3281  Economy / Speculation / Re: What Could Make Bitcoin Drop To $5? on: November 11, 2019, 06:58:54 AM
thinking that the price of bitcoin can reach $ 5, that is impossible. when the price of bitcoin goes down that far, then bitcoin will not be valuable. imagine, when the price dropped from thousands of dollars to $ 5, I thought no one would use bitcoin anymore.
That will happen if people don't have the opportunity to use bitcoin, and that happens when the internet has been deactivated. after that happens, I think people will refocus on their real-life business or work .
3282  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need your advice! on: November 11, 2019, 05:23:18 AM
So far the development of Sessia is quite good because I see that this project has been listed in two markets, namely Coineal and Bitforex. Moreover, the partnership of this project is quite impressive.

but, the current market price is $ 0.0017 for 1 KICKS. but, the price on the web is 100 KICKS worth 0.00169452 ETH. I think if you buy it at the market it will be cheaper than the website. 0.00169 ETH is currently equivalent to $ 0.32, and if divided by 100 KICK, then 1 KICKS is $ 0.0032. so it's cheaper to buy it on the market.
3283  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Newbie trader be like on: November 10, 2019, 08:33:17 AM
I waste lot of money on trading. Without planning I lost every trade which mostly the problem. By the way it's only trial but I didn't want to stop.

Making plans is needed to have successfull trade. Without plan, you're giving away your holding out of you. The one lesson I learned about trading  is plans is very important. At the same time patience.
not just plans, but also information. you might be able to easily devise a plan like "buy when you go down and sell it when you go up", it's a very general plan, or buy when the price goes down a few percents without and wait for it to go up without any information. prioritizing information is far more important to support the success of a plan.
3284  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you invest 60 BTC? on: November 10, 2019, 06:27:18 AM
Having so many bitcoins, I would not sell them completely. I would leave part of the amount in Bitcoin for a few more years, some would be invested in other crypto assets, and some would be withdrawn in fiat and invested in a small business that would bring me pleasure.

in fact, that is what I will most likely do. 60 bitcoin is too much, so holding it until it costs more than $ 12k would be better than turning it into another coin. bitcoin is the best coin of all crypto, and until now its development will lead to a better direction. So far, I see the choice of people holding bitcoin more than other coins.
3285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scam Projects and Bounty . Way forward?? on: November 09, 2019, 06:39:18 PM
Even after many bounties failed this year some bounty project still brings good rewards, i was a victim of scam bounties and that only enlightened me more and now i choose bounty projects carefully
I think we all almost became victims of fraud from some ICO, or IEO that has been around for a long time. At this time, not too many ICO and IEO has appeared because investors or bounty hunters have been very careful in choosing where to invest.

Besides that, even though this case is still ongoing, I will still look for new projects to support. the only way to avoid fraud is to choose the project carefully because that is the right step to choose from now. because of this, I am still settled with the existing projects and bounties.
3286  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the safest way to buy crypto? on: November 09, 2019, 04:44:17 PM
If you are worried about money being stolen, you should not use cryptocurrency. As fraudulent behavior becomes increasingly sophisticated, it is very difficult to prevent. Any platform can have holes, just we don't know yet.   Grin Grin Grin
That is exactly why you need to put more concern regarding security mainly because you are your own bank which means there is no third party risk and warranty involved you own the money you are responsible for it. However there are many method to keep your funds secured and doing that is a piece of cake if you want to spare a some time learning. One more thing you need take care of is about how the regulation in your own country and obey their anti money laundering rules.
not really, I think using a hard wallet can also make it difficult for hackers to take it because it's the same as a flash disk or hard drive, so you always carry it. but, even though it's safe from hackers, the next challenge is to protect it.

but, if the purpose of buying and storing is an exchanger, I doubt that even the best exchanger like binance has conceded a hacker. and what's more that KYC is very much needed in an exchanger.
3287  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coins in Jan 2019 vs Nov 2019 on: November 08, 2019, 04:44:57 PM
I have never invested in XRP before. I did take an interest in it around the time it topped Ethereum in the Coinmarketcap list and became the second-best cryptocurrency. But, that didn't last for long as Etheruem still went back to that position and Ripple fell back to the third with a market cap that is over $8 billion less than Ethereum market cap. That doesn't mean I have lost interest, I'm still looking into it and I might invest if what I have been seeing is true.

