So why the price is so cheap? It just needs $8000 to support the price per day? I thought we have big Monero community.
There's actually not as many as you think. I would estimate there are probably 3000 to 4000 people sold on the idea of Monero these days. But as you can see from this chart, if that number increases even modestly, the value of each Monero could rise dramatically. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FjC5QfxF.png&t=663&c=LBLhe01-v26o0w)

POS report
DMD wallet 'maintenance' on cryptopia no Win32 wallet (post hard fork) Bittrex market open deposit/withdraws ... big sell wall lots of "TALK" on the threads too!

A - they're willfully stupid
B - they're crooked
C - they're crooked & disguising it as stupidity
I honestly thought this was one of the few decent coins out there.
Perhaps it is/was... but i'd prefer to lose a few more dollars than gain a lot more grey hairs and frown-wrinkles.
DMD really was a great project, POS (that worked) and POW on none asic hash, and perfect brandname. I hate moving goal posts, and it is an indicator of sneaky things being done. What a shame ... busted a superior network to code in 'elite' privileges

We sure appreciate Cryptopia's support of UNO. More than just an exchange, Cryptopia is a fun community of people who love altcoins. That's why its a good fit for UNO.

re: DMD I am just fudding to drop the price, god I hate crypto. Think its time to delist DMD
cryptopia has a strict policy on fubar hardforks ... they don't like them ... so what you suggest is not far off in terms of policy, see DEM this week ... red carded for delisting ... "DEM market is closing DEM will be delisted on 2016-05-30 as there is a network issue causing people to lose deposits" ... TiPs despite $10M in capital is also red carded for network issues ... the take away lesson is ... hard forks painful if not dangerous ... and if you scale up capital make sure to scale up your nodes ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif)

If we make the spread a little wider, maybe we can drive a truck through it. WTF. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.imgur.com%2FgCZAHEv.png&t=663&c=qhzvp5YtmGPAFg) i like the trend of CCex leading the BTC market (that means Bittrex, Bleu, and Topia (and others) could randomly lead the BTC trade for a few days) (yet a Russia/Chinese market eagerly bids big when UNO hits the lower supports) [shifting hot btc markets is healthy IMO] Topia is starting to get an aggressive Doge/Uno market ... thus the BTC spread will become less important ... spot action may lay in the LTC, Doge, or even ETH markets ... and don't forget $ based trading ... UN is not a one spot market

<insert popcorn .gif/> normally would i quietly sit from the balcony and enjoy the show and my popcorn; but i also hold and very much like DMD; so as best as I can tell there was a hardfork, and now nobody can state for certainty if it actually works, so DMD network was working and now it is not working, if you have Windows32 it absolutely does not work, don't fix the unbroken ... so they say ... also appears to be a solid sell wall ... and the Cryptopia wallet is offline ... no nonsense claiming the network ok ... a major exchange disagrees. thus, things are becoming suspect when those that mine outside of the no privkey pools are detoured, delayed, and then ridiculed for asking basic questions ![Sad](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/sad.gif) i like DMD right the ship. cuz' you're listing to port.

if I name the sectors of focus:
-the kiosks that grow to become brick and mortars -the #420 promoters team aka #420 marketing team (for all legit coins & leading assets) -grow ops / product ops (#420 manufactured goods) -accelerator for weed/tech companies (kick starters)
in terms of VC gains ... accelerator for weed/tech companies ... already in play in penny stocks (even wall st) ... and also likely the easiest to bootstrap and buildup in the cryptospace too.
i would suggest working with the crypto platforms already being built (smart contracts, assets, dex) ... so work with the tools currently available.
Next ... the first project to fund would be a website (webtool) that helps track and trade of the #420 startups ... aka ... an accelerator.
personally would like to see something that allows 1. round1 ... launch of $10 startups (simply pitches) 2. that gets turned into a rough business plan 3. round2 $100-$1000 raised ... full scale plan, branding, website, etc 4. round3 +$10k raised ... roadmap, revenue projections, executives, managers, partners attach to the project 5. round4 IPO level, raise money for employees, and start making products

