if you manage to create your own tournament can you make a live video stream for the game play so we can watch .
Fine for me, cause we are all here for the fun. Smiley
Sure thing this will be fun, but we will be having more fun if we will also put a little bet on a team that we think would win.
How about that? Can OP facilitate the bettor as well? Since there is no sports to bet on right now, maybe this one would give at least a little entertainment.
3262  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why most gamblers can never hold onto big bag? on: May 04, 2020, 11:53:04 AM
He is not chasing losses because he wins more than what he has as capital what happens here is that OP's Friend becomes Greed to chase for more wins and not leaning back about the losing he got.

He lose a bit but he got a big regret for this lose, when you are up and you are still thinking to win more, there's a chance that you'll end up with nothing because you will lose everything, that's pretty normal in gambling, one can start with a small bankroll get aggressive while gambling to win big amount and if it happen it happen, the problem is when to stop and just cash out to enjoy it.

If we can only get contented, we can always enjoy our winning by spending it to whatever we like to buy, then start a small bankroll again and try to win big just like what we have done previously, I think this is quite better than losing your winning instantly.
3263  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't hate long term promotions on: May 04, 2020, 11:41:24 AM
At least they pay even though the payment is not right. Better to be more careful in choosing a bounty campaign, especially if the duration is quite long. My advice if you are going to take a bounty that has a long duration, you should choose a bounty manager who already has trust in this forum.
We should choose the campaign of reputable managers, whether it is long-term or short-term. Never take part in new managers' campaigns because the chances of you getting paid are low. Most of those managers will become scams after the campaign ends

With the number of bounty hunters, I think we only have a few reputable campaign managers in the forum, so not all of them can work under them, also reputable manager has a high qualification on accepting the bounty campaigners, so that is another thing. In the past actually, it's not considered but now that the competition is quite big due to the few number of bounty that are successful, some bounty hunters will just end up joining a bad campaign.

Seth is also inconsistent in every game. He can be fired up today but the other day, poor performance. The reason that Cuban might look into the future.
I think that inconsistency came from not having much minutes in his teams before.
Now, he could remain hot if they will put him on the main core.

As we can see.  https://www.basketball-reference.com/players/c/curryse01.html

His points has improve in Dallas compared with Portland, so we can say that he is really effective with the Dallas Mavericks.

Curry will be a big help especially during playoff times as he loves to show what he can do, both offense and defense he is good and as expected, when Doncic can't score because the defense is focus on him, a role player will have to step up.

He also had a similar average this season in his previous season with the Mavericks, the 2016-17 season.
They let him go and then they take it back, so I think Curry will stay with the Mavericks for awhile since his role is not really a starter and he provide good minutes.
3265  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why most gamblers can never hold onto big bag? on: May 04, 2020, 10:03:06 AM
It is difficult to know how to stop while you are winning, while the trend is positive, my strategy is this if I win what is more than the budget that I have allocated to the game I put it aside and do not replay it

As long as we don't greedy to make more money, we can stop gambling anytime. Greediness will be the enemies that will prevent us from stopping from playing gambling while we are winning.
^ Definitely right, dont be too greedy in gambling if you are in a winning situation. Because the more time you have been spent in gambling the more of chances that you probably lose, but luckily if you will win for how many streaks but that is rarely happen and most likely it will end up losing. Be contented of what you have gained from gambling or it is good if you have allocated an exact amount of your money in gambling so that if ever win or lose you will stop.

Even if we win some rounds, we recover the loss that we already got before, but that is not the real winning because we win to cover the lost. If we can know that no matter how much time we spend in gambling, that can only give you the chance to lose. It is better to feel enough is enough, so we can know what we should do if we lose or win. Besides that, we can know about allocating the money that will be used for playing gambling.

For me I'll just stop monitoring my loses as I don't want to give this a headache in my gambling activity.
The thing is, when you keep thinking of recovering your previous loses, you'll never enjoy gambling because it's given that most gamblers loses .

