3301  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which coin made you a millionaire? on: August 05, 2022, 10:44:13 PM
It'd be interesting to know how people find and analyse good long term projects that made insane profits. Can you list:

1. How you found the coin
2. Why you believed in the project
3. Why are you still holding or why you sold

I am not a millonaire yet but I bought HEX at $.05 about a year ago and sold at $.20. I thought a made a nice profit but HEX did another 2.5x.

I found HEX by watching a youtube channel and I believe in HEX because Richard Heart seems like a smart dude. I sold because I was dumb back then.

if you're already investors five or six years when those top coins in the market are on their start-up and you are investing a huge amount of money you'll likely earn millions, I'm not yet a millionaire if your term is on the dollar but on our currency yes I already reached millions and these are from Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and XRP some shitcoins that are not here anymore and don't worth mentioning.
It's all about being an early bird and knowing what and how to look the risk is too high now than it was before because there are good projects that cannot keep up and developers just abandon their platforms.

3303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Man Collapses after Allegedly Losing a $400 Loan at a Betting Shop on: August 05, 2022, 02:11:35 PM
According to the story, a man collapsed after he lost $400(the equivalent 200k in my local currency) loan at a betting shop called Bet9ja. This money was borrowed from loan shark operators for pay for his house rent however. The man thought that he may be able to double it he took it to a betting shop. Sadly, he lost all the money to a virtual game. Now, he is mostly likely going to be kicked out of his apartment and wind up homeless on the street.

It's unbearable for him, imagine losing $400 instantly from a loan coming from a loan shark, loan sharks are notorious in giving high interest rate every time you delay your payment, I guess the guy doesn't have the money to pay his loan, this is the worst way to lose, you will still feel better if it's your own money, I could not imagine myself getting a loan from a loan shark only to lose everything in gambling.
If you're gambling money coming from a loan you are not thinking correctly, responsible people will never do such a thing.

3304  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1xbit dispute on: August 04, 2022, 09:13:01 AM
Every time I come new thread about 1XBIT here in this section or on the scam section it always follows with the word "not paying" or "scam" so I'm like here we go again, or the same old story, without even reading the whole content I just knew they are accusing you of cheating without explaining, they don't care if you are going to create an accusation here or file a complaint in gambling review sites, They just don't care, but we care and we are alarmed.
3305  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how much would someone need in Crypto this bear run to become a millionaire? on: August 04, 2022, 02:17:24 AM
Realistically how much would someone need in Crypto this bear run to become a millionaire aide next bull run?

You have a positive attitude in this bear market which is good but this is also the time that you need to be very careful on picking the right coin to buy as some coins are not moving up in the bull run

Quote
I know it depends and one alt that pulls a Shiba could mean a small amount. I guess I’m just figuring a general BTC ETH type investment and maybe other higher-ranked Alts.
Shiba is doing well right now in this bear it's good to hold got the next bull run profit, your portfolio should consist of coins that have proven their worth in the bear market you can take, new coins but be sure you did your research

Quote
Assuming we break ATHs again and maybe even clear above a $100k BTC how much money should someone try and get in during this bear/sideways market now?
It always comes to money that you can afford to lose and money that you have spared never invest your life savings remember Luna and Celsius, many investors pour in their life savings and look what happens.

Quote
I’m afraid you would still need like $50k or more to make that kind of money and I do not make enough money to hit that goal within the year...but I’m hopeful maybe $10k could make at least six figures as that seems more realistic for many people here.
If you have that money and it's not coming from loan or life savings and you are a true risk taker then go for it, expect the best but have a grasp of the worse.

3306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Discussion] Should Gambling be Banned? on: August 04, 2022, 01:30:04 AM
I have no problem banning gambling in Islamic countries that don't want to take advantage of it. Nor am I insisting that it should be legalized just because of multiple interests, but it is more likely for me to accept any reason to ban or legalize it.

