3281  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin $10k Before June, Possible? on: April 08, 2019, 08:36:30 PM
It's truly hard to predict how the market moves. Everyone is saying we are up and I saw a recent news that Bitcoin is overbought, which could inadvertently turn to another market decline. Though some pundits have it that Bitcoin has bottomed out.

Can bitcoin reach $10k before June? I'm sure if it manages a rally to that new 2019 high, we could sustain it to the old ATH. If not people may despair again. What are your thoughts?

Don't think I can stand another pull back.  Sad
Possible?Just tell me what is impossible for this coin. Price went from 4k to 5k in 24 hour, also last year price has risen by 4K in some days. Oppositely price went from 6K to 3K very quickly. Well, there are a lot of insane moments for bitcoin so really hard to say whether it will rise or fall, it can reach 10K and even more in so short time, from april to june.
3282  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: short term, cheap btc cloud mining??? on: April 08, 2019, 07:05:21 PM
short term, cheap btc cloud mining???

I didn't understand what you are really asking but if you are looking for a short term cheap cloud mining which will bring good profit, i must say you are looking something is not real.
As I understood he is looking for cloud mining which promises as fast ROI as possible and hashrates are very cheap too, in reality he is looking for hyips.
OP at least see threads about genesis mining (I believe it will change your mind), see threads about hashocean and others. Nowdays when mining is least profitably, I highly doubt it's logical to look for cloud mining where miner and you, both of you have to profit, how? when even one man can't profit well nowdays.
3283  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Please DON'T pay any taxes on your crypto! on: April 08, 2019, 02:14:54 PM
if someday there are policy that makes all people in the world to pay a tax by using bitcoin and holding bitcoin i think we should do that, we should pay the taxes like the policy. and we should honest because i believe that bitcoin and blockchain system can't traceable and maybe it will missed tracking by system
It's possible to pay taxes in bitcoin if you live in Ohio, lately they accepted it. Bitcoin and blockchain technology isn't traceable? Well, don't you know that every transaction is recorded and stored on blockchain? Also OP is far from actual idea, you have to pay taxes anyway if you have crypto business like exchange or etc but if you own wallet at home, believe me no one will ask you to pay any tax.
3284  Economy / Gambling / Re: Simplest bitcoin lottery, totally free, no registration required, real-time on: April 08, 2019, 12:42:45 PM
Lately someone here had an idea of 0% house edge dice and was asking for donation, now this one is asking for donation. OP better to set house edge over 0% to get some profit, no one will donate to casino/lottery and to my mind it's even unethical when casino/lottery asks for it.
Now what can we say about demand: I think it's very, very low because there were similar ideas with enough funds but non of them succeed, well, overally demand is very low and can say the same about trust.
3285  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Looking to get into GPU mining on: April 07, 2019, 08:04:39 PM
Hey there - It's been some years since mining was interesting to me.

I really only mined Bitcoin with a 5gh/s miner way back when 5gh/s was an awesome miner.
But I had always wanted to try out CPU mining.

Does someone have a good idea on what a first miner would be for someone just getting into it.
I hear a bunch about graphics cards - but i'm not really sure where to begin.

I'm looking to get a small miner going in the background that doesn't cost much just to start out.