Lately, Ripple has been securing a lot of positions and partnering with other platforms like MoneyGram (heard they will be buying shares of $30 million from MoneyGram) if that's not enough, they even opened an office in Washington, D.C., with plans to strengthen their advocacy efforts. They also added more clients like Standard Chartered, American Express, etc. I have seen a prediction that prices will go up to $8 or even $10 very soon.
so far, people who have managed to make a profit in investing in XRP are likely to occur in 2017, after which the price has dropped dramatically to date. pretty good for you if you don't have XRP even more so when the price is still around $ 0.4. XRP coins used to be quite interesting, but at the moment I am a little lacking in interest. maybe a good partnership is not enough to develop the price of this token. One of the reasons why I lack interest is because of what is happening right now, XRP has not made any recovery from the beginning of the year, even the price has dropped slightly.

but on the other hand, I started to pay attention to BCH prices. seeing its development from the price of $ 154 to reach $ 294 this month, it's quite interesting. I might pay more attention to this coin than ethereum.

3288  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WILL CRYPTO BOOM AGAIN? on: November 08, 2019, 08:34:23 AM
According to Roger anything is possible:

Quote
Roger Ver
@rogerkver
Don't think it can't happen again.
Don't think you have any moral duty to obey either.

any boom will occur, it just need the sentimental to boom, then we will see
there are many expectations lately to reach this next boom,
we may see that, but as crypto market is crystal clear ( Cheesy Cheesy, as we all know) we should wait for whales to make their moves
the hardest thing to guess about this is the time. we might be able to speculate that the price of crypto will again go up high and be confident in that. however, the most difficult thing to determine is the time. besides that, other things that need to be dealt with are FUD, FOMO, and many other things that we need to prepare to wait for it.

So far, most speculation only says that the price of crypto will boom like 2017 in 2020.
3289  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to learn bitcoin trading? on: November 07, 2019, 08:34:50 AM
when you have bought bitcoin, I make sure that you have a wallet, and a trusted exchanger, so I will not explain about that. a little information from my experience, when you have held bitcoin, make sure that you don't relax and don't pay attention to information about it. some people leave the bitcoin they have with the intention of waiting for prices to rise, but in fact, in 2017, some people are not aware of the price reduction that occurs because of leaving information.

the thing that I emphasize most, in this case, is, learn to manage the risks that could occur. pay attention to the FOMO that can happen at any time, sometimes because of this many people lose. You also need to have a target for sales, for example, I target the price to sell when the price of bitcoin rises above $ 12k. still, pay attention to information and prices on the chart that is happening now.
3290  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Time to get back into mining? on: November 07, 2019, 05:00:58 AM
Since all this while that mining altcoins have not been profitable like before i don't bother to keep mining coins so i just lock my mining rig in a room and now that bitcoin halving is knocking on the door i think its a good time to start mining even if its not profitable? i believe if bitcoin surge over 30k altcoins will take the ride we've been waiting for, anyways, what do you guys think? good idea or bad ?
it's still the same as before, thinking that there are electricity costs to pay, rig maintenance, and other important things that need to be estimated. if you don't feel that it's important, I recommend getting mining again. Even though all decisions are in your hands, I want to make you aware that information about the price of bitcoin and altcoin will go up It is only speculation based on evidence of halving that occurred in previous years. if you also have the same beliefs as us, of course, re-mining is a good idea.
3291  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Buy these altcoins!!! on: November 05, 2019, 05:07:49 AM
Three coins that you should buy now if you want to get some good profit by the year’s end!

BCHabc
Ripple
Trx

Any recommendation from your side?
I'm not really sure about XRP, you have to see the price increase from the beginning of 2019 until now, you might change your mind. for anything else, I recommend having ethereum in your portfolio. in addition, several other potentially high altcoins are XLM, which has just gone up to 20%, LTC, and monero. if you are in doubt, you can do your own research about the coins I mentioned.
3292  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: there are still many who invest in cryptocurrency? on: November 05, 2019, 01:40:47 AM
if investors are not so interested in crypto anymore, I think they will find another place/company to invest in. the only thing on my mind that investors choose to invest in property, gold, silver, and other valuable things. but, I don't think investors have completely disappeared. I am sure that they are just waiting for the opportunity to find the right crypto investment. as far as I know, many investors are focused on top crypto, and other investors are waiting for opportunities to invest in potential IEO.
3293  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Bitcoin is not that good as currency? on: November 04, 2019, 06:13:17 AM
Countries that have regulated bitcoin too has added it to the taxable assets like gold. This means it hasn't given the importance as a currency same as that we use physically. Considering the value it has been getting used as a currency, this is just the beginning. In less than ten years of time getting such a level of acceptance in the global market will make it used as currency in the falling years.
Nothing happens within days especially any kind of revolution is first resisted and then gradually accepted by people. Bitcoin is also a digital revolution in the world of currencies. It is great achievement for crypto market to have bitcoin legalized in states. If it is treated even as gold in the beginning, with the passage of time people will start using it for buying and purchasing ultimately giving it currency value.
it's just that currencies that do not have stable prices will only be converted into investment tools. some companies such as steam have accepted bitcoin as a means of payment, but now, steam has delisted on bitcoin because the fees and prices have gone up and down. however, that is the main standard that needs to be considered before establishing bitcoin as a legal currency.
3294  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mistakes developers keeps making on: November 04, 2019, 12:15:48 AM
Very true, but they are only part of the errors. Because we must add bad management, lack of clarity in communication, disorganization, failure to meet commitments, and so on.
I think that most projects have not failed because of dishonesty, but due to incapacity.
I am very confident that the developer is aware of this, because of this, a good project and professionals team will definitely avoid these things, and try to cover up their shortcomings. because of this, as investors and bounty hunters, we should be aware of whether a project really wants to run their project seriously or not.