Indonesia prohibits gambling, but in fact some online casinos get away with it without a clear ban. Some online slots and applications are left without restrictions even though they are in Indonesian jurisdictions. It just depends on the corrupt government, it's really up to them.
You could really expect that there would be exemptions whenever we do talk about corruption or something and since we do live on an era where connections and accessibility is easy then getting rid of something

is really hard to be completely blocked 100% since we are already on an era where everything could really be easily accessed through online despite on banning it completely.
I dont really see for it to be needed to be banned as long the government would impose such strict rules and reminders about gambling addiction and related to it.
People wont be really ending up on a disaster if they do just simply play in moderation.
The government can't keep up there's always new technology available that will give access to online gambling casinos, even if you're living in a country where there is a high restriction on gambling there are always companies that will provide you tools to access, that is why VPN is very in demand because they know that some countries and some companies are restricting some parts of the region and they are here to provide access in exchange for subscription, because of the ban VPN companies are making a profit.
VPN are a multi million industry where gambling is in existence VPN are there, its their partner for accessibility.

Welcome to Bitcointalk forum
From content above seems withdrawal is only available with Tron is there provision to add additional withdrawal methods i.e, if you can support withdrawal with another cryptocurrencies
like btc, LTC, bnb and dogecoin. Secondly seems this is just a testnet website maybe v.1?

The game is very much associated with Tron it's a casino that promotes Tron, this discussion doesn't deserve to be here it should be on another section for altcoins, OP up to know is not yet wearing a copper account, I wonder what's keeping him from wearing one if you can manage to set up a casino you need a copper account if you're promoting here, it's for your own good to take out all the limitation of being a newbie
3308  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and MLM Schemes on: August 03, 2022, 01:13:41 PM
I just heard that gambling is just like MLM schemes as people only loses both in gambling and MLM schemes ?
Is it true ?
I can't find any similarity between gambling and MLM system. In the MLM system you can earn money by joining someone else. They may have more additional requirement in case of withdrawal. But gambling is completely different. Here you will either win or lose. If you win, you will be able to withdraw money immediately.

So you are saying that in MLM we can only win , while playing gambling we can win and lose both  Huh
If the MLM have a fair system and allows people to earn something, MLM can bring winning but what I see in reality, it is hard to see people in the lower rank earn something good for them. Only people with big followers can earn big while people below them earn less than the upline. But in gambling, the chance for us to lose will be bigger as we need luck to help us win. We need to be wise while using both MLM schemes and gambling so that we do not lose too big money when we lose.

That's true to earn from MLM you need to have a good public relation skill you need to be an excellent presenter and have a magnetic personality, if you are just a follower you need to be in a good team so they can help you earn also, You have a chance in MLM than gambling you don't need skill in gambling even if you have the skill you will still rely on luck,  there's no similarity in gambling and MLM you can be successful in MLM but in gambling its unlikely.
3309  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is It For The Money Or For The Sport Or A Clear Exploitations on: August 03, 2022, 09:07:39 AM
It could be that promoters exploit their popularity while they still have supporters who will support them in competing.
We can support the fight in the ring but also refuse it.
But even if we reject it, we don't know if it will work because if the promoter has someone behind it, the event will continue and more will follow.
But maybe it's common sense to exploit such fights to entertain the audience, although we might think it would be weird.

Checking the fight it's clearly exploitation the Iranian Hulk has zero boxing skill, he just sign up for the money he even dedicated the fight to his country when he even doesn't know how to throw a punch, I don't think he is even into a fist fight, it's very obvious on this fight, he should not take the fight and just become a powerlifter because that's what he loves to do not fighting, I don't think he will even have a second fight no promoter will put him in the ring, he could get himself kill.
3310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is TRON dead? on: August 03, 2022, 06:03:03 AM
Lately I am doing a lot of analyse on the tron blockchain, the old and the new dapp's developed. I don't know if you are familiar with trx dapps but most of them are dead or a big lack of developement. Myself I see tron as a better alternative to bnb(shit)/eth(shittier), but it seems the masses don't want to accept it or use it.

