I have tried to contact freewallet user here in forum but no success, no answer. Also i still didn't get my MNE from genesis address. I think is a small chance to get them from freewallet app.

You should try confirmtx but they ask 4$ and i'm not 100% is legit so use at your own risk or you should find someone who can do on other pools.

You should try to fully unlock wallet before send. Anyway dev is there an option with other wallets to insert password and unlock before send. Has the wallet this option?
