That's great update but if they are "charging on only profit not in loss, also no entry exit charges". So they are affordable on this logic? I believe so, the percentage is coming out of the profit, so it gives room for zero charges and makes the whole project user friendly, this i believe will give Luxcess room to attract a lot of investors to this venture and increase their capital base I agree with you that is true my friend told me about luxcess and when i went checking everything out i saw that it is a very promising ico and that it would reach the top very fast. Yea, is sure is. they have a lot to dish out and offer great investment both from the fiat and crypto investors, with investors having total control over their capital and you can, at any time, decide to raise your capital, withdraw one part or withdraw the entire capital without an entry or exit charge. |

Yeah, some good publicity considering they are listed on all the ICO rating sites, it's a good way to get product more well known and continue to raise funds. I hope fortysevenbank can continue the good work and communicate with some exchanges in preparation. 47Bank is already huge project. Think if this is listing on big and reputed exchanges then we will see soon with new price. Luxcess is more of an investment platform with various plans to boost their portfolios, ranging from cryptocurrency to forex trading , the benefits of such is the diversification that will help the projects bring in multiple streams of income, you can visit the first page of the thread and go through their whitepaper This is one of the main selling points, the fact that it has a big range from not only cryptos but forex trading aswell. This will bring in people from the forex side of things aswell as cryptos. Indeed forex and crypto combination is very attractive. But there will be huge hurdle and challenge in both the markets as both have different regulatory issues. I am curious how Luxcess will solve this. I also spotted a typo error on the website, it says "ROYAL PLAFORM" on one of the hyperlink buttons on main page. 12% bonus is not generous. Lets see how investors are taking it. Luxcess should check their documents prior to publishing to avoid so many typos. I am seeing discussion about that for long time now. Please be careful about about that team. This will not give good feeling if it continues. I actually think 12% is a good number, if you are offering 20-25% bonus as a pre-sale, this is what promotes "dumping" upon listing, people will want there 20% bonus straight away resulting instant profit. If you stick to a relatively low number but still benefical for the early investors, it gives a mixed best of both worlds. Are there or what are the thresholds for KYC during the ICO?

Our bank will definitely ask for KYC for investors who have contributed>20k USD. If the amount of your potential investment is smaller, feel free to contribute and we will not ask any further documents. Well, that's reasonable considering the fact that the amount is on the high side as against many requesting for KYC on any amount, do you require a specific document or a set of documents for this?, because i've seen some projects requesting for a whole lot just for KYC |

Datasecurity for this ICO Looks like the ICO was checked, but what part. It is on the ICO page so it appears that the ICO itself was checked. If I would have used the savedriod app to simplify the ICO process, I would have 7.5% less tokens, but hey, it would have made it easy. It is quite normal the everybody should think that the ICO was approved by TÜV. The TÜV Logo is not a seal of quality, it only says that Savedroid and the way of work complies with data protection requirements. What is TÜV? Is that the financial authority for Germany? You can see the TÜV certficate on Savedroid's website, it took me one google search to find it... which took about 5 seconds... Heres the link KRACH - https://ico.savedroid.com/resources/To add further, that certificate certifies savedroid of compliance with legal requirements in protection of customer information (privacy) and compliance with international standard ISO/IEC 27000 which is about IT-security (information security management systems, roughly translated) Yeah I think Krach made an error and didn't notice this information CLEARLY on the Savedroid website, but it's okay everyone make mistakes don't take it to heart. Not really sure why Krach has an agenda against Savedroid. Savedroid has TUV certificate, working product, responsive/hard-working team, massive support and high demand. You've said it all, this is one of the best ICOs of this year and i'm glad to be part of the community, there is no communication gap, i usually find it hard investing in ICOs because of some personal bad experiences and frankly, it took me sometime to join savedroid, i followed this thread judiciously before investing and i believe i made the right decision, my personal opinion |

I have a few questions, Is there any plan for the token to be listed on exchange after the ICO and how soon will that be? What will happened to the unsold token? Finally, why is the ICO period that long?