Why do you think Tron network is not being used to its high potential?

pls no spam replies
I still have the Tron I bought three years ago its sitting in my wallet and just waiting for a wonder just like what happened to Dogecoin I bought my Tron when Justin Sun was on top of the team he gets a lot of hype back then, I could have dumped it because it's not giving me profit but Tron is something that you're looking for a token fast and cheap and a lot of casinos I'm playing and some merchants I'm using have Tron on their option so it's not about profit anymore but on its usage, but I'm still waiting for the day that Tron gets the pump it long deserves, so far Volume is still good it's not yet time to give up on Tron and I think that's the general sentiment of majority of Tron's holder.
3311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in Casino tokens such as BFG, OWL or TFS on: August 03, 2022, 12:00:58 AM
snip

It's a personal choice indeed, people who invest to casino related assets mostly aiming for passive profits, they are all okay with waiting they will continue to hold till the market for the coin grows to their target value, not that quick as you mentioned, the developers needs to work with bigger exchange to attract more traders to invest and start hyping the value of the coin..

Not easy to take the risk as there's also a high chance that the value might collapse if interest with the development won't gain
investors trust.
As we can see that most gambling tokens doesnt really get that much attention despite of the site popularity
Take a look for this example https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/rollbit-coin/
We know that the  site and project is a success but still the price of its coin do still tanking.
Nothing is assured thats why i do really put less interest on considering investing with these type because you cant really able to determine
whether it would skyrocket or would just simply plummets.
But they are more stable than trending coins like NFT and MEME based coins I did not invest in Rollbit but only have BFG and Owl and so far my investment is doing good staking yielding me a good profit, it very different results based on the community support and belief of the investors that the coin they've invested will be a long term profit, I believe these token-based casinos have not yet reached their full potential.
3312  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you stop gamble if your girl friend insists ? on: August 02, 2022, 11:09:37 PM
Many people obey their girl friends more than anyone else.

What if their girl friend insists you to stop gambling  Huh Will you Stop  Tongue

It all depends on the situation if you think that you are gambling too much and your girlfriends think that you're getting too much of it and just want to help you and you really love her, so yes I will stop gambling its not easy to stop but I will obey her it's for the good of our relationship but if gambling is just recreational for me I will try to explain to her that I'm not very much into it and it's not harming my pocket and our relationship, your girlfriend loves you if he sees that you are involved in something that strains your relationship.
3313  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So we've gone from 1 meme coin to one hundred now ? on: August 02, 2022, 02:36:14 PM
Not just shiba, but there's a dozen different others I think.
I tried a couple of them, just to see how they behave in this bear market.
To my surprise one of them was 20% in profit last time I checked ( after about a month ) the other one $50 in profit after one day. Not bad !  Grin

Go on as long as you invested with money that you can afford to lose, and you fully understand how the market reacts to trending types of coins, they are the type of coins that now they are pumping but after a few weeks people began to dump them because of loss of support, just be sure you follow trend coins that you're investing and see the best time to dump them for profit, what's trending now, will be replaced by a new one.

3314  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Teofimo Lopez vs Pedro Campa - Aug 13 on: August 02, 2022, 01:22:54 PM
Latest training video of Teofimo Lopez here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-SBgKqED2TU

He seems to be bulking up really nicely at 140 lbs, and I reckon he can even go at high as 147 lbs or could be walking around that weight he is not fighting.

And here is Campa: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CqdecRus8fc

Gonna be intriguing fight, but it's hard not to root for Lopez here.

Campa looks good here but I don't think he'll have an edge against Lopez, Lopez happens to be the man that beat the man and he earn that title but its a very exciting fight to look forward to, Lopez needs to win this match to get into the title contention and erase people's impression on him after his loss against Kambosos, his loss against Kambosos is a big nightmare.
3315  Economy / Gambling / Re: duelbits stole my money. ( one of the secret games swirling in the background ) on: August 02, 2022, 07:04:44 AM

If you can't give a reason for something, it's stealing. Everything is clear and clear.

Why not miscommunication first before you take up the word stealing

Quote
For God's sake, $55 is good money for people. This is indirect stealing. or clipping.

Yes It's good money but you are not accusing a robber or a notorious scammer

Quote
Dear coin-investor , Sometimes I come across your posts. try to be with the customer. I guess there are casinos for which you are responsible.
I'm not part of any support of casinos here I'm just a member of this forum who gives input on the discussion

Quote
The 10 percent cashback promotion on their homepage is open to everyone. The conditions are very simple .. they say make a bet, if you lose we will give you 10 percent back.

