3321  Economy / Speculation / Re: Microsteel keeps buying into BTC on: September 14, 2021, 01:09:51 AM
For those who don't have knowledge, this is legit, Microstrategy purchased additional Bitcoin as Michal Saylor (CEO of Microstrategy) tweeted about it, can be found here: https://twitter.com/michael_saylor/status/1437386724443926535

What do you expect for BTC at the end of 2021?
Still bullish even if there will be upcoming and expected corrections.
For me, this time, breaking the $50,000 again will result in a new all-time-high, we are extremely near to the all-time-high for Bitcoin, with Bitcoin supply on exchanges keeps decreasing, I believe this is a good indicator that we will see more upside prices.
3322  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: LOOK: Biggest financial institution in El Salvador embraces Bitcoin? on: September 14, 2021, 01:03:06 AM
This is expected, as the government of El Salvador already has a law about using Bitcoin as legal tender. This is just the beginning and everything will follow once they saw how useful Bitcoin is.
This can be related to a virus, it will spread throughout El Salvador, not in a short period of time, but it takes time until it will be fully out spread out.
3323  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling awareness for adolescents on: September 14, 2021, 12:58:02 AM
I hope other countries will follow this.
Always remember that "Prevention is always better than cure". Especially in gambling, we all know how risky it is and what is the effect of it for those people who don't have control, it will rekt your life.
With discouraging gambling to people, it will help them to avoid and not try gambling for sure, good move.
3324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How do you cope with the stress of trading? on: September 14, 2021, 12:55:22 AM
I think that trading is one of the most stressful things.
It is a rollercoaster of emotions and if you do not have an outlet, you will make some mistakes easily.
How do you cope with the stress of trading?
What i do from coping stress from Bitcoin is playing mobile games  Grin, and also i do not put my entire time on trading, i checked my trades 2 times a day, in morning and ones in evening.
+1 this is another good choice.

Doing things that not involved any trading or not about trading or markets is the best way. Especially doing things off the screen, not in front of your monitor or phone. Doing leisure things will do, going out too, have some sun and fresh air will do, exercise for a bit.
Always remember that "Not trading is a good position", which means taking a break will make your trading life healthy.
3325  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin in 2022? on: September 14, 2021, 12:53:03 AM
This is kinda difficult, we could lot of scenarios. But it is best to predict the price of Bitcoin in the future with data, data from the past price actions of Bitcoin could be useful and helpful.

If you are familiar with the Bitcoin S2F model by PlanB, it clearly shows how the price of Bitcoin go since the beginning and this model is not only on Bitcoin it can be used and already using on other assets.
As Bitcoin is predicted to be able to reach $100,000 on or before year of 2022. That's why I am bullish on Bitcoin because of this too.

3326  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Does a trader needs to be a full time trader to be successful? on: September 14, 2021, 12:40:08 AM
Another case we can relate this is, "Quit the regular/full-time job, just to become a full-time trader"
By doing full-time in trader, it's still a risk, depends too on how you are trading. We all know how risky trading is, that's why I suggest trying first to be a part-time trader only before doing it full time, if you find it profitable then having more time in trading will probably result in more profits.
3327  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Golden Cross approaching on: September 12, 2021, 04:41:40 PM
I think This is the Best Golden Cross approaching. What do you Think?
https://i.imgur.com/KCSSptp.jpg
I don't really see this having any kind of relevance in the market of cryptocurrencies, I know that this is a very telling sign in the stock market but taking into account the volatility that we witness every single day such event cannot really be used to predict anything because by the time something like that happens the price has moved significantly in one direction or the other, so while it is interesting to think about the repercussions this could have I think the exercise is completely irrelevant.
This is relevant too, but then again, this is another technical analysis, an indicator based on data, more on previous price actions, combinations. So this is still not a 100% guarantee, as you said cryptocurrency is volatile, so it could end up on the opposite side or it will go with the plan but we don't know when or until when it will stay above the gold cross.
3328  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you calculate the entry and exit of your hour / day positions? on: September 12, 2021, 01:13:10 PM
(.....)
For closing position you're using TP, SL or just Market order?

