PSG is well prepared? I wouldn't say so. They really need to step up their game if they want to win against Real Madrid first. It's purely a political decision of not including Pakistani players in IPL since present govt of boh counties don't have good ties. PSL current edition is 7th over and so far it's a good journey for Pakistan. Initially PSL was held in dubai but now all matches are played in Pakistan and players from all countries are participating in it.
Apart from that Pakistani players are also participating in all leagues world wide which give them a good exposure and chance to earn money.

I don't think it is too much about getting closer to Napoli and Inter. Sure, it might be a reason, too, but look at what is on the line for both Juventus and Atalanta! It is the Champions League qualification and Atalanta has played one game less. If Juventus loses this one (which is very possible) and Atalanta wins the game they are now behind, Juventus is again in a dangerous spot to miss the CL in the end, which would be a disaster for them.