Ideas? please share!
To be fair GPU mining isn't something where you need to buy one gpu for test to learn on it, it's pretty easy. Personally I would take gtx 1070 and up, to my mind great choise is gtx 1080ti, I prefer nvidia cards because you don't depend on ethereum like on amd, you can mine a lot of coins with great profit.
For profitability comparison, you can use whattomine.com as it was already mentioned by user above me.
Also I suggest you to use 1stminingrig.com for GPU reviews, overcloacks and a lot.
3286  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin could be used to pay for Bills, load and for travel in the Philippines on: April 07, 2019, 06:47:02 PM
But I wouldn't use Bitcoin to pay for anything that fiat can pay with unless it's very necessary, if I were you. Bitcoin is a provably scarce resource, don't waste it. HODL. Cool
Agree with you here on all accounts.
Just because you are physically able to pay with BTC doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the wisest idea.
If you like bitcoin as a payment way and it has low fees compared to any fiat payment method, then why not? Why isn't it wise? You can just exchange fiat into btc and pay this way. Bitcoin is a payment method too, not just an investment option as you look guys.
Also it's not a good idea to hodl bitcoin, money has to be in circulation, I don't like the fact when others are just sitting and their only care is to wait while price rises.
3287  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A new look to KYC, from a customer's perspective. on: April 07, 2019, 06:01:08 PM
A lot of people were thinking about idea of Know Your Ceo. Of course non company which request us to send documents, will never ever agree the idea of making their ceo and team documents to be available. Seems they take care of their identity but don't give a shit of ours. This can't be achieved so easily, protests must be massive in real life in every country. It's not fair when some people can see everyone's KYC and we even don't know who the hell they are, it's very, very unfair.
3288  Economy / Gambling / Re: BetOnBit.com | Unique betting site | Real Money & Crypto | Sports & Esports on: April 07, 2019, 05:12:56 PM
Liked website, very different from others, it really creates atmosphere of RPG games and at the same time I want to mention that RPG character system seems to be really amazing, very wide different from others, the option of trading it is another great implementation too.
Btw is it possible to exchange coins/usd? For example if I am verified, can I deposit btc, play, convert and withdraw skrill?
Overally like idea behind your casino.
3289  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptonews Sources on: April 07, 2019, 03:42:02 PM
OP can start with these two news groups on telegram: @coinnewschannel and @cointelegraph. I started with them as a newbie and they were really fantastic. Later you can branch off to news sites on Twitter.
If cointelegraph's website isn't even good then why do you think their telegram group would any be better? I took a look at it and my guess was right it was only their channel to promote links of their news article. It's even worst for coinnewschannel's TG group as aside from news links they also have links from airdrops and other promotions which isn't a goo idea. OP would only be wasting his time here with their Clickbaity articles. I'll still go to r/Bitcoin or r/Cryptocurrency in Reddit to get my news, at least they provide direct links from media sources not related to crypto news directly.

I agree with Theb lot of news sites are promoting crap , but not concentrating on real news
Still can't understand what's wrong with cointelegraph, to my mind they are amazing and I personally like news they publish, they publish news asap from my experience, I usually read BC news.
OP I highly doubt any website will publish articles faster then cointelegraph, ccn and coindesk.
Like user above your post mentioned, reddit is a great place for what you need.
3290  Economy / Economics / Re: KYC for penny money? on: April 07, 2019, 01:50:47 PM
Although in principle I am not against KYC (Know your customer), in any case, be very careful when giving personal documents to anybody, and especially some less known / trusted companies. Misuse of data is very widespread today, the question is only to what extent someone is doing it. It is not same thing if your data is used for the purposes of targeted advertising, or that copy of your ID / passport is used in some illegal / criminal activities.

KYC on some trusted exchanges make some sense, although I would always choose a purchase in person or by ATM regardless of the higher fees, but with the aim of protecting privacy. However KYC for some shady airdrops which will may give you (or not) few $ is something you should not do, the possibility of damage is far greater than the possible benefits.
You have to fill KYC documents if you want bank account, start work and etc, if any service where your KYC documents are uploaded gets leaked, then it means they are in hand of shady people/company. I can't see any logic why it's better to pay insane fees on bitcoin ATM and don't upload KYC to use normal exchanger. If you don't want to be connected to bitcoin or crypto formally, then yeah, I understand.
OP there are a lot of people who don't care about their privacy, some cents worth more for them than their identity, usually such people are very poor or uneducated.
3291  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: How to gain trust of users on a new free crypto website? on: April 05, 2019, 02:35:09 PM
Gaining trust isn't something that happens easily and what kind of trust do you want to gain? Do you want to be leader on local segment or worldwide and be opponent of bittrex and other exchangers? Then you need a lot of money.
Creating and supporting of charity programs, active campaigns, meeting with students and etc helps every business to gain some trust, also as time goes and you stay on market with high quality product (in this situation exchange), high security, fast and affordable service, low fees and etc is all that helps you to gain trust. As time goes and everything is fine, your trust strenghtens and grows.
3292  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATMs doubled every year since 2014 on: April 05, 2019, 01:24:08 PM
Number of Bitcoin ATMs have significantly increased but as I see fees are still as huge as always. So for this reason I want to know despite the big supply, is there really any demand on bitcoin ATMs? Is there any statistics of how much bitcoins are withdrew daily/monthly? I want to know this because fees are insane, it's better to own xapo or similar card and withdraw from any ATM worldwide with fixed and low fee.
3293  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin Dice - why do you play in a particular casino? on: April 05, 2019, 11:46:08 AM
Hello,

What are the factors that make you play in a particular casino? What are the most important things for you?