BTC Speculation ... June/Summer Bitcoin is going to $600+ soon before/after the reward halving. Its just inevitable (if there are no some bad news in the world of digital currencies). My concerns are about other coins/assets, which eventually will be dumped from the people who will follow BTC's uptrend...
I seriously doubt a sharp increase will happen. I have friends who had no idea what BTC was weeks ago investing a bunch of money in it anticipating the price to double. So many people expect the price to double that I doubt that it will happen. And of course the biggest miners very likely stockpiled a shitton of BTC also expecting the price to rise a lot (if not double). On one hand I hope I'm wrong but on another hand radical price changes alone are getting in the way of adoption - a lot of people want nothing to do with a coin that's price is so volatile. You forgot few things: 1. Hashrate is controlled by the chinese. 2. Their largest mining farms made ROI long time ago. 3. Bitcoin's lower (than "expected") price just don't suits them. 4. They have a lot of money so they can wait. 5. Reward halves. 6. Speculation...

Looks like he_she means 1 sat/sub 1 sat coins.
PAC looks as dead as it gets. 307 BTC sell wall at 1 sat at yobit… I don't see how this thing is supposed to move anywhere from there. Things like Colossuscoin (CV2) or Pandacoin (PND) look way more interesting, although both are barely breathing, just like any other 1 sat coin, really. Verge (XVG) is around 7 sat atm, possibly going down to 5 sat. has made the move from 3 sat to 30 before, has an active dev and a strong community. It's a gamble, but could go back to 25 sat.
you seeing PAC wrong ... network is robust ... (client not so great but functional) it will never get above 1 sato ... it is the micro of micro coins ... but it is also abundant enough to literally give every human on Earth a couple 100 ... well worth investing $2 to become a Billionaire (in PAC). Out of the following, which one has the most potential to increase in value and popularity:
BUN - BunnyCoin
CAGE - CageCoin
GCN - GCoin
HTML5 - HTMLCoin
NYC - NewYorkCoin
PAC - PacCoin
Also, if anyone has an informed view on any other super cheap Coins that look to do very well, please by all means suggest😊
Avoid. You'll end up bagholding these illiquid trash. toke h8tes everything ... and completely misses the point ... these coins are pure fun and entertainment ... so investing means less than a starbucks coffee or a powerball ticket amount of fiat ... these ... +100billion 'super cheap' coins have potential in mass that few see ... TIPS / DOGE illustrate what happens if they crack +1satoshi value ... and eventually some of them will be legit 'enough' for some BTC backers to underwrite a baseline value ... and then hand them out for free to the general masses to just play with.

commieCoins all addressees will be alloted 1000 commieCoins if you spend all or any commieCoins you will be rewarded the amount spent if you save any surplus commieCoins you will be deducted the amount saved, and will serve 3 winters in the the Gulag as punishment! ![Grin](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/grin.gif) --- in (some) seriousness DVC ... devcoin ... gives 5% or reward to miners and the rest to a foundation ... so is thus like a state controlled collective ... and it has done wonders for the 'dev'opment of the coin ... just kidding ... rather stagnant from what I can tell can ... also seems highly controlled by an inner circle that has milked the cow for all she's worth. FRC ... friecoin ... similar scheme ... a foundation is granted most of the reward ... fairly obscure community ... don't know where it is mined nor traded ... but has fair capital rankings ... what a lovely potemkin village it must be.

Bitcoin is not decentralized, it's controlled by three gigantic Chinese mining farms. All of them can be shut down in one hour by their government if Bitcoin gets big. But it won't be big, it is no longer the idea it used to be - one CPU = one vote. Time to move on.
Actually, bitcoin is controlled by a handful of core developers (aka economic majority) not Chinese miners. The core thugs can 'checkpoint' the entire country at anytime with the release of a 'maintenance patch'. hehe ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) But they wont because they know that if that happens the bitcoin elite will just sell their coins and move into litecoin or something like that. Besides the bitcoin elite is becoming decentralized, in the last quarter the top 100 addresses lost 2% share of bitcoin. So even the rich bitcoiners spend their coins, which gives opportunity for others to get them. your infringing on the patented trademarked watermarked registered sloaganistic alias brandname of UNO ... aka ... bitcoin elitetm-- can anyone explain more " 'checkpoint' the entire country " the pool ip could be anywhere