So, if your purpose is just to have fun, you should focus on what you have in a certain session, and enjoy gambling, regardless of the outcome.
3266  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Gambling Life During Quarantine on: May 03, 2020, 11:39:11 PM

For recession which has been spoken about by expert, gamblers will still find their ways around the situations and still get their funs. Except those who sole aims to gamble is for them to make a living.

Gamblers would still not be affected I guess, they'll find a way to gamble, just like when the taxes are raise on liquor and cigarettes, people are still buying it, so it should not be different with gambling as usually people who consume the aforementioned are gamblers as well.
3267  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥[ETT]EncryptoTel: Secure VoIP and B2B blockchain communications infrastructure on: May 03, 2020, 11:10:30 PM
Just found some $20 worth of ETT in my waves wallet that I forgot about. Must've spent around $700-1000 on it back in the day lol.. Didn't care very much about where my money went back then and I regret it very much now. Sad What a crazy time that was.
Honestly didnt expect this project to be still alive. Hoping it'll rise again one day.
I got even more and I still have in my wallet, but I can't blame myself from time to time not selling way back when the price was already good because I have already accepted it, I could lose in this investment but I'm still lucky I got profit in other investments.
3268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: High rewards still possible in bounties? on: May 03, 2020, 10:57:18 PM
Such projects are still there, but there are very few of them. The company you joined is also important. Twitter and Facebook are unlikely to bring a good profit, like a signature company. I think it's worth writing articles or joining a company of translators.

And right now, the chance of getting high rewards like what the OP is asking - $350k is really very slim to no chance. The times have been changed in crypto, it is not the same as 3 years ago. So right now, don't expect to gain such amount from bounties alone. Be happy if you will receive few hundred bucks from the tokens or coins that you will receive from bounty programs. Don't expect so much from bounties now, make yourself productive in other alternative options to earn crypto like trading.

Getting a good amount is possible if based on the original token value, problem is, the value will drop once it starts trading that's the challenge and this needs to be change, actually, if we are all hoping for some great bounty reward, all we have to do is just to hold it and wait for the altcoins season. I know it's easy to say but hard to do it, but with trust that the market will once again become bullish, we should remain optimistic.
3269  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Have You Started Gambling Because You Want To Be Part Of A Gambling Campaign on: May 03, 2020, 02:12:29 PM

And then I ended up losing ~1.5 BTC

That was a huge amount if you lose it today, what was the value that time if you still remember?

Me, I am here in 2016 so I am a bit late already, but I still enjoy the bull run in 2017 and that is good enough.
I've been gambling in differnet gambling sites and never stayed in one site only, dice, roulette, sports betting and ect.. those are my games which makes me more interested in staying in the forum.

good thing is there is a signature campaign that let's you earn, so you will not worry anymore on where to get your bankroll in gambling.
3270  Economy / Economics / Re: Mining: Halving will destroy the half of us. on: May 03, 2020, 01:23:49 PM
I think they already know that it's going to happen in the future, small miners will have to disconnect if they will not upgrade their equipment, that's the how the game is played here, if they are willing to continue to the business, they should prepare for this upcoming halving, and we also have our rule to help increase the price of bitcoins so miners will survive.
3271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to offload an Altcoin on: May 03, 2020, 12:32:29 PM
If the volume is just stable, you can still sell it but it will really take time.

Carefully analyze the movement of the coin because the moment you sell a big portion, the price might dump and it might affect the future price,
Selling slowly requires patience and that's the only method you will have to do in order to get the best value.
3272  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: If Coronavirus never happened on: May 03, 2020, 07:45:16 AM
I was very confident and chose to buy at $4,000 and really that price makes me double profits in a short time.

Good for you, buying at dip gives you a good profit at the current price.
Everything will change soon, but crypto will remain as strong as it was before, while the financial world is struggling, crypto now is offering them as a safe haven for their investment, and we are seeing a market bullish now, so I like to assume that it's the result of the demand of bitcoin.
3273  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The current world market situation. on: May 03, 2020, 07:36:34 AM
The cryptocurrency market is actually going through a lot of bad situations. As a result, it cannot be called forward. It may be called stagnation. If such a situation continues, the entire crypto market like the Corona virus will devour it in the near future. So the current situation is a tense one.

