Actually it's not the government who are making the problem, it's the Ripple team because the government are just implementing the law.
3266  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Floyd Mayweather vs. Logan Paul - February 20 on: December 24, 2020, 11:38:10 PM
If you remember the Tenshin Nasukawa exhibition fight in Japan it looks like a scripted match, just go and watch the fight and you will understand. Yes i know the fact that Tenshin Nasukawa is not a boxer and he was really young and just weighed around 128 pounds.
It really looks scripted but they are the only people that knows what's really happening inside. Any exhibition fight is prone to getting scripted as its not really a real competition, the main purpose is just to entertain the fans, so we can consider that a fight is scripted, but who would complain if they don't know.
3267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XRP - The 2nd Biggest Scam in Digital Currency History on: December 24, 2020, 04:39:16 AM
Damn! is this the reason? https://edition.cnn.com/2020/12/23/investing/ripple-sec-lawsuit-trnd/index.html

I think we've seen some projects in the past that was touched by sec and they never recover anymore.
Today I was surprise that XRP was the biggest loser in the market, currently down at 35%, and I think this is really huge, and it's trading volume is big, probably people are already panic selling.

What would happen if XRP will be erase in the market? Will it affect bitcoin negatively or not?
3268  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: December 24, 2020, 04:08:53 AM
The nets looked great last actually.  Was expecting some rust from Durant but he looked real good for his first game back from the injury.  Bulliah on Nets going forward.  They will hit bumps but if they play like that most of the season they will be a tough out.

I agree, although they are the favourite against GSW, I thought that Durant will be rusty that's why I put a bet on GSW to at least pull some upset. But it seems that Durant didn't missed anything and so is Kyrie, so I think the odds might shift in favour of Nets chances of winning this years championship with that first game performance from Durant.

So it's scary I would say how the two will combine, perfectly healthy in the East.

I'm gonna see a good playoffs and NBA Finals this year, if Nets will reach in the NBA Finals, that would be a hell of a series. Now, I'm seeing the Clippers or the Lakers to advance in the NBA Finals, well, I'd love to see surprises as well so I want to be wrong.
3269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2019-2020 betting on: December 23, 2020, 11:48:05 PM
For obvious reasons, I resisted the urge to bet on the NBA Pre-Season, but it feels pretty awesome to have the regular season back underway.

I've decided to go gradually, I got Bucks and Miami Heat ML for tonight

Bucks at Boston? I don't think it's quite attractive, but good luck mate, I guess I'm not going to touch this game.

I'm going hard on the knicks and pacers under 215.5

I'm going to take this, Knicks now is a completely different team, they'll not be lazy in the defense so I think it will be be an under, and I like the number in the totals, it seems it's screaming for the bettors to bet on over.

Agree, they are a real competitor now, they made a big statement in their first game and I like that and just like everyone is hoping, I hope for no injury.
Durant is still the same old Durant and overtime he will be more dangerous as he will be more confident, and that I'm betting on the Nets to beat Lebron and AD.
3271  Economy / Economics / Re: Some Company are holding more than 10000 Bitcoin on: December 23, 2020, 09:34:51 PM
Honestly I'd love to know if how long they are already holding, and is there a way to verify their holdings like an address where we can check and monitor if we want. These are big companies who believe in bitcoin's potential, so they'll hold, but the question is, are they are into "HODL" or "HOLD" only?
3272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: December 23, 2020, 09:19:12 PM
Yeah, the Warriors were looking very weak in the first game against the Nets. I know it's only one game, but I guess that this season will be difficult for Curry if his teammates don't start helping him on the court.
It's difficult, no Klay for the whole season because of injury.
Definitely it's difficult but the season is long, they will adjust in the long run, what I just hope is Curry to be fully healthy in the regular season and hopefully in the postseason if they are lucky to enter in the playoffs. Wiggins and Oubre Jr. just have to improve in their next game, both of them are shooting pretty awful in that game.
3273  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: December 23, 2020, 02:49:22 PM

Do you mean Pau, not Marc?

They really are strong and there's no doubt with it. As long as these big three is with them and they've already synchronized as they won the championship last season. They've made history because it was done in a bubble.

I agree that there is a big chance that they'll get a back to back title.

Very possible to win that back to back championship Title.

They still have the momentum and even they've traded important players who helped them to win it from the bubble, those who replace
them are also capable of filling it up. Though they've loss it up from the clippers today there are still lots of games to cope up and continue
the quest of winning back.