So, before you open your trade position, you don't have a plan? You don't know where your stop loss is, and your price target? If don't, that's difficult and I believe it is a bad practice.
That's why you are having difficulty with that, you should also consider risk management, risk: reward ratio.
With that, you gonna need to identify your stop-loss and price target, so you will know your risk: reward ratio (how much you gonna lose on this trade and how much profit you gonna make, is it worth it?)
3329  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is Bitcoin trading? can Bitcoin trading profitable without having lost? on: September 12, 2021, 12:53:21 PM
Expect the losses.
But you can prevent and minimize the losses if you have good risk management. How to do it? Study, practice, and have a commitment. Trading is not difficult, it involves time and MONEY so you should be careful and dedicated when you start trading, a lot of newbies started to trade but didn't able to stay for weeks, months. So, learning the basics first then slowly going into the above basics will help you to minimize your losses in trading and maximize the profits.
3330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is Solana still bullish now? on: September 12, 2021, 10:02:35 AM
It’s dropping now. It seems that all the money pumps into AVAX, then people sell Solana and buy AVAX
Hahaha, I am also thinking this. These Ethereum alternative, L1 chains are starting to make some noise a few months ago as Ethereum still doesn't manage the very high transaction fees.
I am also afraid with the L1 alternative chains as  L2 like Arbitrum is starting to make a noise, we all know L2 like Arbitrum is built on top of Ethereum so we still don't what will happen.
But I am also into Solana, TVL on their DeFi platforms are extremely increasing a very huge percentage.
3331  Economy / Speculation / Re: [Chart] Bitcoin Summer Outlook: New ATH Coming Soon? on: September 12, 2021, 10:00:03 AM
Do you think Bitcoin will manage to get back on $50,000 within this month?
Because for me, we will see another bearish or sideways month if ever we monthly close below $40,000.  But as you said, the $37,000 - $40,000 level is too strong support Bitcoin, and let's hope it will act a major support until end of the month.
3332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Not all altcoins will recover on: September 12, 2021, 09:43:49 AM
"bUy LoW, seLL hIgH".
Easy to say but difficult to implement. I hope traders should always learn how to trade properly, having a technical analysis will help you be a good trader.
Because, how will you know if the price is already low? And the price is already high? That's why technical analysis is important. And another important is risk management.
3333  Economy / Speculation / Re: The dump was only a funding reset on: September 12, 2021, 09:37:47 AM
in my opinion what happened is very simple:

the price could not break the resistance that was at $52000 and for that reason it dropped a lot, this was not something unexpected because the price was going up a lot and it was clear that at some point people would sell for profits, the markets do not go up forever , people seem to forget about it.
This is a normal scenario for every price action of Bitcoin did above $50,000. As OP said, it can also be a funding reset, but yes the funding reset and it is indeed expected with that kind of a huge dump.
Another thing that I can consider that we experience a huge dump is to stop losses, most of the stop loss place below $50,000 and hitting every stop-loss trigger more dumps then more stop loss being hit that's why we can see an ugly chart, lot of wick candles.
3334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you think about Sonar (PING) on: September 12, 2021, 02:16:50 AM
Based on Binance Smart Chain (BSC). I am not a hater of BSC but I am not interested in altcoins under Binance Smart Chain(BSC).

I checked their website, and they still don't have a product, even a beta product or in testnet or like a prototype, it's just a screenshot and only written in their roadmap that their launching of product is around 2022.
This is already a red flag for, they like given more priority on getting money to the people and listing on exchanges without any product release to the public, even a beta only or prototype.
3335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Pay button with 2 receiving addresses on: September 12, 2021, 02:10:05 AM
Its possible if u can code contract that split the percentage of the payment to you and the seller, but i dont know its possible on Bitcoin without additional layer to deploy contract.
It could be easier if u used Binance Smart Chain or another smart contract platform for deploying it.