Overall, in my opinion the cryptocurrency market is not affected much by the presence of coronavirus. Compared to the stock market performance, crypto is still showing good development and has not experienced a severe price decline

In the beginning it was affected but now that the government are spending a lot of money to battle the virus, we know what is the effect it will brought to the economy, so people now are smarter, they will put their money on something that will not inflate its value and due to that demand bitcoin has increased its value.
3274  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Your Gambling Life During Quarantine on: May 02, 2020, 11:39:40 PM
Let me share that I have been an addictive guy to poker. Since I was having more free times these days, I tried to play poker on swcpoker and have lost a few mBTC so far. Now I have almost left all the others gambling than the poker one. It's way more addictive man, specially for such a lockdown when you have a lot of free times.

And if you have a lot of money as well?  Grin

Any game can be addictive, we all know that, therefore we should take care of the risk to avoid addiction.
Staying at home does not mean our life will be boring and our time should be spent in gambling, you know try to meditate and think of other things, don't get yourself too contained with gambling as it will never help you at this time, be more productive, gambling is not a waste of time but with addiction on it, it is.

CZ backed and confirmed he holds a significant amount

Where have you read this? I dont think that CZ is speculating such things.

I can't see it either, no article saying that CZ hold, but even if he holds, I would still not gonna get hype on the project as CZ could be bias since Matic is listed on his exchange, now that CZ owns the CMC, I would not be surprise that all the top 100 coins are those which are listed in his exchange.
3276  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep a spreadsheet for you wins and losses for tax purposes? on: May 02, 2020, 01:07:14 PM
I am not keeping a spreadsheet for my gambling expenses, neither for my personal use nor for tax purposes. I am not spending large amounts for gambling that is why I don't think I need to keep an organized record for it. As far as tax is concerned, I am not paying any from my small gambling wins.
I'm just confuse a bit on the tax matters because AFAIK, we pay tax when we make money, just like a business, we need to be in net profit for us to be required to pay taxes, in gambling, I guess most people are losing in overall, so why pay taxes on that?
3277  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reason behind ALTCOINS not bouncing Back on: April 29, 2020, 11:52:13 AM
The last line where you stated that most project dump their coins is actually true. They are projects that people call "scam projects". All they do is run an ICO, release some crappy tokens and then once they have gathered enough money, they dump their tokens on the market to gain whatever they can and then finally runs away.
You will find hundreds of such project. Sadly, there are people out there who still falls for this kind of scams.

Even if the project are legit, it is just unfortunate that they will also dump, scam project ruined the reputation of ICO and worse it reach to the crypto market now, and that is the reason why even in IEO, a project is struggling to raise the funds they needed.
3278  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum stuck on "Synchronizing... (2/27)" on: April 29, 2020, 11:23:06 AM
This is probably just an internet connection problem, I've experience this kind of problem also every once in a while, what I do is just I close the app, relaunch and if it will not solve the problem, I'd restart my computer and my internet modem, and then problem solve.
3279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hacken ai IEO failed on: April 29, 2020, 11:06:06 AM
I dont think that failing during IEO is a tragedy. I've seen projects that also failed, but kept doing developing work and follow roadmap.
Failing in IEO is a big thing because they want to raise the funds to be able to do their vision in the future, we now that without enough funds, the project will struggle to reach their goal, so they have to find other ways to raise funds, because getting a decent funds is the first step in order for a project to develop.
3280  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: CoinBae: New Bitcoin and cryptocurrency market data provider on: April 28, 2020, 01:13:17 PM
Looks like in my end the site is not easy to load, I was able to check it now, the list is only until top 30 per page.... not so much information IMO, as simple as coinmarketcap but you are competing with the big players now, so how put something new that is not present in the existing popular sites that is on the same purpose.

Tried night mode and day mode, I like the day mode more.
