1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Beterbiev vs. Bivol - Undisputed Light Heavyweight Championship on: Today at 03:28:56 PM

WBA light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol will remain on the June 1st card to fight a replacement opponent after his fight against IBF/WBC/WBO 175-lb champ Artur Beterbiev suffered a ruptured meniscus knee injury and will be out of action while recovering.

ESPN reports that Bivol (22-0, 11 KOs) will stay on the June 1st card at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Fans on social media would like to see David Morrell face Bivol as the replacement. Morrell is currently scheduled to fight Radivoje Kalajdzic for the vacant WBA ‘regular’ light heavyweight title on August 3rd on His Excellency Turki Alalshikh’s card at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles.

Source https://www.boxingnews24.com/2024/05/bivol-to-fight-replacement-opponent-on-june-1st-after-beterbiev-injury/

This just came out 18 hours ago, as I am posting this Bivol will face a guy named Malik Zinad he is undefeated in 21 fights with16 knockouts but only ranked number 9 in the standing, he gained that number of knockouts because he's fighting patsies, I don't think Bivol will have a hard time disposing of this guy but at least he can keep himself busy while waiting for Beterbiev to recuperate.

The postponement is unfortunate, it deprived the boxing community of the excitement in the Light Heavyweight division, but because this is already a done deal, they will hopefully face this year.

By the way, this is Malik Zinad fight highlights, as you can see many of his fights are held in small venues and if the fight with Bivol push through that will be his first fight in big venues

2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how long do we think memecoins narrative is going to last ? on: Today at 02:25:44 PM

Now, do you really think this memecoin will do a thing especially when I believe the meme season is over

Until a new trend pops up that will gain the interest of investors or until the main supporter of Memes Elon Musk decides that he will leave these memes and promote coins that are more worthy to promote than these memes
the meme trends will continue, whales and developers are making a lot of money so they will continue to feed the market and they will continue to create and pump these memes.

These memes are annoying there are many stories of people losing investing in memes, they are everywhere there are memes related to AI, and there are memes related to NFT, but the worst is you don't know what meme will pump 100x it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack, all these developers are saying the same thing they are the next Doge or Shiba Inu.
3  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: A Max Win is the worst thing that could happen to you. on: Today at 01:27:08 PM

Well, this time i have 3 questions for the community, i want to see what people think about how gambling works nowadays.
If you could do KYC process before making a deposit, would you do it?

If that is the casino that you're going to play with a huge amount of money, and if you trust the casino then doing a KYC before depositing and playing is a good idea, but that does not guarantee that they will not ask you again or they will not flag your account, if there's a violation then they can ask for a KYC again or ask to submit additional information.

Quote
When a user wins a huge amount the real nightmare starts, the users have to complete the worst KYC process he will see in his life, so, should users be afraid of getting a Max Win?
If the casino is reputable and has no record of withholding their winners' payout however huge it may be and you believe that you can pass KYC because you are complete with all the documents that they are going to ask for and most importantly your account is clean then you deserve your payout.

If they refuse your payout you can post an accusation of scam here in Bitcointalk or ask casino review sites for mediation if they lose and they still hold your payout then they will mark the casino as a scam, and it will have a negative effect on their reputation.

4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Nery For Undisputed 122lbs Title - May on: Today at 01:00:39 PM
However, it appears his next opponent is not very good and we can be quite certain that this will be in Japan again. Inoue might not become something similar to Pacman in fame after he retires.

Who will be his next opponent? was it already announce? I hope it will be Casimero as I've been waiting for a long time to see these two make a conclusion about who is the better between them. Casimero making joke on Inoue again, he said if it was him who hit Inoue, Inoue might not be able to continue, well, it's true that Casimero has the power that's probably the reason why Inoue does not accept his challenge.

There's a rumor that Sam Goodman will be his next target that man is if I'm not wrong the number one contender on IBF also on WBF titles.

I try to research about the record of this guy and we can see that he's really a big thing also have good chances to fight Inoue https://boxrec.com/en/box-pro/832952

But we don't know yet if they really aim to fight Goodman so lets wait for their official announcement since for sure they provably release the names of their next possible opponent. Also for sure Inoue's camp will not chase for any possible match up against Casimero since they don't have anything to take from him that's why Casimero will be less on their priorities. But who knows right? If Casimero will be the mandatory challenger maybe we can see this fight to happen.