I think things like bonuses that are too excessive, a bad market, and uncertain products, are projects that only want to get a lot of investment funds. many projects like this, even after the list on the market, they never make any progress, and leave the group.
3295  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: November 03, 2019, 03:29:07 PM
I agree. We cannot blame them though, it is difficult to determine whether a project is legitimate or a fraud especially for newbies. Me myself isn't an expert yet on detecting scam projects. It really takes a lot of experience and a strong instinct.
greed, carelessness, choosing investment blindly, not doing research, excessive trust, no knowledge, hurry, and other negative traits are the reasons why so many people are deceived, or exposed to scams.

we really can't blame them, because fraudsters have so many tricks in attracting new investors. however, if new people in investment lose this trait, chances are they can choose the right investment.
3296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: investing does not have to wait long on: November 03, 2019, 12:43:42 PM
I've a goal when i invest in crypto and really don't need to wait a long time like if the price of a coins/tokens has touched a new ATH or the ROI obtained is enough then i will sell and wait for the right moment to buy back when price drops
I think there have been so many lessons from investing or holding coins. if you've been here since 2017, then you can definitely see the changes, and think that when you have made a profit, selling it is a wise decision. The purpose of investing is to get profits, for now investing in IEO projects in popular markets can make that profit come true. it's just that, some people continue to hold and expect even higher prices.

however, I have the same recommendation, that selling it, and not being greedy by waiting for a new ATH will be better than holding it in a very long term.
3297  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the safest way to buy crypto? on: November 02, 2019, 04:44:06 PM
The safest way to buy crypto is a P2P transaction. In which you'll obligate the trader a public place(for safetiness). That's the best way. But, if you don't want to give your information, since its P2P, you're obligated to give info, your name for the other trader's security. You should consider making an account at binance. Without KYC you can withdraw 2 BTC per day.
yes, binance is a pretty good place to buy cryptocurrency without involving KYC, it's just that binance limits the transactions of people who don't do KYC, but it's worth trying. Another thing you can do is look for trusted people who have the bitcoin or cryptocurrency you want, and make transactions with it. it's just hard enough to find people like that, if you get it, make sure you use Escrow.
3298  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which coins should i buy? on: November 02, 2019, 02:48:15 PM
BTC you can always invest on this coin but other alt coins are are not fine to invest in my point of view because most of the cryptocurrency has fall down when the time Bitcoin has dumped.
Maybe in the year of 2020 find some miracle and all the cryptocurrencies May fly to skyrocket.
bitcoin / ethereum / BNB / XLM / LTC / TRX / BCH / BCH SV / EOS are coins that are always everyone's recommendation to hold and are a popular coin to date. if there are developments in the future, a big possibility will start with the coins I mentioned. looking at some of the records in this thread as well, it seems like the coins I mentioned above dominate compared to other coins. there are so many coins that can be bought, but people prioritize popular coins.
3299  Economy / Economics / Re: What should I convert my money into? on: November 01, 2019, 08:49:28 AM
If you're doubting about your own currency, then it's fine to choose BTC over it. We all know the advantage of investing in crypto both long term and short term. If you would want to divide your money into two investments then it's for you to decide. Just be sure to choose where you could gain a better profit. It's just important that you'll know how to keep and store your funds.
if interested in crypto investments, I think bitcoin is indeed the best place to exchange your money. it's just that it will be a pretty risky investment because we know that bitcoin education is very fast and irregular. however, if it is a very valuable asset, I would recommend to invest in physical things such as gold, houses, or other things that you can feel are beneficial.
3300  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you involved with Crypto? on: November 01, 2019, 06:08:21 AM
Thank you for that.
I have been also looking for this kind of answers here but it seems like it had always been about the money.
Sure, that is one thing we all want but as time flies by you begun to love what you are doing and getting deeper into knowing more about crypto.
Sadly, not all could tell this and that is why we are slowly growing.

that's the reality that exists today, almost everyone is interested because of the benefits that can be obtained. You know that there are quite a number of investors and business people involved in this matter. What's more, there are quite a lot of crypto developments regarding blockchain, shipping, and exchangers. because of this, crypto is quite close to business, and money. until now people are still developing so that crypto can be used for daily life, and for development they also need money. so, I think many people are interested because crypto can be a good business, and I'm also interested in that.