Exactly, there's still more games to see and the regular season results is not really a good basis to predict who will win in the finals or in the playoffs, one good example is the Bucks, they were always consistent as the best team in the regular season but they sucked in the playoffs.

Lakers just having a little hangover, they felt the championship so they lay low a bit, they'll bounce back for sure.
3274  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Boxing : Reymart Gaballo vs Emmanuel Rodriguez on December 19th on: December 23, 2020, 12:35:49 PM
I hope the appeal will be granted the soonest, this time I want Gaballo to win convincingly, because the judges were corrupt and favouring him excuse. The sooner we see this fight the better for him so that he can move on other fights with good name and build his resume closely in this very good weight classes. Otherwise this will be a big question mark on his resume if he didn't give Rodriguez a second chance.
Even Manny Pacquiao experienced this Kind of treatment considering that Time he is already the Boxing Champ "Pambansang Kamao"

Someone from the Higher must act on this, and also As a senator Why Manny have not creating actions on this?
or is it So influential and Celebrities are on the aback of this Corrupt practices in Boxing world.

If it will go to legal process, I believe it will take time, the best thing they will do for the controversy to stop once in for all is to give Rodriguez a rematch, if Gaballo still win the fight, then people would not talk about the first fight anymore.

The statement of Rodiguez which goes.

He knows I won, people knows he lost is like saying everyone is convince he was cheated.

I also believe the easiest way to determine the winner is through a rematch, there's a lot of controversial fight in the past and I have never seen the judge was convicted for rigging the result. Example, Pacquiao's loss to Timothy Bradley, while everyone believe that Pacquiao won, but he never complain, instead he ask for a rematch and he got a win in the rematch and even in the 3rd fight.
3275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: December 22, 2020, 01:37:36 PM
NBA season is coming back and LA Lakers are probably looking stronger than before with new signings and paying $40 million for Kuzma, so I don't think LA Clippers will have any chance in LA battle.
Kuzma isn't new to the team so they're still the same. But it's three of them who are the big three of Lakers, LBJ, Davis, and Kuzma. They allowed them to stay for sure.

Clippers are also strong. We're at the beginning of the season and we have no idea what these teams will bring to us and also other teams that have new roster update.

Lakers had the best centers in the NBA, they have Davis and Gasol, both of them won a championship already, so I think they are really strong and I understand why people are really expecting them to win a back to back championship. On the other hand, Clippers Center are not really that tall, so I think they will still get dominated in the inside, they have a young centers to be specific and they have only Serge Ibaka which we consider an experience player but not as tall and as good as Davis and Gasol.
3276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA preseason betting experiment on totals. on: December 22, 2020, 01:05:56 PM
Thanks for all your replies and support on this thread, the experiment is over and I heard your opinion so I think it's about time to lock the thread.

See you next preseason.
3277  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA preseason betting experiment on totals. on: December 21, 2020, 09:01:16 AM
Conclusion, this is a successful experiment for preseason only you will get 55.10% which will make you profitable as long as you know the right bankroll management. until next time, thank you.

Could have been more wins if there is a crowd i think, as the players are pumped and excited to show their talent in front of their fans especially the rookies.

I'll put this in mind and will use this strategy next season as this is stress-free approach in betting  Smiley.

Thanks for  this BTW.

You're welcome @bisdak40 , you have a point, the crowd could give more energy to the home team, so they like to score more. Well, this upcoming season we will see some crowd in the arena, I think the vaccine is gonna be out soon, so that's our chance to see the NBA be back to normal again.
3278  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA preseason betting experiment on totals. on: December 21, 2020, 08:30:09 AM

Hello it's not a prediction it's risk taking ,which does mean he doesn't really have a proof of well why he choose it ... So therefore I believe OP did slightly evade the loss and it could have gone down both ways.

It's an experiment to be exact, betting all overs in the game, no exemption, and happy to see we are in the winning side as of now.

By the way, day 8 totals pick are already updated, good luck! hopefully another profitable day.
3280  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you rely on the odds when placing bets? on: December 18, 2020, 11:53:57 AM
Not unless if the Odds is to High ,if the advantage is at least 50-70% then i will go on the High Odds but if this comes closer? i will make my own researches and understanding regarding the two opposing team or fighter.

And will decide depend on my discretion and belief, or sometimes i choose to give up the bet and try to find Slot machine instead as the fight will surely for Luck winning.

For me the research should come first and I only research my favorite game where I think I can see the value at the same time, odds that are displayed are nothing if you are not studying the game because you won't see which odds has the best value.
