Fino a che la giostra era piccola andava anche lui senza KYC... poi all'improvviso, verifica dei documenti e sign up obbligatorio. che fa gufi? mannaggia a te  non lo so se fara la fine o meno di shapeshift, non lo uso da molto tempo non sapevo delle sue vicissitudini ma in ogni caso lo swap crypto-crypto non capisco perche necessiti KYC se passiamo da fiat magari |

@Ale88 $1M sono pochi sul lungo periodo, certamente. A meno che, conciliando opportunità di viaggiare e volontà di incrementare il patrimonio, non si scelga di fare, ad esempio, il nomade digitale. Come ho detto prima, in ogni caso difficilmente chi raggiunge il FIRE si allontana definitivamente da ogni attività remunerativa. Questo perché l'essere umano è fatto per condurre una vita attiva (a stare sul divano ad oziare tutto il giorno ci si annoierebbe presto). Inoltre, a meno di non aver raggiunto un patrimonio che garantisca di mantenere il tenore di vita desiderato nel futuro, c'è l'esigenza di continuare ad incrementarlo. Coniugando le due cose, si sceglie di fare un'attività che piace.
Diciamo che la maggior parte degli articoli che mi sono toccati parlavano di persone che guadagnavano tra i $75k e $150k all'anno, e che di solito smettevano di lavorare dopo 10-12 anni. Se uno poi si vuole mantenere "con l'attività che gli piace", deve essere comunque bravino in quello che fa per portare a casa qualche migliaio di $ al mese, perché se hai da parte $1 mln ma poi la tua entrata mensile sono di $1k, io non sarei tranquillo. Poi chiaro che quel milione si possa investire, però si torna al punto iniziale: quanto dovresti avere da parte per coprire le spese e quanto ti può fruttare come entrata passiva, diciamo, mezzo mln? E per chiudere il discorso torno alla mia domanda iniziale: se uno guadagna $100k all'anno, forse non è meglio lavorare per 15 anni invece che 10 e ti porti a casa un mezzo mln più piuttosto che poi passare i prossimi 30 anni a vedere come portare a casa $1-2k al mese? Questo è solamente il mio punto di vista ovviamente, poi magari questi ragazzi riescono a guadagnare $10k al mese facendosi video mentre coccolano i cani... Allora, ho dato per scontato un punto del FIRE, però evidentemente ho fatto male ad ometterlo. Uno dei principi è quello di investire il capitale in modo da vivere con la rendita annuale e la regola tradizionalmente accettata nel FIRE è quella del 4%. Significa che, dando per assodato che tu riesca ad ottenere dai tuoi investimenti (circa) il 4% ogni anno, ti basta calcolare quello che è il totale delle tue spese annuali e moltiplicarlo per 25: il risultato così ottenuto è detto FIRE number ed è l'obiettivo a cui tutti aspirano perché, almeno in teoria, consente di andare finalmente "in pensione". Dico in teoria perché ovviamente ci sono tanti fattori che concorrono al raggiungimento di questo obiettivo. Es. il 4% spesso è considerato troppo ottimistico, quindi il FIRE number si otterrà moltiplicando per un numero maggiore (tipicamente 33, scegliendo il 3%). Oppure per esempio, alcuni decidono di voler intaccare il capitale e quindi raggiungono il FIRE prima o con una percentuale ancora più bassa. Molti magari decidono di lasciare il capitale inalterato ma compensano facendo un lavoro che piace (questo è il caso a cui facevo riferimento nei miei post precedenti). ho letto qualcosa a riguardo e in alcuni software ho trovato questa regola (del 4%) questo argomento (FIRE) merita un thread a parte sempre hai voglia di parlarne/spiegarci piu in dettaglio a prescindere e' un argomento interessante |

Benzema is just as a saviour to real madrid, Real Madrid performance was very excellent and so interesting. I knew the game will be very competitive for the both team, if not that Manchester City is a strong team that plays well it was not easy for them because real madrid was running after them in scoring goals to draw the with Manchester City , the goal difference between the two team is not much . It was an interesting game, both Real Madrid and Manchester City played well.

Buying a lot of players is not Atalanta's culture, they have good scouts, bring in few players, but make a contribution to the team. They prefer to build a team rather than spending big money on players. So far, their strategy has been quite successful in recent years, only this season they seem to have lost the style. Maybe bringing in new players could be a solution to improve their position next season in the Serie A final standings. that's right, you understood me and you understood why I love Atalanta it is a team with a winning culture that focuses on the long term not a consumerist team that has to buy player X because it is "trendy" |

One of them had to fall and leave the Champions League early because the one who qualified for the finals was also one of the two, so the favorites are definitely those who already have a lot of experience like Real Madrid even though Manchester City have looked more consistent this season after able to lead in his own domestic League and also able to beat his opponent in the Champions League in the previous session.