There's a lot of Dice sites out there; I was wondering recently what makes some of them much more successful than the others. What are your thoughts on that?
You can find a lot of business that provides similar service but still, everyone has own customer. For example there are a lot of pirate movie streaming website but you usually use one which is absolutely not different from other ones, why? Maybe because of design, because of easy domain or etc. In dice, yeah every casino offers similar name but not other things like: website load speed, bet speed, user interface, support, speed of deposit/withdraw, promotions and etc.
3294  Economy / Economics / Re: Correlation between increase in transaction fees and Bitcoin price. on: April 04, 2019, 08:21:34 PM
Well, let me explain according to my own opinion:
When price increases, it means bitcoin has more value in usd, so logically value of fee in usd rises too. But also when price rises, demand increases too but supply continues to grow as usual. When demand increases, number of transactions increases too which means in order to get confirmation quickly, you have to pay high fee.
3295  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: yobit lost wallet btc on: April 04, 2019, 07:32:12 PM
Hello friends
I invested 0.9995 btc on 28.11.2018.
but suddenly the bitcoins in my wallet disappeared.
In my past address there is no investox or yobicode
they do not respond to customer service.
How do I solve my problem?
Seems you have been waiting for a long time, haven't you tried to contact Yobit on this forum? This is their profile link and last time they were active was 28 February: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=406594
You could try opening accusation thread here but they rarely login on bitcointalk, well, try to PM him. Also still tey and send emails, at least if nothing, you tried your best.
But please don't you know that exchange that lists dead coins won't be good? Nothing to talk about some research around it.
3296  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to minimise the trading fee? on: April 04, 2019, 06:51:56 PM
Seriously, does regulated exchanger really means better safety? Of course no, if exchanger is hacked, that's it, non regulation will help you and as far as I know they don't make any reserves, just share profits. Bittrex was hacked but users haven't received money, lately some bitcoins were returned totally.
If you trade with small amount, I think you won't see a fee which will hugely affect your profit, deal is to move on exchanger that has low fee and trade your best.
3297  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can New Animated Series 'Bitcoin and Friends' Make Bitcoin Fun Again? on: April 04, 2019, 05:50:54 PM
Can't understand the title, what does it mean to make bitcoin fun?
Btw I liked begining but was expecting absolutely different continue of situation. I think it will be nice to make something scifi related to bitcoin, make a mistic story of a man who got in jail, his bank accounts were frozen and etc. One day this man desided to run away, escape like it is in The Shawshank Redemption and since he couldn't get in public, he did everything with his last securely saved money, hired house, bought pc and started working on own currency which will be named as Bitcoin and then so on........ There can be a very log story.
Maybe not a bad idea, what do you think guys?
3298  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for a service making claims against ico on: April 04, 2019, 11:37:26 AM
Non service makes claim against ICO, what you ask is like looking for service which makes claim against Cloud Minings, there were petitions filled on change.org by a lot of people against hashocean but seems they took coins and that's all. If anyone claims that he/she can help you in this situation, remember that they are trying to scam you, don't trust such people. The only facts I remember when people recovered from ICO scams, were ICOs under escrow of our forum members.
3299  Economy / Economics / Re: What triggered the sudden rise in bitcoin price? on: April 04, 2019, 10:27:15 AM
this growth was made in a very short period of time, and there was not any positive news, perhaps a rapid fall may soon follow, all this is very suspicious.
Rapid fall? Why? I think bitcoin needed some big push and this rise was it. To be fair as I see there is very optimistic feeling among a lot of bitcoin users + it's an amazing news for miners too, a lot of people were leaving bitcoin mining because of it's unprofitability, price has increased by more than 25%. What kind of sudden fall do you expect? From 5000 to 4000? I highly doubt it will come lower, even highly soubt price will come to 4K, maybe will be in stuck between 4500-5000 and then rise slowly or possibly it will reach 6K in few days.
3300  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Strategy to overcome losses .. on: April 03, 2019, 08:07:50 PM
That thinking is wrong from the begining, overcoming from loses means looking for ways to profit and in casino we all know that such thing doesn't exist, luckily you will win or lose, this is 50/50 move and it's even bettee if you play without strategy, this way luck is on your side and with strategy, to my mind - not and even math is against you too.
