I am not very techie when it comes to certain developer coding stuff etc., so can anyone suggest where I can find ABC 123 instructions for obtaining my XLR core wallet private key?  Perhaps there is a developer forum where I can find those kind of instructions?  Press this, click on this, open this, etc....

Thank you,

G.P.

@starling has given you the correct info.

I just wanna add that be careful with what you do with your privatekey.
Under no circumstance should you give it to someone you do not trust.
it is the key to all the XLR in that address

Regards,
Schyter

Congratulations to the holders.
We have crossed $2
In fact, it is a combination of Bitcoin pumps' side effects and internal developments of Solaris.

Swap is over and so you cannot participate.
the Solaris wallet you downloaded is probably the one than now runs on a different algorithm (XEVAN).

If you would want to withdraw your coins from cryptopia, you have to download the nist5 cold wallet or client.
An address from that wallet would have a correct address format with Cryptopia's Solaris

A withdrawal form cryptopia into the nist5 wallet should work because a few people are staking it with their wallets.

If it doesnt work, just get some nist5 miners active and your transaction will be easily confirmed.

Thats true.
Its always great to be able to hold up your price against a bitcoin bull especially when all other altcoins are dropping.

That way, you get to stay the same price in BTC but you increase in USD

Yes, price is ricing on Coinexchange, good news  Smiley expect min 5$ from XLR when Zerocoin shows. Good job dev, i really like Solaris.

"Buy the rumor sell the news". A minimum of 50% of the time, when roadmap goals are launched in crypto, the price drops. I'm not gonna tell you the price will go up and i'm not gonna tell you it will go down, just don't be devastated or compromise yourself in anyway if it doesn't go up when zerocoin launches.

This is a great project, its main reason for the current low price(imo the price is very low currently) is that almost noone knows about it. That fact won't change just because of zerocoin launching. I've been invested in undervalued projects before that never got any recognition and never gave any returns in reasonable time, so this coin definitely has a problem to solve here. Basically something needs to capture the attention of crypto investors that have been ignoring this project for the last 9 months. The ultimate way would be getting picked up by a respected exchange, this coin would be an instant 5x if it was on bittrex for example simply because of how many new potential investors would be informed about this project.

I agree once zerocoin launches the roadmap will be for the most part completed then it will be up to the community where we go from there! I propose we do a marketing push to give XLR a real world use preferably as a anoncoin. It needs to be something simple and new not seen in very many other coins...How hard would it be integrate PGP messaging into the XLR wallet?

I totally agree with you @vella85 .
I think we can reach more higher than 10$ for a coin in 2018.
Let's just hold it and we will be happy.

With a circulating supply of only 819,438 XLR I expect the coin to be up around $100 sooner or later, don't you?

Update:  I just saw that they will have a higher circulating supply in the months to come but the coin should still do well, and yes $10 per coin is conservative for 2018.

I also agree with you, 10$ is possible and nice price in $, but what it  is about BTC and price in BTC? If BTC is going to be 100000$ next year how much satoshi than will be XLR? More satoshi, more $.

Qt wallet synchronisation has stuck on "synchronising additional info/masternodes info". How to solve this issue? Please anybody help
Thanks

Is it behind the correct chain? Check latest block against your wallet here: https://solaris.blockexplorer.pro/

If it is, follow the steps below:

You can re-sync your wallet (will required to download the blockchain again) by following these steps:

1. Open solaris folder in app data (%appdata%/solaris)
2. Delete everything EXCLUDING wallet.dat (you should keep a back-up of this file anyway) , solaris.conf and masternodes.conf
3. Restart/Open wallet and let it Sync again.

I repeat, DO NOT DELETE wallet.dat, solaris.conf and masternodes.conf

Thanks for quick reply. I've already done resynch of blockchain three times. And still stuck on "synchronising additional info/masternodes info". Wierd that the synch of whole blockchain goes smooth but then stuck on synching additional info.

Something in your Solaris.conf might be causing it to hang. I had that problem with another masternode coin.

You could also try the "reindex" command under Tools>Repair Wallet, although the steps that viscolex listed are the most thorough option.

Have you left it a while??. The only reason I say that is the 1st time I loaded up the wallet I had exactly the same issue with the stuck  "synchronising additional info/masternodes info" it took something like 3 or 4 hours to finally update that part, Since then it's been super quick.

Did someone count, how long it takes XLR to be delivered?
I also think that better that the advert is to be listed in the popular stock exchange of course it should be done after zXLR introduction.
By the way new website is very nice!

"60 seconds block time is already very fast. In spite of that, solaris users may use SwiftTX to make transactions instantaneous, thus enabling to send coins with ZERO confirmation wait time required." `~ could someone explain me it better? I always avoid that topic in every currency, but now when crypto came into mainstream it will be very important.

What are the plans for the upcoming year? @Devs?

In my experience Solaris transfers quite quickly from pool to wallet and wallet to exchange etc.... I haven't timed it, but even with confirmation time included it's a matter of minutes from pool to wallet.