Goodman is not a good option there's no challenge, even though Goodman is undefeated he is not the kind of fighter that can give problems to Inoue, people will label him cherry-picking his opponent when the only fighter that can give him real challenge is Casimero.

I don't know if Inoue's handlers and promoters are turning blind for not seeing Casimero bashing and despising Inoue on social media, people will think now that Inoue was knocked down he is vulnerable and someone like Casimero can knock him out.

Inoue's handlers are taking good care of Inoue by picking the right challenger that he can easily beat, he is no different from Canelo who knows who he will fight to establish his legacy.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Between females and males, who are more resistant to gambling losses?  on: Today at 11:47:12 AM
Yes, you read right as the topic stated. Also, which gender do you think can easily give up on gambling?
I did not rely for studies for my answer I just based it on logic and experience, me it's the females because they are more mature and sensitive if they think that the family they head as a mother and wife will suffer they will do everything to leave gambling and give it up.

Quote
Which gender will get worse when they are addicted to gambling?
The males are the aggressive types they hate to lose and they will always do everything to regain what they've lost, that makes males fit in the category of getting worse when they are addicted to gambling

Quote
Although some woman are strong but majority of the woman population have weak emotions and that is why I feel they will easily give up on gambling because they hate to continually loss and the second point is that since women have weak emotions, they can easily get addicted to gambling and can often practice revengeful gambling.

There is a 2013 study and I believe it's still relevant today the figure may be higher if there is a study but the results will still show that men or males are more prone to gambling addiction because of their aggressive nature, you just have to look on physical casinos to see that its the male that dominate the premises.

Quote
Only 2.9 percent of women were found to be problem gamblers, compared to 4.2 percent of men. Consider the number that we discussed previously to encompass the number of U.S. adults struggling with gambling addiction: 6 million.

6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Canelo Alvarez - Jaime Munguia May 4 Super Middleweight Championship on: May 06, 2024, 03:51:05 PM
I honestly like Jaime Munguia in this game, although he know how good Canelo is, he respected it but he went to fight and try to beat Canelo. He is a definition of a warrior, not afraid to loss and not a afraid to fight a well known boxer.

It was a great battle but it was evident that Canelo has better skills than  Jaime Munguia.

If we look at his record https://boxrec.com/en/box-pro/659924, he had 43 wins and 34 of that are from KO, so that's how good he is, but you know, Canelo is a different breed, he is a champion and a very popular boxer for a reason. it's safe to say that although Munguia have tried, but he is still not yet on the level of Canelo. And for Canelo, I have a message for him, "please fight someone that is on your level"... Grin

Unfortunately, there is news that his next opponent is Berlanga, not yet verified and I don't think Berlanga can offer a challenge against Canelo he is just a regular undefeated fighters he has a good record fighting nameless and low-level fighters to improve his records, if you match him to Benavidez or Munguia Berlanga will not last the whole 12 rounds.

I hope there's a change of mind from Canelo and they agree to match him to a fighter who deserves to share the ring with him and that's David Benavidez, Canelo should fight him don't wait for Father Time to catch him before fighting him or he will be in a disadvantage.

Locking this thread now and we'll wait for his next fight this year.

You did the right thing, sometimes you have to do what needs to be done, you have a campaign running and this harassment is really annoying to the platform that you need to rebrand, this is a good start for Blackjackfun all we ask is to address issues as they come along, which I'm sure you will, I'm sure you will recapture blackjack.fun glory.
I can attest to Blackjack, fun reputation I have been a part of Blackjack.fun old campaign, and its one of the longest campaigns I've participated in, besides Stake and they never miss paying always on time to pay their promoters.
8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you disguise on your real gambling lifestyle just to help a friend/relative? on: May 06, 2024, 02:44:47 PM

Does any of you guys have any negative side of gambling habit in you which literally you advices anyone not to exhibit it?
Or can you afford to hide your real disreputable gambling life just to help an astray gambling friend or relative?

I used to gamble with money that I couldn't afford to lose I used to chase my losses and I used to take a loan just to gamble these are the traits that you don't want your friends or relatives to experience and you can effectively advise them if it's coming from your experience, so its better to be honest and transparent.

Why would you hold out when it's already in the past and since we experienced how it feels, it's just ok to share your experiences and your bad times in gambling so they will avoid these pitfalls.
9  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Nery For Undisputed 122lbs Title - May on: May 06, 2024, 01:49:29 PM

Casimero won't really stand a chance to defeat Inoue at current situation since we know how long could Inoue able to last since aside that he is fast and have powerful punch that guy got lots of air in the bag and this is what Casimero doesn't have so with this Casimero has less chance to defeat Inoue and I'm sure he also knows that.