We are planning to be listed on several exchanges right after ICO ends. Working hard on this. At first at smaller ones like EtherDelta, KuCoin and later we will be heading to bigger exchanges like Poloniex, Binance and Bittrex. We are already negotiating with exchanges about listing our tokens right after the ICO, as this process takes time. Talking about unsold tokens - they will not be generated. We generate tokens which we sell, no more, no less, so there is nothing to be burned. Wow, this is going to be huge and i do agree with you on starting with the smaller exchanges, the bigger ones can be hectic to join, so instead of stalling the project, is best to start with the available ones and move to the top, Forty Seven Bank is moving forward |

I will admit I hadn't heard of the famous investors before, but I've done a little research and I understand they're a big deal in the German fintech industry.
Sebastian Diemer is a successful investor and he has been the CEO of a number of companies, most recently he's the CEO of Finiata, they provide funding for SME's and Freelancers from a range of different industries.
Hanno Fichtner is also an investor who is the founder and CEO of Gabi insurance in San Francisco. They review customers current insurance and finds you the right coverage at the best rates.
Felix Haas is a German entrepreneur and investor who is the co-founder and founding partner of 5 different businesses, he is also on the supervisory board at Lottoland and he is the chairman of Bits & Pretzels which is Germany's biggest founders event.
Daniel Hopfner is also a very well known investor in Germany and he is the Founder & CEO of 3 different companies; PressMatrix, IDEA Consultancy & B10.
A great list of well known investors, if these successful entrepreneurs have bought SVD it should be a good reason to invest!
You did way more investigation than i did I looked up sebastian saw he was legit, and assumed the rest were good, the fact is the people spreading FUD are just doing it to either just spread fud cause there children trying to make trouble, or their investors trying to get people to dump to their buy orders. People in fintech willing to put their face on investments seems to be a pretty good sign that they at least have some faith in what the team is attempting to pull off. Way more than enough to reassure my mind But thats me as i always say everyone needs to do their own investment investigating till their comfortable. Yeah I just wanted to find out a little bit more about them and I was impressed, they have great track records and a good history of investing in successful businesses and ideas! Obviously because these guys have invested doesn't mean that we should follow them without doing any research, it's incredibly important to DYOR. Savedroid clearly look up to Sebastian, Hanno, Felix and Daniel and they must be really pleased that they decided to invest. I have already done my research and was already impressed by Savedroid project, and now this big investors investing in SVD is good news for me. But still I will only money which I can afford to lose. My plan is to buy in parts depend on project progress. That is the best plan with any investment; at times when a project is great it can be worth an added risk if it can be afforded. The team done a great job so far especially with the constant updates. I think the team can consider timely updates maybe a 5 min video twice a month or so? just a proposition. Great stuff so far. Yea, big investors don't just invest, they only invest when they believe in something, savedroid just gave a lot of people reasons to invest and they are doing so, FUD will keep coming but who cares, a good project like this will surely keep going |

In this topic there has been some critique about it earlier, the reason why luxcess postponed this is because they have been working on legal issues
It is a good thing they have acknowledged that and working on the fix. Legal work is by far the most critical; It is good they let us all know that that has been the priority recently just so no one would get weird ideas. That's good to hear, this just shows that they are listening to the community, communication they say is of utmost importance and they just proved to be working towards that, Luxcess project is going towards the right direction. |

I did not read that at all. I think that's great. If you want to start an ICO, they will help you in every step. This makes it easier and may also lead to poorly prepared ICOs, as often seen, disappearing from the scene Yeah the whitepaper is really insightful with the features Forty seven bank presents one can engage in good icos just like Faulerwilli highlighted I just hope forty seven bank can implement all their features successfully It is very simplified to be honest. Straightforward too. There is alot of emphasis on what makes 47 different. You will find much details about the API and compliances and how it will support regulations in the UK. You can say that again, they also specify that they will offer unique products like bonds and invent financial products that will give them an edge in the financial niche, which will in turn attract investors, they know the game and these products can be sold to raise more funds for Forty Seven Bank, loving this project by the day |