Im googlin it, maybe this issue is similar
https://www.reddit.com/r/ethereum/comments/65n2da/a_smart_contract_that_lets_you_split_payments/

It won't work for me, I need simple solution. Is there any solution that makes it easy to transfer altcoins from one address to another? So 1 on 1 which si not mine?

It wont work without contract i think, since theres logical thing (percentage division) need to be executed before its splitted to the 2 addresses.
It won't work indeed. Creating a smart contract is the solution here especially you are talking with Altcoins.
If you are afraid of high transaction fees on Ethereum, there are already a lot of alternatives for Ethereum now, Layer 1 chains or Layer 2 chains.
You can try Solana as an alternative for Ethereum or L2 built on top of Ethereum, like Matic. Or even try Binance Smart Chain which got almost similar to Ethereum.
3336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Avalanche [AVAX] can really get a famous platform for DeFi, store of value + NFT on: September 12, 2021, 02:03:57 AM
Another alternative for Ethereum.
After Solana's popularity exploded, the a huge possibility that Avalanche (AVAX) will be the next. For me, Layer 1 network alternatives for Ethereum are ok for the cryptocurrency community, adoption and innovation are growing.
I am just afraid that people will start comparing or fighting for their layer 1 chains, like AVAX, Solana, and other chains. But overall, I am happy to see Avalanche is growing fast, it is helping the DeFi grow more.
3337  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to understand the market in advance on: September 12, 2021, 01:51:34 AM
First of all, since you are new to this forum. You should first aware to the set of rules of this forum, like do's and don'ts so you will not get banned and can able to continue to learn about cryptocurrency in this wonderful forum.

Newbies - Read before posting - This thread will help you.

Second, add to what others said above about trading or how the market works in cryptocurrency. If you are really newbies like still have no knowledge about trading or cryptocurrency. The best way to do first is "learn the basics", understand first those basics because those basics will be your foundation, understand how cryptocurrency works. And in trading, basics too, chart, chart tools, candles. And don't forget risk management if you are already starting to trade.
3338  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Things I should know before implementing Bitcoin payments into my business? on: September 09, 2021, 11:45:28 PM
Here is a list of a few payment getaways from where you can compare and choose which would be best for you. list-Bitcoin Payment Processors.
+1. Selecting a good and fit for your business Bitcoin payment processor is the best. Coinbase and BTCPay are good for me.

I think what OP means spending twice is double-spend? Or the user accidentally sent a twice transaction?
Another alternative to use is by using the lightning network, I believe this is the best to use too especially if the business is small and as we all know how fast lightning is and almost free transaction fee.
3339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: PancakeSwap Vs Sushiswap – Which is Better? on: September 09, 2021, 02:45:05 PM
There are different things I will consider why I will choose Pancake swap or Uniswap.
First, high transactions - I'll go with Pancake swap to save more fees, I'm not a whale Sad
Volume/TVL - Currently, Pancakeswap got a higher TVL than Uniswap but a very small difference.

I think, there's no need to compare these two since they are on separate blockchain, one is for Binance Smart Chain and one is for Ethereum.
3340  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What is the best program for cloud mining? on: September 09, 2021, 02:35:35 PM
Cloud mining is not worth investing it would be better to buy your own ASIC or build your own mining rig than investing in any cloud mining sites.
99% of them are scams and you will never get the ROI back.
+1, back in the days, a few years ago. This cloud mining is popular and most scammers are here with insane advertisements and guaranteed returns but most of them are turning into scams.

I am surprised that there is still a lot of these kinds of programs even a lot of alternative popping now especially on other altcoins, decentralized finance, like yield farming or staking (less risk).

To be honest, If I see or hear the words "cloud mining", the first word that comes to my mind is "scam". Be careful