I am a follower of Casimero on his social media and after Inoue got knockdown Casimero posted that he had never experienced something like that in all his fights he even compared Tete to be a much better fighter than Casimero whom he knockout in round 3 and if they ever met Inoue will be game over against him.

Casimero will keep taunting Inoue until Inoue gives him a chance to fight, but Casimero needs to prove that he is a worthy opponent by getting active again hopefully, Top rank will notice him and line him up but right now all Casimero can do is to insult Inoue.

10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Inoue vs Nery For Undisputed 122lbs Title - May on: May 06, 2024, 10:54:04 AM

I definitely have Inoue as the favorite and I think he can keep his undisputed title and remain an undefeated fighter.
Maybe Nery is great boxer and only has history of one defeat but fighting Inoue is tough thing for him, I sure Nery will really have difficulty in the next fight.

Nobody comes close to Inoue in the Bantamweight division after Nery I don't think he will remain in this division he will  move on the Featherweight and campaign there, if the Inoue's promoters and Casimero's camp will make the fight happen he might delay moving up and face Casimero to put an end in this years of disputes on paper on who is the better fighter.

I have Naoya Inoue winning by knock out, there's nothing extra ordinary with Nery that will give him a hard time the real challenge for Inoue I often says is when he step in the featherweight division, its a division loaded with Superstars.
11  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Scam phone call scheme on: May 05, 2024, 04:45:46 PM

12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think casinos can stop demanding KYC? on: May 05, 2024, 03:48:11 PM
It's not only the gambling casinos that asked for KYC online and offline platforms that have a seller-customer relationship it is the protection of both sellers and customers to see to it that the platforms are true to what the platform demands of their customers.

In online casinos, it's being used to trace cheaters and launderers, they need to protect their platform and KYC is a good method to trace scammers and cheaters, casinos are successful in tracing bad players using KYC so I don't think casinos will do away KYC even if it's unpopular to players.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much of my salary should I use to gamble on: May 05, 2024, 01:57:59 PM
Gambling is becoming a popular thing in my locality almost everyone gamble and even colleagues gamble and engage in gambling related discussions at work,  so gambling is legal and very popular so there is no Shame in using part of a salary to gamble with that is why I am asking the question of what the right percentage from my salary that I should use to gamble?

Family needs and the bills should be our priorities, and the allocated amount should be in any way interfere with the finances of the family for me the ideal is 5% of the salary and income for the whole month.

I get my salary every week so I can allocate properly the money that I can use for gambling, the most important is to be satisfied with what you allocate, avoid chasing your losses, and be honest with yourself that you cannot get rich gambling you need to be extremely lucky to get rich.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Canelo Alvarez - Jaime Munguia May 4 Super Middleweight Championship on: May 05, 2024, 10:54:33 AM
Canelo with another spectacular performance. He may not be the same Canelo a few years ago but his experience, ring IQ and skills are too much for the young hungry Mungia. I did not thought Canelo can put down Mungia who's chin is already proven after so many battles. I believe that was the first time Mungia was put down in his pro career.
As we all expected another Canelo performance, he knows what to do in the ring and how to size up Munguia, Munguia suffered his first knockdown and his lose, he will learn a lot from this fight as he is still young, just like how Canelo learned from his first loss against Floyd, loss I agree that something is lacking in Canelo's performance but he still a lot of great fights ahead of him.

Quote
What's next for Canelo? It'll be unclear since he still has a lot of options. This fight is his last with PBC so I doubt he will ever face Benavidez. I expect Canelo to sign with Eddie. Canelo might pick easier fights like Berlanga, Jermall or Crawford.

I think he will hold on to his legacy and titles by fighting opponents that he thinks he can beat, I'm not too fond of a Jermall fight, Crawford can offer a good challenge but a Benavidez fight will put him a step closer to being unquestionably the best Mexican fighter, but will he give Benavidez a chance, we'll see the boxing organizations and experts knows Canelo's road to further greatness is beating the guy named Benavidez.
15  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Dive Into Bitwinup: The Ultimate Crypto Trading Arena is Here! 🎲 on: May 04, 2024, 03:42:17 PM

Marketing a gambling site in this forum is a good trick to attract user interest, especially as the reputation of this forum is very large among bitcoin and altcoins players, just look at how the crypto gambling sites that have been marketing on this forum for a long time, they have gained a ++ reputation because of that, it would be a shame if didn't make good use of this forum, the OP and the team are definitely evaluating the effectiveness of the marketing they are carrying out, the OP has also announced that they will again announce the time when they will start the campaign again.

