It's really surprising that Lakers manage to play against 76ers in close points even without Lebron James in there roster. Finally Dwight Howard, Melo and Westbrook is doing there respective job properly on this match. They finally manage to show off there talent since they are not relying to Lebron skills on this match. There's already 5 minutes remaining in the clock for the match while they are only behind by 3 points. I think they can beat 76ers this time around.
Same here, haven't also thought that they could be this near especially without LeBron. Well, if they can play like this without their highest pointer then how come they can't play like this when LeBron is on the court, right? I have this feeling that they will bounce back in this game leaded by of course Jokic though it would be a tight game for sure but I know they can manage and cover the spread evenly. Also, I would add Atlanta Hawks -1.5 on my list today. I think I like the Warriors and Denver Nuggets spread, and I'll be going with those, I don't trust the Milwaukee Bucks enough just for this night, and Khris Middleton is said to be out of the fixture, even with Giannis back, I still think the Bulls would be a tough opponet and -7.5 seem a tad too high imo. Bucks have played just right and actually they've dominated the bulls and closed the game with 28 point lead on their favor. Middleton is out but Holiday comes to the rescue and setting a 27 points. Too bad for the GSW, I bet there's plenty who have lost on this bet but the Nuggets bet did go through, tough day. Very true. It's now or never. Even at play in tournament the other teams will give them a lot of trouble and they need 2 wins if they want to be part of the eight. If Spurs keeps on winning they might be in a bigger trouble because that is the 11th seed which means they are out.
Let's say they will stay at 10th. They win against the Pelicans but the bigger wall will be there. Either the Nuggets, Timberwolves or the Clippers preventing them to move forward.
I don't expect too much with the Lakers anymore. I may have also given up with the expectation of a big come back 20 games ago.
As a team, the Lakers are flat. The fact that the bulk of their team is extremely old means that the team is not driven mentally to comeback - as there is nothing else to prove. Obviously, physically these people aren't in their peak condition either. It would be interesting to see how the offseason goes for the Lakers. AD may well leave in pursuit of a better destination. The fact that most of these guys were veterans, they'll alwats get behind the transition. Even LeBron had a bad transition defense or offense. AD's health condition is hopeless, his value may come down huge due to his frequent injury not just this season, but his whole NBA career was barrage with injuries. I'm kinda excited to see what would the Lakers adjustments next season. They should start scouting for promising young talents than stacking more veterans. Well, it's quite hard not to notice their way of transitioning because almost all of them aren't that active anymore, well except for those young guys like Reaves and that seriously means that they are so weak in terms of defense. Let alone that AD is again injured and he could be back active again the playoffs if Lakers can make through past the play-in tournament and AD is more injury prone in the playoffs where the games are much more tougher. |

If you think like this there's a lot of money to be made because the majority seems to think that Tagoe has slim chance of winning. I don't know him and his style so I can't say much but I'm sure people who know much more than me are taking these bets.
Nothing wrong to place a bet on the underdog as upset always happened but can't really find a good reason why an upset will happen here. Not saying Tagoe doesn't have a chance to win or as you said, a slim chance of winning but technically, Ryan Garcia is just too much for Tagoe. But let's see if there's something special that might others a reason why a bet on Tagoe is worth placing for. In the end, he won't be considered to fight Garcia if there's a question about his capability to win. Tagoe's chance on defeating Garcia here is somehow slim, we know that upsetting the heavy favorite happened is always possible as it already happen often times in the boxing but just like you, I also don't see that it will going to happen in this fight. Tagoe is good and a decent boxer too, we can see it in his history and I think that's the exact reason why Garcia's camp have picked him. Tagoe will be a ladder in Garcia's success and the risk is of a defeat is quite minimal.