Believe me, I'm supporting you on this if you really deserve and I support winners that deserve their winnings and I'm against scammers

Quote
I think your math is good but your logic is not. You didn't understand a very simple thing.

I have a failing grade on Math but fair on logic, if you get robbed by a robber then it's stealing but if you've been shortchanged then take up your case and ask for an explanation, calling anyone a robber if it only communication is such a bad start

3316  Economy / Gambling / Re: duelbits stole my money. ( one of the secret games swirling in the background ) on: August 02, 2022, 02:08:05 AM
Just because you did not get your cashback you are accusing Duelbits of stealing your money and that is only 10% cashback of your $550 bet which means you are asking for $55 cash back, I don't see the logic why would they stole $55 when they have thousands of dollars in their promotion
Quote
duelbits stole my money
is not the right word, you should create a topic about your issue in a manner that you are asking to get addressed not accusing them, again for $55?! I don't see the logic or my math is not good.
3317  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Bounty Manager Legit_Alt+ PREVIOUS CAMPAIGNS? on: August 01, 2022, 10:59:41 AM
What are the other campagins that bounty manager Legit_Alt+ conduct before and paid to the bounty hunters    https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2704646

I wonder if Legit_Alt+ is aware of this issue, based on how he asked us he seems to be doing an investigation on Legit_Alt+ the easiest to do that is to check his posts and check the scam section if he has a complaint, some bounty hunters will complaint if they did not receive their rewards, OP did not care to drop here and answer our question this is the first time I encounter a member asking about a particular bounty managers reputation.
3318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Fernando Martinez vs Jerwin Ancajas rematch - Oct.8 on: August 01, 2022, 08:08:23 AM

However, is Ancajas really ready for this rematch? I don't know what kind of adjustment he will do but I will trust his camp to do their very best to make Ancajas fit and 100% prepared for this rematch. They should learn from the first fight.
Judging from the first fight he should not do what he did and do something new to surprise Martinez, Martinez has already measured him he has taken every big punch Ancajas can ditch off, I noticed in their last fight that he is looking for one punch, he should not do that and just take every minute and fight a good fight forget that one big punch, it will come when the opportunity opens up

Quote
Ancajas should also not think that he needs to win because PH has not many active champions currently. He should focus on winning not for that purpose.
There is a new Filipino world champion in Apolinario he just knocked out Buthelezi in round one to win the IBO world flyweight title I hope the Philippines can have one more champion in Ancajas.
3319  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would you be able to advise me on Non-compliant Crypto ? on: July 31, 2022, 11:43:35 PM
Hello '

Would you be able to advise me on ADA, ATOM, VET and XLM? I worry that I am holding non-compliant crypto in my portfolio

Thank you "

Compliant to government or regulators? there are a lot of good coins that do not have compliance and they are still good and there are coins that have all the requirements but still end up a failure in the market, compliancy is good but it's still worth looking at the mechanism and the platform of the coin that you are supporting, remember Cryptocurrency is highly volatile and every coin could have an experience on what happened to Luna, so just follow the development and update on the coin you're holding, the worst thing that could happen to you is you're late when bad things happen to one of the coins you're holding.
3320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: taking out a loan for a sports bet (UPDATE) + fixed match on: July 31, 2022, 11:27:08 PM
It is very easy to borrow and so hard to pay off.
I have never met a single person in my life who has borrowed the money and paid off the way they borrowed the money.
If the loan is taken for some good reason like for starting any business then it is good and it can be paod off. But for gambling or anything like that is pretty much awful decisions in my opinion.

If the OP can verify the reliability of his insider information. Taking a loan will not gonna hurt much to boost his bets but not the point that loan an amount worth a forune and invest it on gambling. I agree to your opinion if we are talking about normal gambling here but the OP case is different because he is claiming that he has an insider information that will give him an advanced info on the outcome of the game which is really happening in sports on some countries.

Only he can answer how reliable those pieces of information that are coming to him, even in fixed games there are fake news or fake tips what if it turns out to be one of those fake tips, it's gambling, not business if he is taking a loan for a business he'll have his own business even if it collapses he can still sell his business and pay whatever amount is left but if he loses in gambling, all his money is wiped out and he will have to work to pay his loan, it's always a bad idea to take a loan to gamble.