One criterion not really the main criteria but a criterion that you can include in looking for a reputable casino to play is how they do marketing, sorry I'm not stealing this thread but look at big casinos in the industry like Stake they have a continuity of marketing and that sets them apart from the rest.

We just never know but there will be similar concepts like Bitwinup coming up with huge marketing allocation and people will forget the one who started it all if they have none ongoing.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Canelo Alvarez - Jaime Munguia May 4 Super Middleweight Championship on: May 04, 2024, 03:20:13 PM

Both make the weight easy and looks ready to go to war, Canelo is still the favorite.

Hopefully you already got your bets in this fight, for those who love to bet on a live underdog, then Munguia could be your guy as he is obviously looking to upset one of the best Super middle weight in recent years.

Munguia is a heavy underdog here and he will be in unfamiliar territory because in many of his fights, he is the aggressor and always tries to take down his opponent through his aggressiveness, this is the first time that he will fight someone who has controlled aggressiveness whose time is great who has a flawless defense and with a sleek movement.

I highly doubt if he can beat Canelo through decision, Canelo is a master of compiling points and he likes to break down his opponent, I hope Munguia learned Bivol's style of beating Canelo and he does this by counterpunching and fighting intelligently.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Devin Haney vs Ryan Garcia on April 20 on: May 04, 2024, 02:46:42 PM
I speculated that it's either Ryan,

a. Knows that he is taking PEDS
b. Doesn't know that he is taking PEDS
c. Doesn't know, but he did take contaminated supplements that's why he tested positive

And we all know that Ryan is good for business in boxing and this could flew under the radar and be quiet about it. But there could be someone that break this news to someone that's why it become so big right now.

My bet is
Quote
c. Doesn't know, but he did take contaminated supplements that's why he tested positive
We have seen Ryan smoking, and drinking in so many videos, and athletes are known to take supplements or foods that turn out with the amount of contaminated chemicals, there's a possibility that the fight could turn to a no contest so Haney will still have an unblemished record but with a wounded ego.

It may somewhat affect Ryan's reputation but he is still going to attract a lot of attention he is not the only superstar who has this kind of issue and this could happen to athletes without them knowing it.

Ryan must try to clear his name if he thinks he is innocent because if not every fight will cast suspicion if he is fighting clean, and every opponent he will face will bring this out.
18  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔥🎲Bons Telegram| 500% cash bonus For the first deposit🔥🎲 on: May 04, 2024, 01:29:56 PM
There are very few telegram-based casinos in the industry and Bons telegram is likely to succeed if they keep on their marketing and actively updating their thread so far they are doing good they do not have a complaint and hopefully if they are going to have one they will be fast enough to address it.

Telegram is the best choice as a communication channel for gamblers and Cryptocurrency investors so they don't have to refer people to Telegram because they are likely to have one.
19  Economy / Services / Re: Hiring someone to work 1 hour a day on ebay we share profits. on: May 04, 2024, 12:59:22 PM
Does this relate to dropshipping?

I'm sure it is because drop shipping is the main business of people who are involved as affiliates on Ebay although there are other ways for people to make money from Ebay I doubt if OP can hire or find partners to work with him partnerships need trust between two people.
Based on his profile trust, he has a flag and it will show to people who are not even part of this thread and just visiting this thread, and the trust ratings are not good I wonder why he keeps bumping this thread when no one will trust him.

20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why do casinos require users to verify their identity through a KYC policy? on: May 04, 2024, 12:22:22 PM
I've read a lot of comments in this board stating that a user is required to undergo KYC if their account is suspected of cheating. Can anyone explain how it is necessary related to the subject? A detailed explanation would be better, but everyone's ideas are welcome, as I believe it's worth discussing so gamblers will not be misled regarding this matter, which pops up from time to time.

Its all because of compliancy on the license the casino is holding and to make sure players do not violate their terms of service like multi accounting and playing from restricted countries and the player is not minors and of age.

If you're a big bettor the casino will also ask your proof of income to make sure that you are betting within your means.

KYC policy is a sign that the casino operate in a legal ways just like banks and online exchanges, they know who their customers are and the players are the people they are targeted to play in their platform.