Sitting here watching the ico page is just astonishing their already over 2b coins sold, and its moving quite fast. I've actually taken to have the savedroid page open on my second monitor because i find it funny just how fast the millions of tokens keep getting sold, i continue to be impressed how well the demand is keeping up into the coming days. Doesn't appear to be letting up at all lol
The fact that the ICO is moving really fast is great. I know from other projects that I followed, that the number of tokens that get sold is huge right after the start of the ICO and then it drops drastically. It's nice to see, that the money keeps coming in for savedroid. they have now sold 33% of the tokens in 24h. the whole reservations are now sold, now it is to be seen, how long it takes for the remaining 67%. Of course, it was initially through the reservations very quickly. many had the worry to get no tokens (I had that too :-)) It will be rumored how fast the pre-ico went and how many tokens were sold in the first 24h. that will lead to fomo and then the rest of tokens are gone within a week :-) The statistic is impressive, approximately 20M € in 24 hours. In my opinion the ICO is sold out within a week. Might go a bit longer just due to the size of the hardcap but the fact is its astonishing to hit 20M in 24hr. Some of the other ICO's ive seen with a lot of excitement didn't come close to going this fast LOL! Another 100M tokens gone since i posted earlier today, its seriously comical watching the counter go. I'd imagine we will see a number of big purchases from whales purchasing up additional bulk coins to shore up their investments considering the popularity of the ICO so far. So we might see some big jumps over the next week Even it takes more than a week, in the end, it won't really matter how fast the whole Sale sold-out. From an investors point of view I wouldn't even be so upset if not all tokens were sold but burned (less tokens in circulation)  But because I want the savedroid team to have as much funds as possible to develop their platform, I hope they raise as much as possible. And I am convinced that can manage to sell all tokens. The ICO just started and there is still a lot of time left. As an investor I always hope the hard caps of the project I invest in will be reached. Yes there are more tokens in supply, but in the long run, if the projects hits the hard cap it means more people believe in it, and it will have higher chances to succeed. So for me it's a no brainer, I hope the hard cap will be reached, and the sooner the better. Yea but a lot of circumstances can also affect the hard cap been reached, like the price, the amount needed for the hard cap, so it varies, a token with a starting price of $0.001 and a hard cap of $2,000,000 can easily be reached than a higher starting price with large volume, so different projects have different specifications Why do you think that the price of the token has anything to do with the likelihood of reaching the hard cap? It makes no difference if they price of a token is 0.01$ and there are 1 bil tokens, or if the price is 1$ and there are 10 mil tokens - the hard cap for both cases is 10 mil dollars. Of course the higher the hard cap is, the harder it is to reach it. I didn't say that a project that doesn't reach the hard cap will always fail. I just think that reaching the hard cap has way more benefits than drawbacks from an investor perspective. I'm not saying it will fail and yes, prices do affect a project , is unethical calling names, i would have given you examples of some ICOs, reason why most ICOs keep the price range between $0.01-0.001, why don't they go for $2-4 instead since they need to raise huge amount?, is logical prices are kept minimal |

Similar question was asked earlier in the thread and the response was that for the time being the identity of their team members will be keep concealed as a result of a clause signed by some members of the team. So I guess that's still the state of things presently. Thus you can't get it any where for now yea I read something similar that the identity of some developers are required to keep anonymous, but I think they will announce it later when it is allowed to do so. Regardless, on their website at the bottom you can find some team members including blockchain developer Many people have been asking about this. Luxcess don't really have much choice and they will have to reveal the identities of their team if they want the ICO to succeed. There are so many scams out there and most people having hard time trusting new ICO's. Transparency is a must if they want to build a mutual trust with their investors. I understand your point and how the revealing of faces can change the tide of the project, some projects have been successful without the team doing the above but hopefully, the team will do the needful, which will in turn boost transparency of Luxcess |

I think projects ico may want to consider this first... It’s a good point you make, I think a better layout or structure to the marketing to easily understand the possibilities of profit on X amount of investment. It would entice more people to invest if they have somewhat of an idea of the potential with this project Yea but i believe the cost will be reasonable and future ICOs should bear in mind that what is worth doing is worth doing well, i've seen a lot of crappy whitepapers from ICOs, first glance just makes such a failure and the team/investors of such project will end up loosing money, if a project like Forty Seven Bank will be able to help them succeed, then they should be prepared for it but like i said, i believe the price will be reasonable and if Forty Seven Bank is saying they can support by providing open source due diligence, then clients should go for them |
